The property and service were just as nice this time around as our first visit in June 2021. Our three year old son REALLY enjoyed the children's programs in the evenings ('Blue Tots' and 'T-Bots' programs) and asked to go back, daily. A big shout-out to the children's animation team who were absolutely wonderful! As a family, we enjoyed the lovely beach and pools, which were, surprisingly, swimmable in early November. We especially love this property in Side as it's in a nice, quiet, natural location with birds singing in the morning. My husband enjoys going for walks/jogs in the forested areas near the hotel. Food, service, and cleanliness were on point, as always. We had a corner suite this time and loved the views of the sea from our room on the 5th floor. We've stayed at other ultra all-inclusive properties in this region of Turkey, and, for the price, you really can't beat this property. Multiple other guests we spoke to were also repeat customers. Thank you for another lovely holiday!

I am a frequent traveler, and let me tell you, the best thing I liked about this hotel was the buffet. The food selection was excellent, the freshness was terrific, and the taste was consistent. The hotel had many activities, and the rooms were very spacious. The beach was one of my favorite things—a beautiful sandy beach that was very clean. They also had water sports on site.

Sehr geschmackvolles Interieur. Sehr abwechslungsreiches Sportangebot. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Herrlicher Strand, nicht überfüllt. Am Essen gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Wer Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sucht, muss den Bus nehmen.

Tahmin ettiğimden çok daha guzel bir tatildi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve sabırlılar. Odamız çok konforlu ve harika bir manzaraya sahipti. Temizlik ve güvenlik bizi memnun etti. Yaşlı ve yürümekte zorlanan kişiler bunu belirtmeli çünkü odaya yürüme mesafesi uzak gelebilir. Çocuklu aileler için dezavantajı havuzda büyük kaydırak olmaması ve cocuk eğlence alanlarının kısıtlı oluşu. Ki bu bizim hoşumuza gitti çünkü sakin bir tatil istemiştik. Yabancı müşterilerin sayısının fazla oluşunu da sevdim.

Otel gerçekten hem tesis, hem çalışanlar, hem mutfak hem de temizlik açısından harikaydı. Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Otelin konum olarak denize sıfır olması, adult, mixed ve family gibi farklı bölümlere ayrılmış olması, tüm odaların deniz manzaralı olması, yürüyerek sahile inebilme gibi olanaklar açısından da çok güzeldi. Dahası otelin bulunduğu sahil deniz kaplumbağalarının yumurta bıraktığı bir sahil. Sabah erken kalkmanız durumunda (6:30-7:30 arasında) Dekafok derneği gönüllülerinin sahilde korumaya aldığı yuvalardan bebek kaplumbağaların toplanması deneyimine de eşlik edebilirsiniz. Bu açıdan sahildeki işaretli alanlar, yuvalar ve kurallar konusunda gelecek misafirlerin de bilgi sahibi olması çok kıymetli…Özetle Akra Sorgun ekolojik yaklaşım ve doğaya saygı konularında da çok iyi yönetilen bir otel. Herkese tavsiye edeceğimiz ve tekrar tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir otel. Tüm ekibe tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz.

Yemek, hizmet, oda genişliği vs bütün konularda mükemmel bir konaklama oldu. Otelin kampüs benzeri yapısı, neredeyse her alanda bar veya restoran olması çok iyi düşünülmüş. Bizim geldiğimiz dönemde havanın kötü olmasıydı fakat kapalı havuzu hem yeterince sıcak hem de ferahtı. Otoparkı biraz küçüktü, onund dışında 10/10 bir otel, tekrar gelme dileğiyle.

Absolutely amazing holiday! Cannot fault a thing! It was perfect. Exceptional service pretty much across the board but specifically from Taner on Reservations and Front Desk; Gokhan (Restaurant Manager) and Ali (Head Chef) - neither could do enough for us and always made sure everything was perfect!; Waiting Staff - Gabriel (Adults Pool - Lovely Jubley); Gamze (Buffet Morning and Lunch Service always with a smile and a big heart); Mustafa (Evening Service in the Buffet - with the glasses and big smile); Atilla (Eveing Service in the Buffet - total gentleman); Pinar (Piano Bar - fab, attentive service); Cavo aka Troublemaker (Clubhouse Bar - makes a mean cocktail and loves a bit of Taylor Swift (not really!)); Cihat (Ocean Rerstaurant - treated us like Kings and Queens!); and Eren (Cabana - such a great smile, happy and with a mean Bailey's Iced Coffee!) and the best entertainment from Victor-The-One-and-Only!!!!! I think that covers most but across the board everyone was wonderful. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable for two adults and two teenagers. Never any problem getting sun loungers at the adult pool. Pool staff was attentive and helpful (although the tables on the umbrellas could use a daily wipe down but this was beyond minor). Grounds were immaculate with lots of space. Beach was well maintained and beautiful. We would come back again anytime! Thank you for the best holiday!

