All is good. Just a caution ; the beds are super soft and ı have back problems. So 1st night was a big problem for me. They fixed it for the 2nd night by putting an extra layer on top of the bed. Then it was OK. IF you are NOT comfortable with soft beds, be aware

Very clean and spacious room, super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful hotel with perfect location, absolute great value for money, underground parking which makes it even more convenient, highly recommended

The location is great — nearby shops are very convenient. Front desk staff are excellent — very professional and helpful. However, other staff members are just average, and the sauna and spa service staff are below average. Overall, it doesn’t fully feel like a 5-star hotel; more like something between 4 and 5 stars. Still, it’s the only good option in the city center.
