El hotel es muy lindo y personal muy amable pero el hotel tiene hormigas por todos lados, hasta se nos metieron en la ropa, por otro lado los precios de la cantina del hotel bastante elevados, por ejemplo un vaso de hielo 2 €. Si no está en tus planes alquilar auto no vaya ya que no hay mucho para hacer en el pueblo.

Der Ort Alcoutim ist ein Kurzbesuch wert. Bei schönem Wetter ist dieses Hotel D'Alcoutim gut geeignet. Denn vom Pool und den Terrassen hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Fluss und nach Spanien. Bei schlechtem Wetter eher nicht empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber okay.

Die kleine Hotellage mit einem schönem Pool direkt am Grenzfluss ist ideal um abzuschalten oder zu wandern. Wir waren diesmal 5 Tage vor Ort und uns hat es wieder sehr gut gefallen. Das Dorf, ist genauso wie der kleine Beachclub mit einem kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Kleiner Dorfladen vorhanden, mehrere Restaurants die am Abend öffnen und zwei weitere die nur Mittags offen haben. Vom Pool freier Blick auf die weltweit einzige Zipline zwischen zwei Ländern. Wagemutige können sich vom spanischen Berg über den Fluss auf die portugiesische Seite "fahren" lassen; inkl. Zeitsprung. Das spanische Dorf kann mit einer kleinen Fähre im halbstundenTakt erreicht werden (2,5 Euro Euro Return)
