Vi har hatt veldig fin opphold, kostet oss mye. Personalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Hotell med utendørs basseng, nær stranda(6-7 minuter å gå). God frokostbuffet. Har mulighet å snakke norsk, engelsk og fransk. Bra for familie. Stille, trygg og god service.

Firstly reception staff was very helpful. Thanks! Rooms are not so big but more than enough. There's no elevator in the hotel but while we were on the 2nd floor, it was not a problem for us. Breakfast was also nice. Again more than enough. You can choose and stay in Basel Hotel without any doubt.

Nice staff, great cleaning service, good design, great playlist in the lobby. Breakfast includes nice hot and cold vegetarian Turkish dishes. On the downside, no juices, yoghurt, or fruit (occationally watermelon), and only instant coffee. The gym is really run down with most machines broken. Eight minutes walk to the beach. Still, all in all we really enjoyed our stay!

my initial feeling was just good... as time passed I found that I made a mistake.. the guys were excellent and polite, my room was comfortable,cool and clean.. I really enjoyed the old school gym and the pool was great.. Great breakfast every day with variety and many choices It was also important that the person in charge spoke excellent English, which is difficult to find in Turkey... Overall it was a great staying!!

Bon je vous donne mon avis personnel. L’hôtel est jolie mais en terme de propreté c’est vraiment pas top du tout, les couloirs ne sont pas climatisés seul le haul d’entrée est climatisé donc dès que l’on sort de nos chambres il fait une chaleur ardente. Autre point négatif : Pas d’ascenseur ! Déjà qu’il fait super chaud dans l’hôtel mais en plus être au dernière étage c’est une épreuve ! Le petit déjeuner est exclusivement turc personnellement j’étais pas fan. La piscine et les transats pas très propre non plus. Mais je remercie Murad qui nous a accompagné tout le long de notre séjour vraiment une belle personnes il nous a même changer de chambre quand nous avions constaté qu’elle était sale.

We were told that the desk is manned 24hrs a day, so we would have no issues checking in. (1am) We were greeted by Mr Sarhat, he was welcoming and polite. He later helped me order food in from a take out (2am) In the morning, we were greeted by a new member of staff, Mr Sabir. He was equally a pleasant, polite and helpful person. One one of the days we had a tour booked - they always seem to collect before breakfast. Sabir went to the kitchen and got us some fresh bread (Pisi) which he didn't need to do - this was extremely kind of him. We met Mr Murad, the manager later in the afternoon. He was extremely helpful in getting tours booked. He was also great to have a chat and laugh with! If you visit and decide to book any tours, Murad will gladly help. I would say, take towels, swimwear, and a change of clothes if you go on a boat tour! The breakfasts were traditional Turkish, so if you only eat western continental, do request additional items as you will struggle. Black tea was on tap, coffee too. The rooms were cleaned as long as you put the "clean my room" tag up on the door handle which is as expected. They were always cleaned to a very good standard. They top your fridge/cooler with water on every clean. The pool was a delight to use, especially to cool off from the searing heat of the afternoon! Request towels, as they are not kept poolside. I would visit again in a heartbeat. I loved our stay here.

Kahvaltı yetersiz, ekmek çeşitleri sıcak ekmek, börek vb şeyler yok. deluxe oda da kaldım duş seti çok kötü, bozuk ve her an elinizde kalabilir. Oda servisi belli saatlerde varmış ütü istediğimde kendim almam gerekiyor gibi bişey söyledi sonra, kendisi getirdi. Gördüğüm kadarıyla kafesi görüntü olarak güzel. Deluxe oda olarak m2 küçük. Ses yalıtımı açısından çok zayıf ve ek olarak odanın içindeki çekmece çürümüştü, duvar kağıdı aşınmıştı. Bu hiç hijyenik değil. Kalanlar neyi övdüler bu kadar anlayamıyorum. Pansiyon gibi bir hava ve asansörün olmaması kadar kötü bişey daha olamaz. Gece tuvaletlerde inanılmaz bir koku vardı buda bir sorun. Asla parasını haketmiyor.

