Très bel hôtel , situé dans un parc. Parking gratuit, ce qui est un plus. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Personnel souriant et très agréable! Seul point qui pourrait être amélioré, si des rénovations devaient être programmées, il faut penser à remplacer la moquette par du parquet ou carrelage dans les chambres.

J’ai en partie choisi cet hôtel car il y a une piscine et aussi des terrains de tennis. Quelle déception à la vue des terrains. Sur trois courts, aucun n’est en état à moins d’avoir envie de se faire une entorse (mousse partout, sol glussant), ou bien de courir après les balles (pas de grillage) ou bien pour faciliter le jeu de ne pas avoir de filet…. Bref, ne comptez pas sur les terrains. Fort heureusement il y a juste à côté le tennis club de hardelot, bien accueilli et prix honnête de 16€ pour 3 pers (Quick et terre synthétique). Le pire c’est que le réceptionniste m’indique avoir déjà remonté l’info 😡 Bref, publicité mensongère concernant la revendication de terrain de tennis Chambre ok, literie ok, salle de bain ok Petit dej très moyen (revoir les œufs brûlés.. pardon brouillés et aussi la salade de fruits) Parc joli Possibilité de charger les VE Personnel ok

Hôtel is good quality & we enjoyed the pool and the bar. Although front of house did come out to check we were actually hotel guests & allowed in the pool. We were told the tennis courts are out of action which is a big shame for us. There are photos of 3 courts on the hotel website.

Cet établissement devait être un exemple mais c'était il y a 15 ans. On sent que l'infrastructure n'est pas correctement entretenue. L'ensemble mériterait un énorme rafraîchissement. La chambre 31,initialement prévue pour nous accueillir était catastrophique (traces de brûlures sur la table, moquette tachée, lattes de sommiers cassées, matelas creusés par les années). Bref, inacceptable pour un établissement 3*. A force d'insistance, ils nous ont trouvé une autre chambre. Les deux chambres ne sont pas très propres dans les détails (toiles d'araignées, tâches, usure marquée). Un des draps présente une tâche qui ressemble à du sang (jamais changé). En conclusion, le personnel est très professionnel (cocktails offert pour le problème de chambre) mais l'ensemble n'est pas aussi brillant que sur les nombreuses pubs (y compris à Nausicaa) rencontrées. Nous avons globalement été déçus par cet établissement. Dernier exemple, la piscine est pleine de feuilles et d'aiguilles de pin. Rien n'est fait pour la nettoyer...

Our 2nd stat at Hotel du Parc. We love it. A little dated around the edges but very clean and comfortable. Very spacious hotel eith large bedrooms. Dont expect the Ritz and you will love the relaxed and incredibly friendly vibe. We recommend it and already plan to go again.

We had a loveky stay, very comfortable and great food. Huge bed. The only downside were the very small and much used pillows.it made for a rather uncomfortable sleep with just one pillow per person and it was lumpy and thin. Yes,, first worls problems, but when paying luxury prices a little.more pillow goes a long way.

Hotel was nice, a little tired in places but perfectly acceptable. Rooms were big. He had booked (or I thought I had booked dinner in the hotel. When we got there they had recognition of the restaurant reservation was fully booked. After a long drive it was disappointing to have to leave the hotel to find food.

All was really good… as previous visits but:- 1. breakfast room is just too small with too small servery therefore crowded & short on variety of food 2. This visit - service in the restaurant was poor as 1/2 inexperienced waiters was just not good enough - pleasant friendly personnel but lacked experience and attention to detail .. needed guidance and additional persons Sorry but true .. but lovely break in lovely hotel 👍🙏👋

on checking in we found the staff pleasant although found it strange we had to book a table for the restaurant, as it was only a third full when we sat down at 8 pm. The room was dated and tied but clean. It was booked for 3 adults but only had two cups, two milks and 4 pillows. I went to reception to ask for more milk and pillows and was advised the housekeeping had gone home taking the keys with them !!! I asked could I get milk from elsewhere within the hotel and was advised to get it from the bar. I was then informed I would be charged....... When arriving at the restaurant we were offered the table next to the door which we declined and then was offered another table. We waited half an hour for our order to be taken and our food then arrived 1 hour 15 minutes after was sat down. We saw other customers complaining as all sorts of mistakes were being made - such as main courses coming out before starters, one person having their food and the 15 minutes later the other guest at the table having theirs. When we tried our food the Salmon was over cooked and dry, the peppers were not seasoned and the pasta was cold. By this time we were beyond hungry and were very unhappy. There was no manager or deputy manager on site and the most senior person was the chef - who was unexperienced. I would understand if the restaurant was full .... but the menus was a set one with two options for each course and it was not cheap. HOTEL A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT AND OVERPRICED. WHAT A LET DOWN!

Wonderful stop over on our road trip. Beautiful neighborhood and a short 25min walk to town and the seaside. Dog friendly and lovely area for dog walk. Restaurant was nice! Would definitely come back.

Stayed with 3 kids for one night. Hotel is nice and clean and the Staff were really good. The restaurant is not suitable for kids. There is no kids menu and the food is very Complex. The food also wasnt even that good. We gave up half way through as it just didnt suit. Im sure it would be nice for a couple