Несоответствие цены качеству, причем в массе ньюансов. Мы бронировали номер в Adult Zone, заселили в общую, даже не сообщив об этом при заселении. В ресторане есть зал 18+, но на ужин свободных столов там вы не найдёте. В пляжных зонах грязь, мусор, песок не разравнивается, про просеивание вообще молчу. Уставшие ремонт и оборудование везде: ламинат в номере вытерт, с пятнами, матрасы на лежаках в разводах и порванные. Сад ужоженный, территория красивая. По барам все плохо, а именно по барменам. Хмурые лица, коктейли смешивают как бог на душу положит, про мерные стаканчики они не знают. Ананасик вам положат на край стакана голыми пальцами. Где эти пальцы были до этого остаётся лишь догадываться. Меню в ресторане скудное, включая гриль. Гриль низкого качества и плохо чистится, ярко чувствуется вкус перегорелого жира. Персонал крайне неквалифицирован, на английском практически не говорит, на русском тем более.

This is excellent property . Impeccably cleaned and taken care of. Staff speaks multiple languages : English German Russian . Food options are great, larger variety for every taste. 5 gece kaldigimiz süre boyunca her şey mükemmeldi.Rezervasyonumuz adult tarafında olan deluxe sea view oda idi, bir üst oda seçeneği olan penthouse odanın müsait olduğunu ve yukselttiklerini söylediler 5 gün boyunca orada konakladık oda ve manzarası harikaydı. Otelin temizliği üst derece, yemekler fazlasıyla lezzetli servis çok çok iyi. Otelin peyzajı da harika düşünülmüş geniş bir alan ruhunuz daralmiyor, bütün odaları deniz manzarali kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. 10/10

Beautiful property. Our room (family penthouse suite) was extremely clean and everything was new. The food was very good and fresh. Great activities for kids of all ages. It was not too crowded bc we went before the main vacation season.I would definitely recommend this place and would return there. I can't say anything negative.

Otel çalışanları çok kibar ve yardımsever. Otelin bahçesi yemyeşil, insanın içini açıyor :) Kaldığımız oda gayet konforluydu. Restaurant kısmı temiz,yemekler de lezzetliydi. Çok memnun kaldığımız bir tatil oldu bizim için.

Dette hotel er fantastisk. Meget venligt personale, super rengørring og virkelig lækker mad. Hotellet ligger smukt med udsigt til havet. Vi har allerede bestilt vores næste ophold. Vi ses igen til april.

Absolutely amazing holiday! Cannot fault a thing! It was perfect. Exceptional service pretty much across the board but specifically from Taner on Reservations and Front Desk; Gokhan (Restaurant Manager) and Ali (Head Chef) - neither could do enough for us and always made sure everything was perfect!; Waiting Staff - Gabriel (Adults Pool - Lovely Jubley); Gamze (Buffet Morning and Lunch Service always with a smile and a big heart); Mustafa (Evening Service in the Buffet - with the glasses and big smile); Atilla (Eveing Service in the Buffet - total gentleman); Pinar (Piano Bar - fab, attentive service); Cavo aka Troublemaker (Clubhouse Bar - makes a mean cocktail and loves a bit of Taylor Swift (not really!)); Cihat (Ocean Rerstaurant - treated us like Kings and Queens!); and Eren (Cabana - such a great smile, happy and with a mean Bailey's Iced Coffee!) and the best entertainment from Victor-The-One-and-Only!!!!! I think that covers most but across the board everyone was wonderful. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable for two adults and two teenagers. Never any problem getting sun loungers at the adult pool. Pool staff was attentive and helpful (although the tables on the umbrellas could use a daily wipe down but this was beyond minor). Grounds were immaculate with lots of space. Beach was well maintained and beautiful. We would come back again anytime! Thank you for the best holiday!

Das Hotel und die Anlage drumherum sind wunderschön! Kann das Hotelzimmer mit Whirlpool nur empfehlen. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und das Essen bei den Buffets oder a la carte auch immer sehr lecker! Wir kommen spätestens nächstes Jahr wieder!

I am a frequent traveler, and let me tell you, the best thing I liked about this hotel was the buffet. The food selection was excellent, the freshness was terrific, and the taste was consistent. The hotel had many activities, and the rooms were very spacious. The beach was one of my favorite things—a beautiful sandy beach that was very clean. They also had water sports on site.

Das Akra Sorgun ist ein hervorragendes Hotel. Das Essen und die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist ausserordentlich. Leider fällt das Hotel in punkto Lärm ab. Bei unserem Besuch war es kaum möglich vor 23.30 Uhr zu schlafen, da die Musik der Veranstaltungsplattform und später die Band bis 23.30 Uhr in die Zimmer dröhnt. Zusätzlich war während unseres Aufenthalts auf der Nachbarparzelle eine Sportveranstaltung, so dass bereit am Morgen um 7.15 Uhr die ersten Lautsprecherdurchsagen gemacht wurden und während des Tages durch laute Musik und Lautsprecheransagen am Strand keine Ruhe zu finden war. Das hat unseren Traumurlaub sehr getrübt.

