the hotel is not as grand as to be expected. very limited services and conditions on the use of facilities such as the bath water warm uninviting pool have made sure I will not book it again. the beds are actually single narrow beds put together. there is no room service at all, boring breakfast and the beach is one of the worst beaches I have ever been on

Didnt provide water and ac didnt work . Location was good however needed updating very old property and beach wasnt good . Lots of jellyfish . Breakfast was great !

We enjoyed this property, but we experienced discrimination here. Veiled Muslim women are not allowed in the swimming pools, which is discrimination.

Great property but you have to pay for the gym which wasn't mentioned as private/ separate before i booked the room. Gym is expensive $75 dinars which about $25 dollars a day per person. The hotel employees are very nice and very helpful. Hotel food are decent but the location of the hotel is very convenient and quiet at the same time. I recommend this hotel.

De la porte de l'hôtel a notre chambre c'était parfait, un personnel hors du commun qui est à vos petits soins, le sourire et l'humour font partis de la convivialité de cet hôtel, c'est notre deuxième séjour et aucun regret. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci a tout le personnel ne changez rien!! Que du bonheur ! L'hôtel dispose d'une belle piscine propre intérieure et extérieure ainsi qu'une thalasso qui est très bien tenu et agréable et pour couronner le tout vous avez la plage à côté, un jardin très agréable et bien entretenu ainsi qu'un cours de tennis, vraiment rien a redire sur ce joli hôtel à proximité du port El kantaoui.......un grand merci aussi aux femmes de chambre qui sont à vos petits soins et les gardiens, jardiniers cuisiniers,serveurs de cet hôtel... Je suis extrêmement déçu par mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était désagréable et loin d'être accueillant. Le manque de professionnalisme était flagrant, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus déplaisante. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement si vous cherchez un service de qualité.
