The place has seen better days, cloudy pool, hot tub had an oily film on it, food was bad, bagels old, hot chocolate watery, furniture is old and has scratches, mold in the bathroom. First room didn’t have a working ac so we had to move to another room. The staff was nice. No pens or pads in the room, had to go get one in the front desk.

Breakfast was okay. Kids not happy hot tub out of service- the whole reason we booked the place.

Just needed to get away for one day and not too far. I traveled 2 hours from my home and was able to check right in within minutes. Biggest part of relaxing that day was the whirlpool and pool. The only small thing to criticize was that there were no towels in the pool area. The area has plenty of places to eat, but the 2 I went to weren't that good and was expensive. In the end, I got what I came for; a good day's relax.

After 2 years they still do not have the safes working. WHY?

Just popped in for a 1 night stay with my husband. The staff was friendly, room was clean, and the gym is small but had plenty of equipment.

Front desk lady was friendly and helpful! Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast had various options and was good.

The motel was fairly comfortable with a large room and long bathroom counter. The carpets in the room showed some dirt from foot traffic, and i thought the bathroom floor was clean until I wiped up some water with a tissue. The washcloths had been laundered so often they were threadbare. Still, the staff was friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast adequate. It was a fine place to stay, very close and convenient to Easton, just lacking in attention to details that make it wonderful in my opinion.

This was a last minute booked overnight stay. Honestly, the hotel itself was extremely clean. Even the carpet in the halls were clean, no stains nothing. Rooms were immaculate. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. Room was large and comfortable with a couch and arm chair. Refrigerator and microwave. Daily free breakfast was hot and fresh with a good selection. Check in and out was quick and easy with a friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again on a return trip.

The hot water never got hot only mildly warm and we had bugs in our room ..several different types. I don't know what they all were . One was a roach.

The room was spacious and comfortable, in a king suite, but it had a bad smell. Needed air freshener and cleaning to remove the smell. Everything else was good in the room. The front desk staff was nice. But the kitchen staff at breakfast was not friendly, she didn't smile or appear happy. She actually seemed irritated when I and others asked simple questions.

LOUD LOUD LOUD. It was so loud. You could hear everything. The family next to us came home at 12am and was so loud they woke my kids up twice. The hotel should invest in some quieter doors. You could literally hear every door slam shut. was just one of the loudest hotels that we’ve ever stayed at. The AC also did not work very well. Needless to say we didn’t get much sleep. Will not be staying here again.

We booked this hotel based on Expedia and Trip Advisor reviews. It definitely deserves its pretty consistent high ratings. Our room was spacious; we LOVED the ceiling fan above our bed! Brilliant! It was clean with daily maid service without request - how novel is that these days! Breakfast was bountiful - there was little that one could want that wasn't there - both in cold and hot items. The desk staff was ever present, professional and welcoming as we checked in, passed through over several days and as we left. Just outside are two seating areas with comfortable chairs and ceiling fans. Here are the downsides, though they are minor in my view: the rooms could use updating. At the least, dumping the bedspreads and going for a more modern look would help alot. Those who care for the rooms and provide breakfast aren't able to communicate very well - we are used to that sometimes. The maid staff was friendly and smiling even if we knew we couldn't understand each other all that well, but the food staff were consistently non-smiling - thus non-welcoming. I found that off putting. The outside seating areas are lovely, but obviously made for smokers, of which there didn't seem to be that many. Ash/cigarette disposal is right there and that's good, but both areas, even though they are outside and with ceiling fans, reek of smoke. We used them, but didn't linger because of that. Perhaps one side could be smoking and the other non-smoking. We would love staying there again!

Very clean and spacious room with 2 tvs and a sitting area. Great bargain and well-located to visit St. Michaels, Easton and even Tilghman Island. Friendly staff at check-in. We will definitely stay again as we come to St. Michaels several times a year.

Best water pressure for the shower of any hotel in the region.

Great place - good location. Would probably stay again. Make sure to get a receipt as the refund for the deposit did not go through and had to fight credit card company to get it off. The bed was good but could tell it was close to end-of-life.

Clean, air condition was very loud in my room

We were first placed in a room next to the elevator. Not good for an 85 year old who is a light sleeper. The beds are absolutely too high for the elderly! One needs a step stool to get in bed. Then there becomes a problem of possible falls. Solution: Get lower beds!!

