great views over north bay room clean bit dated carpet needs cleaning/ replacing bath room window will not close properly

Nice Hotel, but didn’t get no sleep due to radiator on full next to bed with no way to turn down or off as thermostat didn’t work. No shower gel or soap in the dispenser, and had to go to reception as no toilet role in bathroom on arrival.

Clean room/breakfast good

I experienced some discomforts, the toilet roll holder fell from the wall,the hot tap knob for the shower broke off in my hand and the shower connections were leaking badly,the overall cleanliness of the carpets and floors was very poor ,and it looked like they hadn't been vacuumed or mopped for a long time, and many stains were visible on the floors,the heating system was faulty in my room and was not adjustable, it was often too hot, I had to open windows to regulate temperature,in general the room was grubby, though the bed linen,towels, and tea coffee provisions was good.

Zeer teleurstellend. Mooie ligging maar sterk verwaarloosd. De vloerbedekking in de kamer was goor, het kussen stonk, en de algemene indruk was een van verval. De receptionist paste hier goed bij...
