Clean, nice, all you need for a good night. The only they refuse to give a late check out without charging me even though the hotel was empty

No hot water, bathrooms smells like sewage, WiFi doesn’t work. Great breakfast, amazing staff, beautiful gardens

Breakfast menu was fresh and tasty. Special orders not charged for. Room was very big and clean. Large beautiful gardens. Lovely patio dining area

We were never informed of power cuts and its corresponding impact in a room with small fan and the inability to open windows due to plenty of mosquitoes and other insects. The whole family had an awful night and were dumbfounded to learn that they have a generator and simply forgot to put it on. This is appalling customer service. No indication of depth sign around a swimming pool which plunges up to 2 metres and you can just imagine the risk for the customers Customer care zero