Check-in was quick and friendly. The hotel and grounds were clean and up-to-date. Breakfast had a nice amount of choices. All the staff I greeted were very courteous. For the price, this place was top notch! Will dfntly keep in mind if I'm in the area.

The staff was courteous and kind, especially Rodney at the front desk. Very welcoming, and we had a great stay for a good value.

Honestly, this place was WONDERFUL! Super clean and spacious. Enjoyable breakfast and they even opened breakfast up earlier for those of us who were racing in the Ironman Eagleman 70.3 race! They also left out some water and Gatorade.

Everything was good with checkin ,check out, and the room. The only complaint I can voice is with the breakfast service attendant. She was not very warm or inviting, did not speak to guest. She did have everything out and the area clean, but at the end of breakfast time, she removed all plates and bowls first so no one could get anything else to eat. We were late eating on our 3rd morning, but were in time to get our food before she started putting away. But then put chairs on the tables so they could not be used. I was watching the news as I ate and she actually walked over and turned both TVs off and went back into the pantry. I know she has a schedule, but it would not hurt to leave tables available for people to use during the day and turning the TVs off seemed rude to me.

The AC did not work in our room the first night and we were told there was nothing that could be done. It was so hot and uncomfortable. We weren’t even offered an apology. They did move us the next day, but no refund or compensation was offered, and mostly, there was no apology.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had to make 2 consecutive reservations to extend our stay and the staff was great about that and we did not have to checkout, because we had different room types and our keys were reprogammed correctly the first time. We got extra towels and pillows and hangers with no hassel, and with a smile. The breakfast was great too.

Fine stay, clean enough, spacious enough. Complained that the fridge was broken. Staff was completely unconcerned. Asked for a repair. Nope. Asked for a swap. Nope. Asked for extra ice buckets. Nope. Their best was to offer me some garbage bags that I could fill with ice to keep things cool. Are you serious? How do people like this keep jobs in the service industry? BTW, people have complained about the fridges in the past, so if the owner responds with that nonsense "Thank you for your feedback! We're improving" line you can tell for sure they're full of it. Go to the Holiday Inn next door.

When i checked in for 6 days, because of a terrible experience at the car rental company i used (Budget Rent a Car) and being overcharged, my card was declined. Brett, who was working the front desk, was extremely helpful and worked with me so that we could work it all out, which after my experience at the car rental was a very welcome situation. Not only that, hw would always great me going or coming, made small talk and made my experience a lot more pleasant. Housekeeping did a great job as well. I would recomend it to anyone needing accommodations in the area, and will make it a point to stay there again in the future.

Very convenient location for a St Michaels visit. Room was clean and very spacious. There is some traffic noise during the day from RT 50 but at night it is not that noticeable.

Very nice motel. Clean and well maintained. Much better than average complimentary breakfast. Cordial staff at check in and during our stay. Convenient to Easton and St Michaels.

Worked fine for a Friday night stay. The room showed some signs of wear and we could hear some noise from the room next door. Breakfast was good. Slightly inconvenient to get to and leave because it only has access to US 50 Westbound.

Hotel needs to be refreshed a bit. Clean and amenities were average. No USB ports in the hotel room Had to wait 25 minutes to be checked in when I arrived. Comfortable bed. I’d stay again because price was favorable compared to other hotels. But not super convenient to get to from min road without making a series of u-turns.

The location is convenient to Easton and the price fair. But rooms need to be aired out. The "complimentary breakfast" is simply awful (for any international traveler used to European or Asian accommodations).

The staff were nice and amenable, but the facilities did not seem that clean - everything had a very strong "air freshener" smell - what were they trying to mask? There was 1 (one) clothes hanger. When asked the front desk found and gave us 2 more - one of which was broken. There were no milk alternatives available at breakfast - not good for the lactose intolerant.

Breakfast options were much better than I expected — they offered lots of protein and hot food which was a nice surprise. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean. It was a pleasant stay.

BREAKFAST !!!! Thank you for having a FULL Breakfast prepared very early on Sunday, June 11 for us athletes participating in the Ironman 70.3 Eagleman race. It was just what the Dr ordered!

The property was clean and located in a convenient area for dining and shopping. Friendly staff and the breakfast is very nice. Appreciated the coffee and tea service available throughout the day. Thank you to the staff.

Breakfast buffet needs to be available to guests up to the posted closing time. Staff shouldn't be putting everything away and putting chairs on tables 15 minutes before breakfast ends. It was very annoying and several showed up a little before closing with things being whisked away.
