Advertised as a newly renovated hotel, we booked hoping for the clean, new, well maintained accommodation. Parking was nice, as it was an open lot, and felt well lit and considerably safe. We booked as a family with young kids, that were eager to use the pool amenities - we called the front desk to confirm towels at the pool. They were hand towel size offering no coverage back to your room once wet, and all had visible stains. Our bathroom sink was not cleaned, and was visibly dirty from the previous guest which made us weary of what else was not cleaned. The pool had a terrible smell, and the hot tub looked off colour and yellow. Even my kids asking if someone had peed in the pool. There was obvious spots that had long time build up dirt in the bathroom, and the curtains broken off the wall. For the price when we booked, we were unsatisfied and expected more based on the booking description and rates.

Very happy with our stay. We had a room very close to the door which was great for us , given we had a dog. Very friendly desk person. There were many young ball players staying with their families because there was a ball tournament this weekend. . All very polite and were fun to chat with.
