bel hôtel situé a deux pas du centre historique , en plein centre des rue commerçantes. bon accueil avec toutes les explications nécessaires sur l'établissement et les visites aux alentours ainsi que des adresses de restaurant. la chambre Deluxe est tres grande, joliment décorée et propre.les peignoirs pour la piscine sont un plus. les produits de toilettes sont de qualité. le lit est tres grand et confortable l'hotel est calme. le petit déjeuner est correct avec du choix mais les produits sont de grandes distribution. le personnel est professionnel. une bonne adresse pour visiter Viana do Castello la piscine sur le toit a un tres beau point de vue, mais elle manque de profondeur, on ne peut pas nager, et il n'y a pas de transat ou de chaise confortables pour se poser.

I’m just not a huge fan of a room that looks into an internal courtyard as I find them a bit darker and claustrophobic. It didn’t help that I was staying at the hotel during bad weather. Bathroom had a damp smell, from lack of ventilation. It was a good size and good shower though. Bed mattress was a little firm. The Turkish bath element was also not what I was expecting and was a sad looking little room. Overall wouldn’t rave about this hotel, but it was fine for a one night stay.

This was a delightful discovery. The description of the hotel's location didn't do it justice and the facilities were very good. The main challenge was accessing it via car, as the streets are very narrow, but once located, the parking was straightforward. It is a good value place and well worth checking out in this lovely Portuguese costal town.

The property is fully renovated and in great condition. Location is excellent since it is right downtown. Public parking is covered and right next to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was quite good, except the coffee (Nespresso), but I am quite picky about my coffee.

The Flag Design Hotel is a very nice property. The property and room are very, very clean. Staff people are very helpful. The receptionist explained many of the various attractions to visit. It is a short walk to the town square. It’s all good!!

This place is unbelievably beautiful and wonderful. The hotel uses nautical flags instead of room numbers as a nod to the town’s history. The rooms are large, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was a very good European style breakfast. What really makes this place is the staff. Albert checked us in and then gave us a brief history of the hotel and explained different sites around town. After walking around a bit, we promptly booked a second night. This will be my go to when coming to Viana do Castelo

O quarto que nos foi atribuído é para hóspedes de mobilidade reduzida, o qual se encontra ao lado do restaurante onde servem os pequenos almoços. Além de termos de ouvir as máquinas dos ares condicionados no exterior a trabalhar a noite toda, a partir das 6:30 da manhã já ouvíamos pratos e talheres. Trata-se de um quarto sem qualquer tipo de insonirização e faz-nos sentir como se estivéssemos numa cave. Como está num corredor principal de acesso à recepção ouvíamos os ruídos das malas e das pessoas a passar. Julgo que este quarto deve ser atribuído a um valor reduzido e/ou dado a conhecer ao hóspede as condições do mesmo. Não deve ser cobrado o valor de um quarto noutra zona do hotel. Principalmente em época alta com os preços praticados nessa altura. Estivemos hospedados em março e não hesitamos em regressar agora. Devido a esta experiência não iremos voltar. Alertamos para a situação visto que quando manifestamos o nosso desagrado nada foi feito para alterar ou compensar a situação.

El hotel está es muy bonito, está bien situado y tiene un montón de detalles que lo hacen personal El persobal es amable de manera general Sin embargo la experiencia fue francamente mala Nos dieron una habitación mirando a una de las calles céntricas Preguntamos si tendríamos problemas con el ruido y nos dijeron que no nos preocupáramos Sin embargo no conseguimos pegar ojo en toda la noche Cuando pasan los coches parece que van a meterse en la habitación Y cuando pasa la gente hablando te puedes meter en la conversación porque se escucha el detalle de lo que están hablando Al ser zona de paso no paran de pasar coches o gente hasta las 01:30 y luego comienzan a pasar a las 06:30 De igual forma, en la noche se escuchan las tuberías bajando el agua cuando en las plantas de arriba se usa el WC En definitiva, íbamos con idea de disfrutar de un hotel diferente pero fue un poco desastre

Un excellent sejour avec un accueil digne d'un tres grand hotel avec une explication de l'histoire du batiment. Une très belle histoire a decouvrir. La chambre est spacieuse, bien agencée et luxueuse. La vue de nuit sur le toit est magnifique. Petit déjeuner varié et pojr tous les goûts. Je recommande fortement.
