From the beginning it was a nightmare from getting wrong information on charges for my dog ( had to leave her with a friend) , to having a room that has mold, the bathtub is rusted / parts coming off, rusted refrigerator, and the smell of weed from the moment you walked in. Don’t think I’ll be using this facility again in the future and it’s a shame because the location it’s in is convenient.

Supposed to be non smoking but smoke and weed smell were everywhere, even getting into my room. I couldn’t even use the laundry because they had no detergent available even for purchase. They changed my rate to a higher amount when I went to check out early even though the hotel was clearly not non smoking and I did not feel safe being pregnant and around all of that smoke.

I did not use any of the amenities, so I don't know how they were. The room was very clean so for that I would give to 5. However, I did try to stay one more night and I asked about that over the telephone speaking with The person that was working, but they brushed it off to the morning staff which caused us to have to check out instead of us taking care of it. Then when there was a room available that we could have booked that night, that is the reason for getting 4 stars instead of 5, so I had to relocate hotels. While staying in tampa. Was not aware of a big event that was taking place on Friday, but the person working on Thursday did not wanna go out their way to help us go ahead and book it. So with that being said, you got 4 stars, he was nice, but that's very disappointing. I did not wanna have to relocate, but I had no choice and maybe that's a good thing to wake up to have a bunch of cops in the parking lot.The following morning.

Room disgusting rooms outdated no soap dirty towels dingy towels and bed sheets front desk helpful holes in the walls dirty hair on the blankets and when we pulled the covers back hair all over sheets rooms smelled like someone smoked cigarettes I would not recommend to anyone
