Dans l'ensemble c'était plaisant. Mais il y a quelques points qui sont a améliorer. Par exemple il y a un restaurant à la carte, mais en faite vous navez pas le choix cest un menu mystère car a aucun endroits vous avez le menu afficher. Pour ce qui est des buffets ils sont bons mais très vite répétitifs. Il manque également de produit locaux. Le cadre est magnifique ainsi que la piscine par contre il n y a rien a la plage dommage. Et surtout pour nous qui ne parlions que français, personnes ni aucun document expliquant le déroulement de l'hôtel en français. Mais je tiens a dire que nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Otherwise the room was great: mini fridge, tea & coffee facilities, slippers given. Though items were not always replaced each day however, despite leaving tips for the maids (& mugs were left dirty etc). However, there are water machines around the hotel where you can fill your own bottle. Food selection in the restaurant is great. The all inclusive cocktail menu is varied but basic. The all inclusive programme ends at 11pm.

Auch ein NoGo in einem 5* Hotel VIP Acces Resort dass man für Handtücher zahlen musste. Der Strand war über eine Straße begehbar. Leider kein Zugang. Man musste etwas über große Steine klettern. Es gab auch keine Liegen am Strand! Abendprogramm gab es auch nicht wirklich! Muss man nicht unbedingt, wer es aber möchte wäre hier falsch. Sonst aber alle freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Unterkunft ist vom Flughafen ca.40 Min entfernt d.h man Muss Kostenpflichtig die Anreise organisieren entweder mit dem Taxi, oder Mietwagen wenn man vom Flughafen anreist . Ein Tolles Hotel, was für Familien perfekt ist ,es gibt ein Wasserpark mit Rutschen,und auch für Kleinkinder Ideal. Das All-Inkl Ist sowie ganz in Ordnung. In der Anlage gibt es auch weitere Pools und wenige Meter entfernt ist der Meer! Abend werden auch, für die Kinder tolle Veranstaltungen gemacht. Man kann in der Hotelanlage Spaß haben.

The hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The beachfront was nice but rocky so bring water shoes. The pool is fantastic. Restaurant offered decent selection and the bar had a good selection too.

We had a wonderful stay at Galini Palace Hotel. The hotel was very comfortable, with a great pool and a fun water park that we really enjoyed. All of the employees were kind and welcoming, especially Mohamed, the restaurant server – his smile, excellent service, and kindness made our experience even better. The only small downside was that we expected a bit more variety of fish dishes at the buffet. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would gladly come back!

Hotel tres propre, la nouriture est tres bonne et variée, le personnel est agréable et souriant, la piscine est immense, l 'espace toboggan est très bien, notre logement avec piscine etait tres propre et le nettoyage, changement de drap et de serviette est fait tous les jours. Hotel in buona posizione con ottimo potenziale ma io ho prenotato sulla carta un Resort di lusso a 5 stelle. Purtroppo non è all'altezza delle 5 stelle... E' un mediocre 4 stelle per i servizi che offre. Piscine voto 9, ma per esempio il bar della piscina offre poco, cocktail che non sono veri cocktail, c'è solo una fornitura di spuntini vari la mattina e stop, quando finiscono non c'è più nulla. Inoltre quando alle 18.30 pensi di andare a fare l'aperitivo in piscina... il bar chiude.. mah Il ristorante ha poca scelta ma i prodotti sono molto buoni (anche se non da 5 stelle); la sala principale è pressochè scarna (tavoli apparecchiati con tovagliette in pvc che vengono leggermente pulite tra un cliente e l'altro) struttura pulita ma non da 5 stelle. Solitamente un 5 stelle dà possibilità di avere un'alternativa al ristorante principale, anche a pagamento, ma quello è l'unico. Camere comfortevoli, pulizia giornaliera molto molto superficiale (anche qui non da 5 stelle) Finiture di tutta la struttura molto molto economiche (rubinetteria, letti, pavimenti, pareti divisorie - cartongesso poco insonorizzate - sedie e sdraio) Spiaggia inesistente o meglio non curata e bruttina con 5 (e dico 5 !) ombrelloni piazzati a caso con 4-5 sdraio mezze rotte. Inesistente il bagnino in piscina ed in spiaggia, inesistente un baby club per bambini (solo una stanza con 4 giochi abbandonata e due scivoli che di notte sono quasi al buio e di giorno sotto il sole a 40 gradi). Lovely rooms, very clean, great food and lovely staff. On the downside the drinks were pretty average. Coffee not great, wine not great, soft drinks varied, spirits weak. Also found it very odd for a supposed 5 star to have to pay extra for things like pool towels, some “premium” sun beds and bottled water? Not expected. The dining areas could really do with better lighting and some added character - they feel a bit canteen-like. However the food was really very good. Fresh, varied and tasty with lots of options. Deserts were also excellent. And the staff are great all round. It’s a quiet hotel, peaceful, with little or no evening entertainment even in peak summer. But if that’s what you like this is hard to beat. We walked into the village one evening which was so nice with a few good local restaurants, and only took 10/15 mins to walk. The grounds, pool area and rooms are so well kept and can’t be faulted. We were in the swim up rooms which were very lovely with great views. Best of both worlds. Overall I would definitely recommend it, and would certainly go back.

