Only complaints are the room lighting is insufficient at night and one of the two elevators wasn’t working. Otherwise a very good experience. Bedding and mattress super comfortable. Parking not a challenge if you look behind the hotel at the covered parking garage or pay the $20 for valet.

We stayed here to attend a seminar nearby. We were in bed by 10pm to get up early the next day and there was loud thumping club music above us. We were on the 5th floor. We called down to the front desk and they informed us that there was a party in the bar on the 9th floor until midnight. We were exhausted the next morning and upset that the volume wasn’t controlled when there are guests trying to sleep.

The shower in our room was absolutely disgusting. There was visible mold growing in grout between tiles and when the shower head was turned on it the mold/dirt came off in chunks onto the shower floor.

There was crumbs between the beds, bathroom stopper did not work. And there was a group of people down the hall that were extremely loud and was not able to sleep at all. Extremely disappointed.

Great stay! Got upgraded to a corner king suite without even asking. In walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Very clean room.

Rooms are immaculate and furnishings are beautiful. Bed is comfortable but not overly soft. Perfect for getting a good nights sleep. Pillows super soft. Kohler fixtures in the bathroom. For a quiet stay get a room on the opposite side of the hotel from el tapeo. Parties and music can be disruptive. Front desk is efficient and friendly. Like the option to text the front desk. Hotel is surrounded by top notch restaurants and shopping.

The common areas were beautiful. Our room was run down and could use a deep clean. Upon check in we were given a room with double beds even though they told us it was a king suite like we had reserved. After trekking all the way back down to the lobby with our stuff, they told us they didn’t have a king available. After showing our reservation and arguing with the front desk worker they magically came up with a standard king room. Still not the suite we paid for. Not great customer service.

Le Meridien is our favorite hotel in the Chicago suburbs. The location is perfect--close to excellent restaurants and good shopping. Service is top notch. A couple hours after we checked out a staff member helped me find a quiet place for a Zoom call--much appreciated. The beds are oh so comfortable.

Rooms are not soundproof. Uncomfortable situation staying at a room next to a couple being very loud intimacy. I was traveling with my young son. It was a terrible experience. They should had never put a couple next to our room especially a connecting room. Front desk didn’t know how to handle it. They should’ve call them to move them to a different room.

Parking is tricky because it's shared with the busy mall, so we just valeted. But you can't beat the location for shopping and dining. Rooms are comfortable and the service is very responsive. Highly recommend!

LeMeridien is a great Hotel... location is great with so many nice restaurants and shopping in the area. Hotel is very nice... rooms are clean... spacious and the beds are great... also very quiet. Front desk employees are great.... we stay here every time we go to Oakbrook... I definitely recommend this Beautiful Hotel.

Loud. Despite quiet hours at midnight there were still loud drunk people keeping us awake. At the bar we couldn’t even hear each other because the drunks were so obnoxious so we left without even ordering a drink. There were only about 20 people at the bar and it was still that noisy.

Staff pleasant! Rooms clean! For the Marriott corporate powers that be: This is a Le Méridien. It used to mean it. The carpet and the wallpaper in the rooms no longer reflect this. They need to be replaced asap. Breakfast is very sysco. Potatoes are too large, came underdone, and cold both days. Please invest in this property. It’s a Good location to upgrade.

Upon check-in we were greeted with kindness and felt welcomed. Offered us water right away and explained to us where the restaurant was and answered all our questions. The restaurant was delicious. The waitress Krystal was very friendly and fun. Definitely recommended this place to everyone. We are definitely returning. We loved everything.

Premium room was so small. No view except the side of the hotel. Weird squeaking noise all night long. Only one elevator working.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. Most of the staff were accommodating, however, some were not. The restaurant staff were not as friendly when I wanted to request another seating arrangement. I found their attitude being strange and unpleasant. I requested for a wake up call from the front desk staff. I never received the wake up call. A white gentlemen from the valet staff wasn’t accommodating at all. I tipped him anyways. This tactic was to make him think about the lack there of service he provided me. I requested a space in valet for after hours arrival back to the hotel. I’m a female and would arrive after 1am from an evening movie. Although, I was advised from another valet staff that wouldn’t be any problem. This hotel needs to have petty cash on hand at each bar and front desk. I was somewhat irritated by this news. Overall, my 3 nights stay was good. My advice to any traveler, make sure you always purchase the premium package. You’ll get your money’s worth. Thanks.
