Verbleven daar voor tweede keer dit jaar voor een dagje Phantasialand. Hotel is een zeer goede locatie voor bezoek aan Phantasialand. Beleving viel dit keer ietwat tegenvallen, bar was gesloten en restaurant had nu enkel een zeer beperkt buffet. In april was alles open, gezellig en levendiger en konden heerlijk a la carte eten in het restaurant. Ontbijt is echt goed en uitgebreid. Kamer was netjes en alles wat we nodig hebben enkel bedden waren minder comfortabel en single bankbed piepte en kraakte aan alle kanten.

Unangenehmer Geruch in der Lobby, als Hotelgast durften wir die Bar nicht nutzen aufgrund einer anderen Veranstaltung. Im Restaurant gab es dir das Frühstück nicht genug Sitzplätze, aber Auswahl hervorragend. Die Sauna wurde erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung eingeschaltet, Dampfsauna defekt. Der gesamte "Spabereich" wirkte eher wie Platz genutzt als entspannt eingerichtet. Preis aber Fair und nahe am Phantasialand.

Great restaurant, we had an excellent evening meal. Breakfast was also good. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar - service was top notch. Some of the rooms need maintenance, there were some plumbing problems during our stay and our in room safe wasn’t working. Overall, good value for money. We would book again.

Niets bijzonders, zeker niet slecht. De parking was vol, parkeergarage werd gratis aangeboden als alternatief, erg netjes. Personeel heel behulpzaam ne vriendelijk. Hotel is al wat ouder, comfort is goed. Prima bedden.

The hotel was easy to get to with plenty of parking, just outside the city center in a quiet setting. It was mostly clean (we had a big stain on the carpet by the side-table in our room) The staff was mostly friendly & helpful. The room we stayed in was small for American standards. The hotel definitely wins the flattest pillow award! I didn't even notice I had two pillows until I tried rolling them up for more support. The hotel offered a great breakfast buffet, including a nice inside and outside seating area. Coffee was offered through 2 big automated coffee makers, with plenty of frothed options to choose from. A simple German cup of copy with a simple creamer would have sufficed for me though.

Så sunkigt ställe. Stort hål i taket där det droppade från AC:n ner på golvet och gjorde den äckligaste heltäckningsmatta man sett blöt, AC:n som överhuvudtaget inte gav nån kyla ändå. Ingrodd smuts på väggar och golv. Hemsk lukt var det första man slogs av när man öppnade dörren. Vi övervägde att gå ner och sova i bilen istället. Det här stället har sett sina bästa dagar och rekommenderar ingen att bo här. Sett till priset så är det ett skämt, får Scandic att framstå som Mandarin Oriental.

War alles super, Frühstück war sehr sehr gut meine Tochter und Frau waren auch sehr zufrieden. Toilette und Zimmer waren auch sauber , aber unterm Bett war sehr Staub. Aber wir kommen wieder!

Leider sind die Zimmerwände nicht weit genug schallisoliert, somit konnte ich in der Nacht ruhig meinem schnarchenden Zimmernachbarn zuhören. Das Handtuch hatte einige Flecken und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Das Haus selber hat sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, das Zimmer war sehr schön und zweckmäßig ansonsten gab es nichts auszusetzen.

We used this hotel for a trip to Phantasialand. There is a shuttle bus available at Brühl Mitte for £5 return per person in cash, and the stop is an 18 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is very comfortable, we used the restaurant two night. The only problem was the lack of a kettle and tea making facilities in the rooms. We ended up paying €7 for a pot of tea each to take upstairs on the second night.

Overall, a good stay at H+ hotel. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. My only criticism was that there was not a reliable wifi signal in my hotel room, so I had to sit downstairs in the bar when I needed to do some work on my computer.

This hotel suits its purpose of being close to phantasialand, the staff were helpful and friendly! The rooms are standard although our first room had no working air conditioning and a window that wouldn’t open/close easily. We were then moved to a different room, again the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast is okay, it has lots of options and even offered vegan/gluten free alternatives. The hotel overall does look and feel a bit rundown/neglected in some areas. If you need somewhere to stay and can’t afford phantasialands on site hotels this is a fine alternative.

Overall the stay was great. However the pillows had no substance to them. You needed 3 or 4 to make a proper pillow. Also the AC wasn't working fully. I'm guessing the AC was stopped because it was still cold outside so had to sleep with the window open instead. Breakfast was good. Everything you could want.

