I had planned to wash my hair. Couldn't. The usually efficient, eco friendly bottles of needed products, WEREN'T !! There was only one in the shower but space for two. The labeling was confusing as it read like there were two different products in each if them. The sink had one but it looked like it was supposed to be the second one in the shower! Continental Breakfast?? Juice machine was turned off. Waffle machine was on, but bag of batter used up and taken out of the dispenser. Had to settle for cold cereal. Breakfast starts there at 7am. This was 8 o'clock! I wish I had taken photos. The outside of the place was dingy looking. It seemed like there was only the one guy doing everything. No other staff noticed. He was nice, pleasant, and I told him that, but also that I'd never stay there again.

Stayed here only because all hotels in Florence SC, our intended destination were booked. Checked in after 11PM, didn't even enter in lobby, but passed my ID through to the employee on duty, who, in turn, passed me the keys. Room was clean, and provided a place to sleep for 7 hours before leaving to continue our trip

I never saw a person at the front desk when I went to check-in. The lobby was locked, so I had to stand in an outside foyer and finally someone on an intercom said they would be with me shortly. Very sketchy. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

The property presents well, but the place was filthy. I’m big on wiping things down and expect some dust. The floors were dirty. It seemed like they had never been cleaned. There was one staff designated for cleaning the front desk person helping her. We had to buy cleaning supplies for the bathrooms and the floors. There was hair in the linens when we pulled them back. Unfortunately, it was a holiday weekend and no where for us to go. It was an uncomfortable stay for the money. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

The walls in the room was very nasty.it was all the wall in the room.the sheet had blood stains on them.the blast was spots on them.the curtains was nasty too.the furniture was nice and the bath tub had hair in it.I understand you was short staff .But after driving 11hour and I ask can I get in the room at 245.you say check is at 3and we wait to 3 now you say the room not ready.But I couldn't get pass those walls i can still see them in my mind.

The front desk guy wasn't accommodating when ask. The first room provided was an extremely disgusting order of mold and cat urine. The next room was a bit better smelling however was not very clean. Microwave plate had an thick greasy layer substance, fridge had debris and the sheets had ink looking spots. The breakfast area was not kept up on, there were not a complete continental breakfast as described. The housekeeping staff that was on duty during my stay was amazing and accomendating. She went above and beyond for me and my family wish that i can remember her name because she needs to be recognized for her get customer service.

This location is close to family so when we come to visit we look for convenience. They are not only rude if you don't book through a booking site, but also the bedding was dirty they never had any extra wash rags when we asked for them. I was upset that I arrived with my family at midnight and had to ask for fresh linen for both beds, I was tired but refuse to sleep in a dirty bed even down to the extra mattress cover was dirty with look like pee spots so I removed it all and sprayed the beds down and replaced it with the fresh linen from the front desk attendee which was ball up not folded, but he wasn't happy and tried to tell me they're clean. I showed it to him and he said that's the cover, no matter what it is sir I would like it clean.

When I checked in got to my room it stunk really bad had to change rooms the next room still had the smell it was late when I check in with my kids I wanted to cry we had no choice to stay had to go to Walmart and buy stuff to clean and a plug-in to feel comfortable don’t let the pics deceive you looks nice but not clean and on top of that I got charged more then the Expedia price would never stay here again.

Clean but lamps had no light bulbs , most of the outlets did not have power in the table between the beds, and in the sink area by the bathroom , clock was broken. Clerk and the cleaning lady were very pleasant some things you had on your side, the continental breakfast was just okay, Yogurt, juice from machine, bagels, no bread for toast instant oats maple no plain, grits and make your own waffle. Down fall did not open until 8:00 not even to get a quick coffee. I've never stayed at a place that did not have coffee 24 hours travelers like coffee does not matter what time. But it did suit my needs at the time. I traveled for a family funeral.

The neighborhood lacked charm. It was just gas stations and fast food restaurants, just like Anywhere USA. But the hotel was very clean. My only complaint is they were clearly understaffed as our room wasn't ready when we arrived past 3:00. It seemed as if the gentleman who was very nice behind the desk was doing everything from reception to cleaning rooms. I do hope he finds some good help soon as it broke my heart to see him work so hard. Also the room had a strong perfume smell which was hard to get used to. But again, very clean

Very clean hotel. Super nice young man checked us in. Grocery store about 3 blocks away. Lots of restaurants around the area. Bed was very comfy. I would stay there again!

The neighborhood lacked charm. It was just gas stations and fast food restaurants, just like Anywhere USA. But the hotel was very clean. My only complaint is they were clearly understaffed as our room wasn't ready when we arrived past 3:00. It seemed as if the gentleman who was very nice behind the desk was doing everything from reception to cleaning rooms. I do hope he finds some good help soon as it broke my heart to see him work so hard. Also the room had a strong perfume smell which was hard to get used to. But again, very clean

I had planned to wash my hair. Couldn't. The usually efficient, eco friendly bottles of needed products, WEREN'T !! There was only one in the shower but space for two. The labeling was confusing as it read like there were two different products in each if them. The sink had one but it looked like it was supposed to be the second one in the shower! Continental Breakfast?? Juice machine was turned off. Waffle machine was on, but bag of batter used up and taken out of the dispenser. Had to settle for cold cereal. Breakfast starts there at 7am. This was 8 o'clock! I wish I had taken photos. The outside of the place was dingy looking. It seemed like there was only the one guy doing everything. No other staff noticed. He was nice, pleasant, and I told him that, but also that I'd never stay there again.

Great stay, this hotel deserves higher average rating. Rooms upgraded, neat and clean. And breakfast was decent, and it included warm waffles which made kids happy. Receptionist was friendly and helpful

Clean but lamps had no light bulbs , most of the outlets did not have power in the table between the beds, and in the sink area by the bathroom , clock was broken. Clerk and the cleaning lady were very pleasant some things you had on your side, the continental breakfast was just okay, Yogurt, juice from machine, bagels, no bread for toast instant oats maple no plain, grits and make your own waffle. Down fall did not open until 8:00 not even to get a quick coffee. I've never stayed at a place that did not have coffee 24 hours travelers like coffee does not matter what time. But it did suit my needs at the time. I traveled for a family funeral.

The front desk guy wasn't accommodating when ask. The first room provided was an extremely disgusting order of mold and cat urine. The next room was a bit better smelling however was not very clean. Microwave plate had an thick greasy layer substance, fridge had debris and the sheets had ink looking spots. The breakfast area was not kept up on, there were not a complete continental breakfast as described. The housekeeping staff that was on duty during my stay was amazing and accomendating. She went above and beyond for me and my family wish that i can remember her name because she needs to be recognized for her get customer service.

We were in Lake City to attend a funeral. There seemed to be a shortage in acceptable rooms in the area, and we were quite concerned after reading some of the other reviews. So, we booked two rooms at Quality Inn and carried our own sheets and towels. I was quite relieved when I walked into the room. The floors were tiled so no dirty carpet to worry about. The bedding was clean and the towels were quite adequate. I carry a portable blacklight flashlight for seeking out bodily fluids. I am pleased to say that I found none in either room. Breakfast (such as it was) wasn't supposed to be served until 7AM, but both days they were late in setting it up. There are plenty of other breakfast opportunities in the area. The manager was adequate meaning he did his job ...nothing more .. nothing less ... with zero personality thrown in. It mattered not to me as all I was seeking was a clean, safe place for me and my family to lay our heads while in the city. Quality Inn met that need.