Jeg og mine to ungdommer hadde en ti dagers opphold, vi stor koste oss og følte oss veldig trygge. Det er en trygg hotell med god service. Bra for barnefamilier. Hotellet ligger nær stranda sju minutter å gå. Alt annet som tannleger, frisører, restauranter, skjønnhetssalonger, mat butikker ligger nær hotellet med gå avstand. Aquapark, akvarium, land of legends, shopping senter ligger unna med tre minutters kjøring. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi fikk hjelp med alt det vi trengte og ble tatt godt i mot. Frokosten var delikat, variert mat , fersk mat og mye utvalg var det. Kjøkken sjefen var veldig hyggelig. Hotellet har en ute basseng med god størrelse. Vi bodde i en suite, det var romslig og fin designet. Anbefaler på det sterkeste at dere velger dette hotellet. Jeg takker alle personalet for gjestfriheten og god service og en stor takk til Morten. Om jeg kommer til Antalya igjen så blir det garantert dette hotellet.

The hotel has a good design but are not well maintained. The shower head holder was broken, the rain shower wasn’t intact so it was just for show. The sofa in the room had large burn marks. Overall the furniture had spots that made the room look not so clean. Breakfast was good. Except the didn’t have coffee which I think is a must! (Powder coffee is a big No No!) The staff was great. They were very helpful at all times, but I can’t justify the rating they have today.

Konyaaltı sahiline 10 dakika mesafede fiyatına göre uygun bir otel. Kahvaltısı pek güzel değildi. Odanın temizliği genel olarak iyiydi ancak banyoda ufak bir koku vardı.

Beklediğimizin üzerindeydi temiz, konforlu kahvaltısı güzel,personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Müdür beyin ilgisi içinde ayriyeten teşekkür ederiz. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Check in was excellent and early. Reception staff very nice. On the surface hotel looks ok however electrical cable hanging inside window and windows were filthy. No balcony which i should have checked before booking so not blaming hotel. Expensive for what it is. Better cheaper options in the area.

Genel itibariyle güzeldi. Tek sıkıntı saatlerce odayı havalandırmamıza rağmen çok sigara kokuyordu. Onun haricinde resepsiyon dahil tüm otelden memnun kaldık.

Özel ricamızı kırmayıp iyi internetli oda sağladıkları için teşekkür ederiz (sanırım zaten sistemi yenilemişler, otelin her yerinden iyi çekiyordu). Otel Antalya'daki bir çok otelde olduğu gibi apartman yapısı ile yapılmış bir yer, odamız da yapısal alan olarak çok iyi değildi, ama yine de olabilen alanı iyi değerlendirdiklerini düşünüyorum. Çalışan arkadaşlar kibar ve yardımcıydı. Kahvaltı zengin değildi ama kısa seyahatler için yeterliydi.

Nous avons passés 3 jours dans cet hôtel. Très agreablement supris par la qualité de l'accueil et des services proposés. Chambres propres, spacieuses et bien équipées. On ne peut pas faire mieux niveau rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande sans hésitation. Merci à Mürat et à toute l'équipe !

Die Unterkunft ist super der Strand 7 min zu fuß. Das einzige daneben ist ein lokal wo jedan tag live musik ist und das hört mann dir ganze zeit. Ansonsten super Personal ist sehr freundlich bekommst alles was brauchst für kurztrip perfekt.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Basel Hotel. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut, und das gesamte Personal, einschließlich des Managers, war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und bot eine gute Grundlage für den Tag. Das Hotel ist ideal für einen Kurzurlaub und überzeugt durch seine angenehme Atmosphäre. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Räume sind recht hellhörig. Ventilatoren, Klimaanlagen oder Lüftungsanlagen können nachts hörbar sein. Ohrstöpsel wären daher empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Jeg og mine to ungdommer hadde en ti dagers opphold, vi stor koste oss og følte oss veldig trygge. Det er en trygg hotell med god service. Bra for barnefamilier. Hotellet ligger nær stranda sju minutter å gå. Alt annet som tannleger, frisører, restauranter, skjønnhetssalonger, mat butikker ligger nær hotellet med gå avstand. Aquapark, akvarium, land of legends, shopping senter ligger unna med tre minutters kjøring. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi fikk hjelp med alt det vi trengte og ble tatt godt i mot. Frokosten var delikat, variert mat , fersk mat og mye utvalg var det. Kjøkken sjefen var veldig hyggelig. Hotellet har en ute basseng med god størrelse. Vi bodde i en suite, det var romslig og fin designet. Anbefaler på det sterkeste at dere velger dette hotellet. Jeg takker alle personalet for gjestfriheten og god service og en stor takk til Morten. Om jeg kommer til Antalya igjen så blir det garantert dette hotellet.

