What a lovely place. A 17th century hacienda waiting to invite adventuresome guests. While only 8 km outside bustling Valladolid, you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. We were the only guests the three nites we were there which is a shame because it really is a lovely spot and all the staff is there to make your visit comfortable. We loved it

The cabanas have been recently remodeled and are in great shape, with very comfortable beds. The staff was excellent, polite, friendly, accommodating all of our needs. They are all to be commended. The location was lovely, set in a natural spot away from the hustle and bustle of the Valladolid, very relaxing and peaceful. Still close enough to the city to visit, as well as the Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza and Ek Balam and north to the coast to observe birds. And don't forget the pool! Highly recommend La Hacienda for those who are looking for a restful vacation.

It was a Mex. Historical 1500 s Hacienda. Nice, quiet, detailed, peaceful and simple but exqusite. Stayed for 1 night and spent 2! 5min from beautiful Valladolid. Took a 1 hour nap next to pool. WE WILL COME AGAIN! Wild turkeys in front lawn and such a nice experience. Dont miss this place!! love this peace and quiet in the woods 5 star.

Está a 10 minutos fuera de valladolid, solamente ofrece desayuno, ricos ppr cierto, pero para comer o cenar tienes que salir al pueblo mas cercano (necesitas auto) las habitaciones limpias y decentes, el.personal nos trató muy bien Jaime y Pedro 😺; definitivamente si lo que es buscas es un lugar tranquilo es el indicado, tiene bicis que te prestan.

Très vieillissant. Personnel souriant. Chambre basique. Ambiance glauque. Belle piscine mais transats HS et le fait qu’il n’y ait personne ne donne pas envie. Bonne connection internet.

Al único día q me hospede en la Hacienda se fue la luz 💡 de las 8:30 a las 11:30 pm en verdad no se ve nada y da bastante miedo, deberían tener una planta de luz aunque sea pequeña, mínima luz para pasar y estar, que al calor sin ventilador ni aire acondicionado era imposible dormir. Igual en las instalaciones no se veía ninguna persona del hotel, no nos proporcionaron toallas para la piscina. No me agrado la estancia ☹️

Todo estuvo muy bien nos encantó y si volveremos Pero les falta esto para que diera un 10 Ganchos para toallas en el baño Sardinel en regaderas se sale el agua y se tapa la regadera lo cual sin sardinel puede ocasionar un accidente Deben dejar una bolsa de basura o lavandería no había y no pudimos ayudar en tirar la basura porque lo botes de baño son muy pequeños Los colchones no tienen protector lo cual hace que el huésped tenga contacto con el mismo porque solo ponen dos sábanas planas y la sabana se mueve y es antihigiénico No hay caja fuerte Servicio de restaurante muy lento recomiendo Staff más especializado o bien más práctico un buffet continental y que cada quien se atienda

De 10 días de estancia solo 3 con internet y solo hasta las 10:40 pm. Al preguntar, el personal me dijo: -Si tienes iPhone tienes que ponerlo en modo avión y después conectarlo al internet ?!?! -un rayo quemó el contacto del módem. -ya le llamamos al técnico. -el técnico no ha venido por tanta lluvia. -conéctate a la cabaña 15 o 16 -ya hicimos todo lo posible y no sabemos por qué no hay señal. La habitación olía a humedad hasta las sábanas y almohadas. No regreso.

Una experiencia extraordinaria .. la ubicaciòn fuera del bullicio cotidiano lo hace único para verdaderamente descansar; la villa es amplia, segura y limpia .. el trato amable del personal te hace sentir como en casa. Definitivo con ganas de regresar. Lo recomiendo amplianente.

This is a beautiful 16th century hacienda. It is quite well maintained, but it is obvious that more money should be invested to bring it back to its former glory, especially the bathroom ceilings. However, for anyone who wants a peaceful and quiet vacation, outside the city but not too far away, this hacienda is an excellent choice. But, guests must be aware that this facility is in the forest, there are animals, humidity is constantly present - this is a tropical area after all. The staff is very friendly, they speak mostly only Spanish, but communication is possible with apps. On the other hand, whatever we asked was done immediately. This is a place to rest your soul from the city crowds and everyday stress! It is wonderful to sit on the porch in the morning, with the discreet voices of animals and enjoy excellent coffee brought to you by smiling staff!