Excellent breakfast, great efficient staff. Check in wasn’t great, we were just handed a key with no information given about breakfast etc. room was pretty standard but with some stains on the wall and ceiling. Great location for phantasialand, half an hour walk away.

Das Personal war super freundlich, das Zimmer sehr sauber die einzigen Dinge die ein bisschen blöd waren, das dass Restaurant so klein ist und man so schlecht einen Platz bekommen hat wobei das Frühstück ja mit inbegriffen ist und die Zimmerdame die fragte ob sie putzen soll hat keine Minute beim klopfen gewartet und stand viel zu schnell mitten im Raum, beim nächsten mal gerne klopfen und kurz auf Reaktion warten und Vorallem wenn der Hund schon knurrt weil er aufpasst bitte nicht einfach rein gehen.

We were then moved to a different room, again the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast is okay, it has lots of options and even offered vegan/gluten free alternatives. The hotel overall does look and feel a bit rundown/neglected in some areas. If you need somewhere to stay and can’t afford phantasialands on site hotels this is a fine alternative.

Excellent breakfast, great efficient staff. Check in wasn’t great, we were just handed a key with no information given about breakfast etc. room was pretty standard but with some stains on the wall and ceiling. Great location for phantasialand, half an hour walk away.

The stuffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is also cozy and tidy. Some people might be concerned that this hotel is 30-50 mins far by train from the central cologne station but for me it was totally fine. The breakfast included in the room fee was great with much variety. I would choose this hotel too if I have another chance to visit cologne.

We stayed here for Phantasialand, it's about a 20/30 minute walk from the hotel, or a 5 minute car ride. I would recommend hiring a car as there isn't much to do besides the themepark, cleanliness is very good. On the one day we wasn't at the park and therefore able to sleep in a little, staff were knocking on for cleaning at 9am. There was no sign to put on the door to say do not disturb

It’s a nice hotel but on random nights the bar is closed. Restaurant menu is not very vegan friendly. The only English channel on tv is France 24. BBC or CNN would be nice

Verbleven daar voor tweede keer dit jaar voor een dagje Phantasialand. Hotel is een zeer goede locatie voor bezoek aan Phantasialand. Beleving viel dit keer ietwat tegenvallen, bar was gesloten en restaurant had nu enkel een zeer beperkt buffet. In april was alles open, gezellig en levendiger en konden heerlijk a la carte eten in het restaurant. Ontbijt is echt goed en uitgebreid. Kamer was netjes en alles wat we nodig hebben enkel bedden waren minder comfortabel en single bankbed piepte en kraakte aan alle kanten.

Great restaurant, we had an excellent evening meal. Breakfast was also good. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar - service was top notch. Some of the rooms need maintenance, there were some plumbing problems during our stay and our in room safe wasn’t working. Overall, good value for money. We would book again.

Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Das Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet mit großem Schreibtisch, zwei Sitzgelegenheiten, exzellentem Internet und sehr bequemen Betten. Das Frühstück muss in seiner Vielfalt als wirklich fantastisch bezeichnet werden und ist den verlangten Preis wirklich wert. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr gut ausgebildet, sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

My wife and I were in transit from Calais to Frankfurt and we needed somewhere to stay en route. This hotel came up in my search and was within my budget, so I booked it. I'm very glad I did! It's a modern, comfortable place, with many features that made our stay memorable. First and foremost, I must mention the front desk and restaurant staff. Every time I spoke with them during our stay, they were hospitable, helpful, and extended us every courtesy to ensure we were well looked after. I don't remember their names, but they all deserve to be acknowledged. I was a corporate trainer for 50 years and travelled extensively during that time, staying in thousands of hotels. Accordingly, I have developed a mental checklist of things I like and things I dislike when it comes to accommodation. I'm pleased to say that the H+ hotel in Bonn had no negatives! Some things I approved of: - Free self-parking with no height restrictions (I have luggage on my car roof rack that usually precludes using underground car parks.) - Elevator. My wife has limited mobility and cannot climb many stairs. - Air conditioning. The outside temperature was uncomfortably hot, but our room was cool. - Lots of hot water in the shower, with good pressure. - Power outlets on the wall each side of the bed. (So many hotels nowadays just have one power outlet by the desk on the wall opposite the bed making it inconvenient to charge my phone overnight or to work on my computer while sitting up in bed.)

Staff are so friendly and helpful, breakfast included in the price of the stay and is excellent. Cheap supermarket right next door, 5 minutes walk from the train and bus to Phantasialand right across the road (only runs once an hour though). Overall excellent hotel