We stayed at Basel hotel for 4 nights whilst in Antalya. Its a very cozy but modern hotel with all the amenities you could ask for. Our room was a decent size and very clean. The staff at this hotel are outstandin- friendly and very attentive and helpful, often asking us if there is anything they can help with - we loved our stay and felt very at home here. It is a 9 minute walk to Konyaalti beach and a short taxi/bus ride away to Antalya city centre and has good shops/restaurants nearby. I would not hesitate to come and stay here again!

Birsel was so supportive and helpful for us during our stay. The hotel was close to the beach and bus nearby to go to other parts of the city. Birsel’s super demeanor made it extra warm for us and allowed for more enjoyment. The hotel is the perfect stay in the city.

We were told that the desk is manned 24hrs a day, so we would have no issues checking in. (1am) We were greeted by Mr Sarhat, he was welcoming and polite. He later helped me order food in from a take out (2am) In the morning, we were greeted by a new member of staff, Mr Sabir. He was equally a pleasant, polite and helpful person. One one of the days we had a tour booked - they always seem to collect before breakfast. Sabir went to the kitchen and got us some fresh bread (Pisi) which he didn't need to do - this was extremely kind of him. We met Mr Murad, the manager later in the afternoon. He was extremely helpful in getting tours booked. He was also great to have a chat and laugh with! If you visit and decide to book any tours, Murad will gladly help. I would say, take towels, swimwear, and a change of clothes if you go on a boat tour! The breakfasts were traditional Turkish, so if you only eat western continental, do request additional items as you will struggle. Black tea was on tap, coffee too. The rooms were cleaned as long as you put the "clean my room" tag up on the door handle which is as expected. They were always cleaned to a very good standard. They top your fridge/cooler with water on every clean. The pool was a delight to use, especially to cool off from the searing heat of the afternoon! Request towels, as they are not kept poolside. I would visit again in a heartbeat. I loved our stay here.

Nice staff, great cleaning service, good design, great playlist in the lobby. Breakfast includes nice hot and cold vegetarian Turkish dishes. On the downside, no juices, yoghurt, or fruit (occationally watermelon), and only instant coffee. The gym is really run down with most machines broken. Eight minutes walk to the beach. Still, all in all we really enjoyed our stay!

Fin hotell och jättenära stranden, personalen i receptionen var riktigt schyssta och hjälpsamma. Frukosten var inte det bästa, var samma mat varje dag plus ej varierande mat. Vårt rum var mot vägen och man kunde höra allt, i överlag så är jag nöjd med hotellet och rekommenderar det.

Konyaaltı sahiline 10 dakika mesafede fiyatına göre uygun bir otel. Kahvaltısı pek güzel değildi. Odanın temizliği genel olarak iyiydi ancak banyoda ufak bir koku vardı.

The hotel has a good design but are not well maintained. The shower head holder was broken, the rain shower wasn’t intact so it was just for show. The sofa in the room had large burn marks. Overall the furniture had spots that made the room look not so clean. Breakfast was good. Except the didn’t have coffee which I think is a must! (Powder coffee is a big No No!) The staff was great. They were very helpful at all times, but I can’t justify the rating they have today.

The staff was great, friendly and helping out with so many ideas to visit. The rooms had a nice design — a bit worn. Our kid loved the pool so much. The mosque is very close, so you hear the singing/reminder to pray. But you get used to it. No worries!

Check in was excellent and early. Reception staff very nice. On the surface hotel looks ok however electrical cable hanging inside window and windows were filthy. No balcony which i should have checked before booking so not blaming hotel. Expensive for what it is. Better cheaper options in the area.

The hotel has a good design but are not well maintained. The shower head holder was broken, the rain shower wasn’t intact so it was just for show. The sofa in the room had large burn marks. Overall the furniture had spots that made the room look not so clean. Breakfast was good. Except the didn’t have coffee which I think is a must! (Powder coffee is a big No No!) The staff was great. They were very helpful at all times, but I can’t justify the rating they have today.

Birsel was so supportive and helpful for us during our stay. The hotel was close to the beach and bus nearby to go to other parts of the city. Birsel’s super demeanor made it extra warm for us and allowed for more enjoyment. The hotel is the perfect stay in the city.

Nice staff, great cleaning service, good design, great playlist in the lobby. Breakfast includes nice hot and cold vegetarian Turkish dishes. On the downside, no juices, yoghurt, or fruit (occationally watermelon), and only instant coffee. The gym is really run down with most machines broken. Eight minutes walk to the beach. Still, all in all we really enjoyed our stay!