Está a 10 minutos fuera de valladolid, solamente ofrece desayuno, ricos ppr cierto, pero para comer o cenar tienes que salir al pueblo mas cercano (necesitas auto) las habitaciones limpias y decentes, el.personal nos trató muy bien Jaime y Pedro 😺; definitivamente si lo que es buscas es un lugar tranquilo es el indicado, tiene bicis que te prestan.

This is a beautiful 16th century hacienda. It is quite well maintained, but it is obvious that more money should be invested to bring it back to its former glory, especially the bathroom ceilings. However, for anyone who wants a peaceful and quiet vacation, outside the city but not too far away, this hacienda is an excellent choice. But, guests must be aware that this facility is in the forest, there are animals, humidity is constantly present - this is a tropical area after all. The staff is very friendly, they speak mostly only Spanish, but communication is possible with apps. On the other hand, whatever we asked was done immediately. This is a place to rest your soul from the city crowds and everyday stress! It is wonderful to sit on the porch in the morning, with the discreet voices of animals and enjoy excellent coffee brought to you by smiling staff!

Todo estuvo muy bien nos encantó y si volveremos Pero les falta esto para que diera un 10 Ganchos para toallas en el baño Sardinel en regaderas se sale el agua y se tapa la regadera lo cual sin sardinel puede ocasionar un accidente Deben dejar una bolsa de basura o lavandería no había y no pudimos ayudar en tirar la basura porque lo botes de baño son muy pequeños Los colchones no tienen protector lo cual hace que el huésped tenga contacto con el mismo porque solo ponen dos sábanas planas y la sabana se mueve y es antihigiénico No hay caja fuerte Servicio de restaurante muy lento recomiendo Staff más especializado o bien más práctico un buffet continental y que cada quien se atienda

Al único día q me hospede en la Hacienda se fue la luz 💡 de las 8:30 a las 11:30 pm en verdad no se ve nada y da bastante miedo, deberían tener una planta de luz aunque sea pequeña, mínima luz para pasar y estar, que al calor sin ventilador ni aire acondicionado era imposible dormir. Igual en las instalaciones no se veía ninguna persona del hotel, no nos proporcionaron toallas para la piscina. No me agrado la estancia ☹️

What a lovely place. A 17th century hacienda waiting to invite adventuresome guests. While only 8 km outside bustling Valladolid, you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. We were the only guests the three nites we were there which is a shame because it really is a lovely spot and all the staff is there to make your visit comfortable. We loved it

The cabanas have been recently remodeled and are in great shape, with very comfortable beds. The staff was excellent, polite, friendly, accommodating all of our needs. They are all to be commended. The location was lovely, set in a natural spot away from the hustle and bustle of the Valladolid, very relaxing and peaceful. Still close enough to the city to visit, as well as the Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza and Ek Balam and north to the coast to observe birds. And don't forget the pool! Highly recommend La Hacienda for those who are looking for a restful vacation.

Nos cobraron por tres personas, pero solo nos pusieron dos toallas. Pedí la tercera pero me dieron un tapete de baño. Todo lo demás muy bien, excelentes senderos para observación de aves.

This is a beautiful 16th century hacienda. It is quite well maintained, but it is obvious that more money should be invested to bring it back to its former glory, especially the bathroom ceilings. However, for anyone who wants a peaceful and quiet vacation, outside the city but not too far away, this hacienda is an excellent choice. But, guests must be aware that this facility is in the forest, there are animals, humidity is constantly present - this is a tropical area after all. The staff is very friendly, they speak mostly only Spanish, but communication is possible with apps. On the other hand, whatever we asked was done immediately. This is a place to rest your soul from the city crowds and everyday stress! It is wonderful to sit on the porch in the morning, with the discreet voices of animals and enjoy excellent coffee brought to you by smiling staff!