Speiseauswahl war abends sehr schlecht man konnte 3/7 Tagen tatsächlich gut essen - wenig Auswahl und oft das selbe. Zimmer wurden auch nicht gründlich geputzt. Getränke sind schrecklich, außer die Limonade war nichts trinkbar. Bei dem Vip Zimmern mit Pool sollte man beachten, dass manche Pools noch aus Rohbau/Beton bestehen, also nicht wie auf den Fotos. Leider hat es im Zimmer immer wieder fürchterlich nach Kanalisation gestrunken. Man hat nicht immer warmes Wasser.

We particulary liked the peaceful area around the hotel and in the hotel. The view wqs awesome. Other thing is the cleaniness everywhere. And also the personnel was really kind and make our stay more enjoyable. Lovely place to go.

Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend, v.a. die Rezeptionsmitarbeitenden. Die Architektur von Pools und Zimmern ist ansprechend und aufwendig gestaltet. Die Sauberkeit lässt teilweise noch zu wünschen übrig. Im Bad sieht man noch die Schuhabdrücke vom Reinigungspersonal und der Toilettenbürstenständer ist durchgerostet und läuft aus. Insgesamt ist das Hotel ein Neubau aus 2020, dem man die eher günstigere Verarbeitung und Auswahl der Materialien ansieht. Bauschutt und Rückstände aus der Bauzeit sind in der Umgebung noch zu erkennen. Das Hauptrestaurant erinnert eher an eine überdimensionierte Kantine ohne besondere Atmosphäre.

Få steder var der beskidt, såsom bag håndvasken på badeærelset og under solsengens madresse. Rengøringsteamet var sjuskede med deres arbejde

Väldigt fint och fräscht hotell. Servicen var superbra, supertrevliga människor. Städerskorna såg till att det alltid såg bra ut i rummen och maten var god. Vi hade en 10/10 upplevelse. Enda mindre bra är att det inte sker jättemycket variation i buffén. Vi åt i princip liknande mat varje frukost, lunch och middag.

Das Essen war gut und war immer Abwechslungsreich. Leider hatten wir immer wieder Handtücher die voller Flecken waren, dies sollte in einem 5 Sterne Hotel nicht vorkommen. Leider musste man auch für die Poolhandtücher zahlen und auch für den Safe im Zimmer. Wir hatten All-Inclusive und ein Zimmer mit Privatpool. Es gibt zwei verschiedene Arten von Zimmern mit privaten Pool, leider hatten wir eins, wo der Pool nur Beton-Optik hat, diese haben extrem rutschige Stufen in den Pool, man kann sich hierbei nur versuchen an der Wand zu stüzen. Die anderen Privaten Pool Zimmer und die Sharing Pool Zimmer hatten immer Sonne, unsere Pool Zimmer waren leider in die komplett andere Richtung, damit hatten wir fast nur Schatten. Schade, dass die Ausrichtung nicht wie bei den anderen war. Personal ist zum größten Teil immer sehr nett.

