The hotel in general was nice, clean and well maintained, however our room was below satisfaction, very small, the bathroom was very small and dated, difficult to use the shower as it was so small. The room felt very run down, cracked tiles and stained walls, aircon was poor. The terrace was enclosed with the walls of other terraces so no view. This area was also very run down, nothing like the photos listed. The rest of the hotel was pleasant though and staff very helpful. You need to wear a swim cap in the pool so these had to be purchased. Unfortunately wouldn’t return here because of the room condition. It’s a good base to explore Ischia if you don’t mind the room conditions, as it’s a good location.

I reserved 3 rooms. They did accommodate my request for ground level for one. However the a/c in the other 2 rooms did not work. It was not fixed during our stay resulting in the time in the rooms very uncomfortable. The pool area and breakfast was nice. Location was good

The property has a pool which was relaxing . The area is centrally located coming from the port. The area can be a bit noisy.

É um bom hotel! Bem localizado e limpo! Fiquei num quarto maravilhoso e a equipe de funcionários foi bem atenciosa. Senti falta de mais informações sobre como melhor utilizar o hotel, pq no subsolo tem um spa. Cobram 8 euros p/ usar o roupão e mais um pouco p/ uma toalha de piscina. Ressalva: “O chuveiro” é péssimo. Usam aquela ducha europeia e a do quarto estava com os furos obstruídos. Pedi p/ limparem, mas não resolveram! No mais, tudo bom!