浴槽付きが良くて浴槽のあるホテルを探してこちらのホテルにしましたが、部屋に入ったら浴槽もなく、景色も悪かった為スタッフに話したら直ぐに浴槽付きの部屋に変更してくれました。対応が良く助かりました。

Несоответствие цены качеству, причем в массе ньюансов. Мы бронировали номер в Adult Zone, заселили в общую, даже не сообщив об этом при заселении. В ресторане есть зал 18+, но на ужин свободных столов там вы не найдёте. В пляжных зонах грязь, мусор, песок не разравнивается, про просеивание вообще молчу. Уставшие ремонт и оборудование везде: ламинат в номере вытерт, с пятнами, матрасы на лежаках в разводах и порванные. Сад ужоженный, территория красивая. По барам все плохо, а именно по барменам. Хмурые лица, коктейли смешивают как бог на душу положит, про мерные стаканчики они не знают. Ананасик вам положат на край стакана голыми пальцами. Где эти пальцы были до этого остаётся лишь догадываться. Меню в ресторане скудное, включая гриль. Гриль низкого качества и плохо чистится, ярко чувствуется вкус перегорелого жира. Персонал крайне неквалифицирован, на английском практически не говорит, на русском тем более.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have separate areas for both families and adults only in both the pool areas and restaurants. Buffet had a good variety. It wasn’t spectacular, but was good enough and had many options. Coffee shop was a favorite. I arrived early since I had taken a night bus. They checked me in early without me having to ask. Very sweet.

Güleryüzlü, işini hakkıyla yapmaya çalışan personelleri var. Otel müdürü girişten çıkışa kadar her an sahadaydı, ilk defa bu kadar işinin başında bir otel yetkilisi gördüm. Temizlik çok iyiydi. Yemekler genel olarak çok lezzetliydi, alakart restoranları gayet iyiydi. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Havuzun etrafında düşük sesle müzik olabilirdi, olsa daha keyifli olurdu.
Güleryüzlü, işini hakkıyla yapmaya çalışan personelleri var. Otel müdürü girişten çıkışa kadar her an sahadaydı, ilk defa bu kadar işinin başında bir otel yetkilisi gördüm. Temizlik çok iyiydi. Yemekler genel olarak çok lezzetliydi, alakart restoranları gayet iyiydi. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Havuzun etrafında düşük sesle müzik olabilirdi, olsa daha keyifli olurdu.

Bu kadar memnun kalacağımı hiç düşünmedim; eşim ve 4 yaşında oğlumla çok mutlu ayrıldık. Hatta bir sonraki sene içinde tekrar gelmek istiyoruz. Çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Tek olumsuz söyleyebileceğim konu resepsiyondaki arkadaşların bilgi vermeden chech-in işlemi yapması eleştiri konusu oldu benim için ama diğer çalışan arkadaşlar bu eksikliği kapattı. Her şey için tekrar teşekkür ederiz..

Otel genellikle ingilizlere hitaben hizmet vermekteydi. Etkinlikleri, müzikleri, yarışmaları vb. Yemekhane ve havuz kısımlarını 16 yaş üstü ve altı diye ayırmaları çok iyiydi. Çalışanları da hepsi güler yüzlü işlerini iyi yapıyorlardı.

I think that covers most but across the board everyone was wonderful. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable for two adults and two teenagers. Never any problem getting sun loungers at the adult pool. Pool staff was attentive and helpful (although the tables on the umbrellas could use a daily wipe down but this was beyond minor). Grounds were immaculate with lots of space. Beach was well maintained and beautiful. We would come back again anytime! Thank you for the best holiday!

The property and service were just as nice this time around as our first visit in June 2021. Our three year old son REALLY enjoyed the children's programs in the evenings ('Blue Tots' and 'T-Bots' programs) and asked to go back, daily. A big shout-out to the children's animation team who were absolutely wonderful! As a family, we enjoyed the lovely beach and pools, which were, surprisingly, swimmable in early November. We especially love this property in Side as it's in a nice, quiet, natural location with birds singing in the morning. My husband enjoys going for walks/jogs in the forested areas near the hotel. Food, service, and cleanliness were on point, as always. We had a corner suite this time and loved the views of the sea from our room on the 5th floor. We've stayed at other ultra all-inclusive properties in this region of Turkey, and, for the price, you really can't beat this property. Multiple other guests we spoke to were also repeat customers. Bizim geldiğimiz dönemde havanın kötü olmasıydı fakat kapalı havuzu hem yeterince sıcak hem de ferahtı. Otoparkı biraz küçüktü, onund dışında 10/10 bir otel, tekrar gelme dileğiyle.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have separate areas for both families and adults only in both the pool areas and restaurants. Buffet had a good variety. It wasn’t spectacular, but was good enough and had many options. Coffee shop was a favorite. I arrived early since I had taken a night bus. They checked me in early without me having to ask. Very sweet.