Galini Palace Resort fortjener ikke 5 stjerner, i beste fall 4 stjerner. Nytt hotell, så rommene var ganske bra. Veldig betong aktig, og upersonlig atmosfære. Underholdning var omtrent helt fraværende, bortsett fra en person som dro på en høytaler, og sa noen ord i en mikrofon, for så å forsvinne, mens masete og dårlig musikk ble stående på alt for høyt. Rett og slett plagsomt. Hotellet bestemte seg også for å endre på åpningstidene i restaurantene, så de stengte en halv time tidligere enn annonsert. Ala carte restauranten var ikke åpen i det hele tatt. Mat og drikke var ikke elendig, men lite å glede seg over på denne fronten. Har vært på hoteller med 3 stjerner hvor maten har vært mye bedre. All tilgjengelig mat i snackbaren var kald, og lite appetittlig. Under oppholdet brøt det ut magevirus på hotellet, om det skyldes mat eller smitte vites ikke, men mange ble syke, og hotellet gjorde lite for å begrense spredning. La personlig merke til brukte glass som kom i kontakt med tappekraner. Servering ble ikke beskyttet, og smitte kunne vandre fritt. Svært kritikkverdig. Dette er et hotell hvor alt koster ekstra, og ikke en gang Strand håndkler får du låne uten å betale. I tillegg var det ikke lås på et eneste felles toalett. Vil ikke anbefale dette hotellet til noen, dersom dere ønsker en koselig og smaksrik opplevelse, det finnes mye bedre alternativer på Kreta, og til billigere pris.

A/C was very noisy but rooms clean and nice. Big nice swimmingpool. Because we did not have all inclusive we were questioned at the pool area if we really were guests. Easy to take the bus to Chania or Platanias, station just outside the hotel.

Personalen på hotellet var väldigt hjälpsam. Speciellt Antonia och Nikos i receptionen, heder åt dessa två Tyvärr är avståndet från rummen till reception och matsal ganska lång så för den som är lite handikappad är det långt att gå Som tur var ställde personalen upp med transport Det är annars en bra vistelse

My experience at this resort was definitly not up to the expectation, or really that near it, but by no means was it terrible. I’ll start with the positives. The staff was about 50/50 on who was nice and helpful, and who was not. The food generally was actually pretty good and cannot complain. The resort itself is also nice looking and kept clean. Now for cons. This is really not an all inclusive. It’s more like a partially inclusive. You get the food and pool access, but there is only one restaurant (the other that’s advertised is only open one day a week), you have to pay roughly $15 for beach towels to borrow, the alcohol you can have is a limited selection they choose and are VERY sweet, and you can only get one small cup at a time. Overall, I’ve never seen an all inclusive with so many limitations, and make you pay for things like towels. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here, I go to another near by.

All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The reception staff were particularly welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The restaurant offered a delicious and varied menu, with friendly and attentive service. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!

Friendly and helpful front desk. Bars were understaffed and slow. Food was hit or miss. Some was very nice while other selections were bland.

Hotel bien entretenu, chambres spacieuses, installations superbes ( piscines, salle de sport, salles de restauration) Bonne localisation a condition davoir une voiture ( necessaire en crete en général). Personnel très agreable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le personnel est très sympathique. Les repas sont variés et il y en a pour tous les goûts. La piscine est très bien entretenue. Des excursions sont proposées au départ de l'hôtel, arrêt de bus pour La Canée à proximité également mais ayant loué une voiture nous ne pourrons juger de cela.

We particulary liked the peaceful area around the hotel and in the hotel. The view wqs awesome. Other thing is the cleaniness everywhere. And also the personnel was really kind and make our stay more enjoyable. Lovely place to go.

The hotel is fantastic, but look at the hotel website for clarification on the room spec. Hotels.com stated the room came with private pool but it didn’t. The great service at the hotel ensured we had a great time. It’s a fantastic peaceful hotel but be mindful of the star rating as some facilities don’t meet the mark I.e spa, food variety

The safe in the room was an additional 3€ per day if you wish to use it - which was not advertised on hotels.com. Likewise, beach towels are advertised on the site at no extra cost, however on arrival, we were informed they are 20€ to use for the week (though I was not charged for the towels in the end). Otherwise the room was great: mini fridge, tea & coffee facilities, slippers given. Though items were not always replaced each day however, despite leaving tips for the maids (& mugs were left dirty etc). However, there are water machines around the hotel where you can fill your own bottle. Food selection in the restaurant is great. The all inclusive cocktail menu is varied but basic. The all inclusive programme ends at 11pm.

