With this price, the conditions of the room, the swimming pool and the breakfast are pretty poor. The staff did not advance there is a cost for the sauna nor any note to be seen, only at the check out they tried to charge for it.

Numa escala de 0 a 5 dou 4 apenas por um senão, estão a precisar de mudar o soalho do chão, muito barulho principalmente nos corredores de acesso aos quartos, assim nos quartos também faz muito barulho. Quanto ao resto, muito bom e com umas vistas da aldeia muito bonita. A repetir...

Amazing location just above the beautiful Piodão Village in the middle of the mountain. Unfortunately my room was on the ground floor with a view for the car parking which was terrible...my room was ok but needs to be renovated and the toilet ,which is big has a bathtub with goes from one side to the other and makes it really complicated to get my self inside/outside and i am sure my mother wouldnt be able to have a shower here... i could hear all the huge noise from the room beside me in the evening, 2 young Spanish guests shouting and laughing as it was nothing so i complained to the recepção on duty but unfortunately nothing changed... Terrible wifi... Very nice breakfast! As mentioned before the location is amazing and its actually the only hotel in the area so... Just ask for a better view and if you are lucky with next door guests you will enjoy it !

With this price, the conditions of the room, the swimming pool and the breakfast are pretty poor. The staff did not advance there is a cost for the sauna nor any note to be seen, only at the check out they tried to charge for it.

The check-in took 30 mins, they also wanted to charge us extra for a cot when we had reserved a room for 3 but there was only 2 single beds for the 3 of us. There was mold in the room by the window in the bathroom and the one overlooking outside. There was a band that played starting at 9:30pm that could be heard all throughout the hotel, not ideal if you have children or if you were hoping to get an early night of sleep. The hotel definitely needs an update. Lots of things falling apart. Definitely disappointing given their “4 star” rating. Lovely village but the hotel was less than stellar.
