Très bel hôtel récemment rénové, très belles chambres, excellent service. Cependant 1/ la piscine est trop petite et était toujours bondée malgré les créneaux de réservation (aucune place sur les transats, nous y sommes donc restés 10 minutes le temps de se baigner et de se rendre compte qu’on ne pouvait même pas nager vu le monde) 2/ la restauration est vraiment médiocre (hormis le petit déjeuner très correct)

Séjour d’une nuit pour un anniversaire de rencontre avec ma compagne. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Petit plus pour Francis le major d’homme très agréable nous ayant raconté l’histoire de la propriété et fait une petite visite. Le spa est incroyable de plus étant un séjour en semaine nous avions la piscine rien que pour nous. Le restaurant était super nous y avons très bien mangé. Un peu déçu pour le petit déjeuner mais cela ne tiens qu’à moi. Nous recommandons cet hôtel a 100%

Wij hadden gekozen voor een kamer met gemeubeld terras en dat was een pluspunt. Ruime kamer met alle voorzieningen. Piekfijne badkamer met luxeproducten (alleen de houder van het toiletpapier was onhandig geplaatst achter in plaats van naast het toilet). Gratis opladen van de elektrische auto (bravo) en parkingboys. Het restaurant Opera serveert enkel nog het ontbijt, voor lunch en avondeten moet men naar het Stradivarius. Quartos grandes e confortáveis. Café da manhã excelente. Hotel fica em meio à floresta, com vistas incríveis. Acesso fácil de carro ao Castelo de Chantilly. Especial atenção à equipe da recepção e ao Guest Relation. Simplesmente fantásticos. José e Theo tornaram ainda mais especial nossa hospedagem com a experiência Chantilly. Aprendemos a fazer o creme e degustamos com doces, frutas e champanhe.

Quartos grandes e confortáveis. Café da manhã excelente. Hotel fica em meio à floresta, com vistas incríveis. Acesso fácil de carro ao Castelo de Chantilly. Amazing hotel. Came here 15 years ago and it was amazing then. Looks like they’ve upgraded. Staff are amazing, although I think they probably need more of them. Beautiful setting. Definitely come back again!

O café da manhã era simplesmente espetacular! Variedade em queijos, pães, patisserie, cafés, sucos e chás. Tudo extremamente fresco e saboroso. O staff era simplesmente sensacional. José, Nathan, Marine, Theo e todos os outros que nos atenderam. Obrigada por tornarem nossa lua de mel tão especial. Jamais iremos esquecer nossa estadia nesse hotel maravilhoso e tudo o que fizeram por nós! Nosso muito obrigada

Especial atenção à equipe da recepção e ao Guest Relation. Simplesmente fantásticos. José e Theo tornaram ainda mais especial nossa hospedagem com a experiência Chantilly. Aprendemos a fazer o creme e degustamos com doces, frutas e champanhe.

Mooi kasteeltje omgebouwd tot luxe hotel. Er werd een nieuwe vleugel bijgebouwd waarvan het uitzicht niet stoort naast het kasteel. Wij hadden gekozen voor een kamer met gemeubeld terras en dat was een pluspunt. Ruime kamer met alle voorzieningen. Piekfijne badkamer met luxeproducten (alleen de houder van het toiletpapier was onhandig geplaatst achter in plaats van naast het toilet). Gratis opladen van de elektrische auto (bravo) en parkingboys. Het restaurant Opera serveert enkel nog het ontbijt, voor lunch en avondeten moet men naar het Stradivarius. Vriendelijk personeel en efficiënte service maar een (te) beperkte kaart voor 4 avonden. Geen alternatief in de onmiddellijke buurt. Zeer goed gelegen hotel voor bezoeken aan de kastelen van Chantilly, Compiègne, Pierrefonds, enz.

Très bel hôtel récemment rénové, très belles chambres, excellent service. Cependant 1/ la piscine est trop petite et était toujours bondée malgré les créneaux de réservation (aucune place sur les transats, nous y sommes donc restés 10 minutes le temps de se baigner et de se rendre compte qu’on ne pouvait même pas nager vu le monde) 2/ la restauration est vraiment médiocre (hormis le petit déjeuner très correct)

It was an amazing experience staying here. At first you see the beauty and elegance of this property and then you’re met with this heavenly scent. The service was great, the restaurant had some of the best dishes I’ve ever tasted. Just really enjoyed myself and will definitely be coming back.

Séjour d’une nuit pour un anniversaire de rencontre avec ma compagne. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Petit plus pour Francis le major d’homme très agréable nous ayant raconté l’histoire de la propriété et fait une petite visite. Le spa est incroyable de plus étant un séjour en semaine nous avions la piscine rien que pour nous. Le restaurant était super nous y avons très bien mangé. Un peu déçu pour le petit déjeuner mais cela ne tiens qu’à moi. Nous recommandons cet hôtel a 100%

La lenteur du service au restaurant “bistronomique” est en revanche pénalisante. Le nouveau propriétaire de l’hôtel pourra également travailler sur le confort numérique ( wifi) et la possibilité de gratifier le personnel par cb en fin de séjour.

Oddly enough, the hotel solicited a review but seemingly only want positive reviews which is frankly disingenuous. The hotel was ok - definitely dated but this wasn’t misrepresented. What was relates to the amenities. While we selected this hotel for a tranquil final day in France with a reasonable proximity to the airport, it was less than impressive. Having too young girls, we hoped for a relaxing afternoon at the pool with a nice dinner. Both hopes were epic failures. Not advertised at all or we would have stayed elsewhere, you need a “reservation” to use the pool which we could do at 8:00 pm as it was “booked”. Absolutely absurd. The gym was poor at best and while its ample for traveling, the spa staff that you have to go through to get to the tiny gym were less than friendly at best and frankly rude at worst. I particularly enjoyed the tiny gym that the spa leads their guests through the middle of to an outside deck…and they leave the door to the 95 degree open just to make the workout even better. Dinner? The food was fine - nothing incredible but the service was spectacular…spectacularly awful. Ridiculous waits, poor service, forgotten orders. Over a 9 day trip, this was the absolute worst that France had to offer us on this trip. A delightful 8 days followed by one unfortunate day ruined by this hotel. One final note…I don’t think staff should just enter your room unannounced and we returned to find our used coffee cups being cleaned in the bathroom sink. Do better.

I was placed in a basement room with a half window to the terrace where people ate dinner. The food was average. Every staff member however was so thoughtful. It’s a great hack to visit Chateau Chantilly before taking a flight from CDG.

L’accueil était excellent, personnel au petit soin. Petite attention à chaque fois, merci en particulier à Fabrice et Jamal pour leur aide et disponibilité pendant notre séjour. Petit déjeuner parfait. Piscine et sauna vraiment un plus. Chambre superbe. Merci.

Cheguei e o banheiro tinha caco de vidro . Provavelmente de algum hóspede antigo . A televisão nao era smart e não funcionava . Após ligar várias vezes para a recepção sem resposta fui até lá e vieram até meu quarto tentar ajustar mas não conseguiram .