Galini Palace Resort fortjener ikke 5 stjerner, i beste fall 4 stjerner. Nytt hotell, så rommene var ganske bra. Veldig betong aktig, og upersonlig atmosfære. Underholdning var omtrent helt fraværende, bortsett fra en person som dro på en høytaler, og sa noen ord i en mikrofon, for så å forsvinne, mens masete og dårlig musikk ble stående på alt for høyt. Rett og slett plagsomt. Hotellet bestemte seg også for å endre på åpningstidene i restaurantene, så de stengte en halv time tidligere enn annonsert. Ala carte restauranten var ikke åpen i det hele tatt. Mat og drikke var ikke elendig, men lite å glede seg over på denne fronten. Har vært på hoteller med 3 stjerner hvor maten har vært mye bedre. All tilgjengelig mat i snackbaren var kald, og lite appetittlig. Under oppholdet brøt det ut magevirus på hotellet, om det skyldes mat eller smitte vites ikke, men mange ble syke, og hotellet gjorde lite for å begrense spredning. La personlig merke til brukte glass som kom i kontakt med tappekraner. Servering ble ikke beskyttet, og smitte kunne vandre fritt. Svært kritikkverdig. Dette er et hotell hvor alt koster ekstra, og ikke en gang Strand håndkler får du låne uten å betale. I tillegg var det ikke lås på et eneste felles toalett. Vil ikke anbefale dette hotellet til noen, dersom dere ønsker en koselig og smaksrik opplevelse, det finnes mye bedre alternativer på Kreta, og til billigere pris.

We had a wonderful stay at Galini Palace Hotel. The hotel was very comfortable, with a great pool and a fun water park that we really enjoyed. All of the employees were kind and welcoming, especially Mohamed, the restaurant server – his smile, excellent service, and kindness made our experience even better. The only small downside was that we expected a bit more variety of fish dishes at the buffet. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would gladly come back!

Friendly and helpful front desk. Bars were understaffed and slow. Food was hit or miss. Some was very nice while other selections were bland.

Les étoiles parlent d’elle même. C’est la troisième fois que nous choisissons cet hôtel en Crête et la cuisine est excellente et s’est même encore améliorée.

Hotel in buona posizione con ottimo potenziale ma io ho prenotato sulla carta un Resort di lusso a 5 stelle. Purtroppo non è all'altezza delle 5 stelle... E' un mediocre 4 stelle per i servizi che offre. Piscine voto 9, ma per esempio il bar della piscina offre poco, cocktail che non sono veri cocktail, c'è solo una fornitura di spuntini vari la mattina e stop, quando finiscono non c'è più nulla. Inoltre quando alle 18.30 pensi di andare a fare l'aperitivo in piscina... il bar chiude.. mah Il ristorante ha poca scelta ma i prodotti sono molto buoni (anche se non da 5 stelle); la sala principale è pressochè scarna (tavoli apparecchiati con tovagliette in pvc che vengono leggermente pulite tra un cliente e l'altro) struttura pulita ma non da 5 stelle. Solitamente un 5 stelle dà possibilità di avere un'alternativa al ristorante principale, anche a pagamento, ma quello è l'unico. Camere comfortevoli, pulizia giornaliera molto molto superficiale (anche qui non da 5 stelle) Finiture di tutta la struttura molto molto economiche (rubinetteria, letti, pavimenti, pareti divisorie - cartongesso poco insonorizzate - sedie e sdraio) Spiaggia inesistente o meglio non curata e bruttina con 5 (e dico 5 !) ombrelloni piazzati a caso con 4-5 sdraio mezze rotte. Inesistente il bagnino in piscina ed in spiaggia, inesistente un baby club per bambini (solo una stanza con 4 giochi abbandonata e due scivoli che di notte sono quasi al buio e di giorno sotto il sole a 40 gradi). Lovely rooms, very clean, great food and lovely staff. On the downside the drinks were pretty average. Coffee not great, wine not great, soft drinks varied, spirits weak. Also found it very odd for a supposed 5 star to have to pay extra for things like pool towels, some “premium” sun beds and bottled water? Not expected. The dining areas could really do with better lighting and some added character - they feel a bit canteen-like. However the food was really very good. Fresh, varied and tasty with lots of options. Deserts were also excellent. And the staff are great all round. It’s a quiet hotel, peaceful, with little or no evening entertainment even in peak summer. But if that’s what you like this is hard to beat. We walked into the village one evening which was so nice with a few good local restaurants, and only took 10/15 mins to walk. The grounds, pool area and rooms are so well kept and can’t be faulted. We were in the swim up rooms which were very lovely with great views. Best of both worlds. Overall I would definitely recommend it, and would certainly go back.

Väldigt fint och fräscht hotell. Servicen var superbra, supertrevliga människor. Städerskorna såg till att det alltid såg bra ut i rummen och maten var god. Vi hade en 10/10 upplevelse. Enda mindre bra är att det inte sker jättemycket variation i buffén. Vi åt i princip liknande mat varje frukost, lunch och middag.
