Playa feliz was quieter and relaxed but you could go up to the more lively Hotel in 5 minutes walk if you wanted to where they had more facilities and good restuarants.

The apartment was very well stocked with cooking equipment. The pools and facilities were exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable. The activities on offer were fun and there was so much to do. The instructors were amazing, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. And the breakfast buffet was excellent with such a huge selection for all dietary needs. I cannot rate this accommodation highly enough!

The hotel is ok, seems well maintained although some of the tiles around the pool area were broken and uneven. Being season end it felt a little tired from a hard summer season. Watch out for the pool towel exchange date and time, this is policed with draconian authority miss the time and they won’t change them! We where swamped with <5 year olds in the adult pool, wasn’t quiet the off peak chilled experience we where looking for! Probably wouldn’t go again - but was ok

Towels and bed linens were stained. The wifi was not working for one of the guest. The clerk late night ignored our requests after some time to fix wifi. The bed linens for the sofa bed were not ready and not in the apartment so I had to get them at the reception desk.

Mycket i badrummet som vi fick klaga på. En ny dusch-hållare fick sättas dit och vatten läckte ut från duschen ut på golvet - det var någon silikonkant som hade släppt nere på duschväggen. Den blev åtgärdad. Dålig avrinning i handfatet.

Dock hade vi en hel del problem med låset på dörren, så de fick komma och fixa det fem gånger. Flera gånger fick vi sitta utanför och vänta på hjälp eftersom kortet inte fungerade för att låsa upp. Det bästa var loungedelen mot havet, där satt vi ofta och läste.

We were 2 adults with a toddler and an infant. The room setup that you can go outside to a loan was perfect, also the option to go to the bigger hotel next door was fantastic. The rooms are older with wear and tear but overall we had a good time :)

Pasamos unos dias en familia muy trankilos y agradables como siempre , excepto en algunos aspectos, como la musica en vivo a las 3 d la tarde , un poco aportuno a esa hora para la gnete k descansa al mediodia , las hamacas no habian nunca x k cuando ivas a cojer alguna ya estaban ocupadas y hablamos a las 9 , 10 d la mañana , mision imposible , la atencion d alguna recepcionista deja mucho k desear la verdad , y las visitas d gente dl exterior llegando aver hasta 10 personas en el apartamento, x lo demas un 10 sobre 10 , fabuloso y estupendo todo

El hotel debe estar reformado de hace poco, porque estaba todo en perfecto estado y se veía nuevo, la única pega fue el A/A de nuestra habitación que no funcionaba, se lo comentamos, lo intentaron reparar pero faltaba una pieza y nos dieron la opción de cambiar de habitación, que algo deje de funcionar es una posibilidad que siempre esta ahí. Luego nos dejaron retrasar el check out sin coste. El servicio y el trato por todo el personal del hotel fue excelente, muy cercanos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte.

The terrace overlooking the ocean was great. The area was quiet, and no noise from the street could be heard. I didn't like that guests were placed in rooms next to each other while other rooms were vacant. The reception could provide more information about the property during check-in.

Lovely hotel and great to be able to use the sister hotels facilities. Room clean and tidy and checkin smooth. Not too much in the way of cooking pans that’d work in the combination oven but we managed.

The terrace overlooking the ocean was great. The area was quiet, and no noise from the street could be heard. I didn't like that guests were placed in rooms next to each other while other rooms were vacant. The reception could provide more information about the property during check-in.

Good location with convenient local shops not much locally outwith the complex. Food in Sultan Restaurant is excellent and good value but they should serve it on hot plates so it does not cool down so quickly.

Trevligt boende i lugn område. Vi hade inte All Inclusive, och då saknas trevliga matställen på boendet tyvärr. Lunchrestaurang på stranden 300 m österut helt OK. Litet centrum i Bahia Feliz med fyra restauranger på kvällen, jättemysigt och trevligt. Boendets ” utspisning” liknar en skolmatsal…..utan mysfaktor. Lägenheten jättefin med kokmöjligheter och två terasser.

The apartment was very well stocked with cooking equipment. The pools and facilities were exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable. The activities on offer were fun and there was so much to do. The instructors were amazing, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. And the breakfast buffet was excellent with such a huge selection for all dietary needs. I cannot rate this accommodation highly enough!

Ich habe mich wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde das Playa Feliz sicher wieder buchen!Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal,traumhafte Lage und das Essen im Restaurant ausgesprochen gut!Allerdings waren im Restaurant SEHR viele Kinder,mich hat es nicht gestört…aber?

Freundliches Personal. Schöne Anlage. Spisenauswahl war im Orquidea Restaurant etwas besser und das Geschirr / Becher waren dort etwas sauberer. Nachdem beide zusammengehören waren wir meist im Orqidea beim Essen. Insgesamt waren wir mehr als positiv überrascht!

We had a room on the water which made it worth the £ for me. You can visit both sister hotels… activities were really nice addition. Dinner was brilliant.
