Enjoyed our stay. Large indoor pool, sauna. Rooms a good size, comfy bed ...all the amenities you need. Just wish for at least one chair in the room, sitting on a bed is not the best. Breakfast is very good, hot food. Convenient location.

It was a nice place to stay, I do wish I knew they didn’t have an elevator… carrying all the luggage up and down the stairs sucked. The television was a bit difficult to use and the hallways had an odd and gross smell. But otherwise the bed was nice and big, the temperature was good, shower was fine/ clean and there wasn’t any noice from surrounding rooms so the sleep was fair!

Given the layout amenities all opened late/closed early by way of example the pool was 10am - 9pm for those of us with kids fairly inconvenient. Especially considering it didn’t actually open at 10am we had to ask the desk at 10:15 to open it (to be clear he wasn’t helping customers).

Reddy in front desk is an awesome dude😎 Serene and tranquil location, nice size room, bed was comfy, spacious parking, big indoor pool, tv fitted room proportion very well, plenty of channels, they also have hbo n cinemark, ac was running smoothly, fridge actually cold, microwave is clean, breakfast was good, nothing special. there's vending machine throughout property n also a laundry room. game room was kool. plenty of shampoo n conditioner in br, oh n there's no deposit when check in, which was great, 1st place i book that doesn't require a deposit 😃 Shower pressure n toilet flush was a bit weak, bathtub floor was a bit rough, feel funny on my feet, the sauna doesn't work, wasted 30 min waiting for it to heat up. the towels should be renewed, they were a bit rough on skin Overall, great stay, budget friendly, i would definitely recommend 👌 👍 😊 😀

The property was very clean. Staff was friendly. Game room was awesome! Pool table, air hockey, basketball shoot and at least 8 video games. The common room was connected to it so great for young kids. Would recommend. :)

Overall good experience. Clean and comfortable renovated rooms, breakfast area. Large pool that unfortunately was unusable because water was too cold and there was no single person in the pool for 2 days we were there. When I asked staff about the temperature I've got answer that the temp is 80 degrees that was obvious lie. Probably they try to save some money in the middle of the week. Otherwise hotel is good value for money for this area.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. The fitness room didn’t open u til 8 a.m. and the pool and sauna doesn’t open until 10 a.m. Never been to a hotel that the pool doesn’t open until 10. We choose hotels based on if they have a pool or not so our kids can swim. So when the kids are up at 6 a.m. and have to wait 4 hours to swim, kind of a bummer. Also there’s no hot tub. But the sauna is nice. Overall a good hotel but they should get a hot tub and open up the facilities much earlier so the customers can get more use out of them

It would’ve been an ok stay, but it was ruined when we were packing to leave, the place was INFESTED with little cockroaches! It was absolutely disgusting. Still getting goosebumps that we spent the night there! We reported to the front desk, only thing the lady said was she would look into it. Wish I had taken a picture! Best thing about our stay was David, the night concierge.

People very nice , breakfast was good, well kept overall building was clean. But I strongly suggest to have house keeping move the little couch set in the room and vacuums under it I moved it over a little bit and found a used rubber on the floor….disgusting . I’m just great full that my grand daughter was in the room next to it and not in our room because it would be horrible if she found it and picked it up

Property was easy to get to and price was good for a double room. The room didn't look like it did on Expedia, no kitchenette area. Our room was clean, however smelled of old stale cigarettes and mold. Had a headache and sinus pressure the next day.

Beautiful facility with great breakfast, nice pool and sauna, and arcade with pool table and air hockey. The cleanliness of our room was disappointing. Went to use the ice bucket when we first arrived, and dumped water all over the counter and myself, indicating that it had not been checked/cleaned since the last guest was in the room. Also found chocolate chips all over the floor, showing that the room had probably not been vacuumed before our stay.

The bed was comfortable,, but my husband had to clean the bathtub before he would get in it. The water pressure in the shower was very weak She was good.. the TV was good and offered every channel you could want. The smell in the room when we first walked in almost knocked us over. It seemed to be in the ventilation system to hide the musty smell of the rug and it was extremely strong. Breakfast was included, and offered scrambled eggs, home fries and sausage patties. There was also a pancake machine, toaster with several types of bread, yogurt, cereals and all the fixings. Nothing great but it fit our needs.

Room was nice and clean, the location was in the middle of our hiking destinations so it was a good spot for us. I was mostly impressed with the breakfast that was provided by the hotel. It was the best continental breakfast I have ever had at any hotel. Eggs, potatoes, yogurt, waffles, juice, coffees and much more. The gentlemen who cooked the food was very helpful and friendly. He offered us banana's for our hikes and a guide. He was super nice. All the staff at the front desk was also very pleasant upon arrival and checking out. I would definitely stay here again. There was also a pool which we didn't use and a sauna which we did. Everything was just easy

If you are used to staying at a five star hotel, then this is not for you. Staff was very nice. We had a pool view room and it was very damp smelling. Back door to the pool could not be locked from pool side. Room looked like an old hotel that had been updated, but only certain areas of the room.

Overall a great 2-nights stay. We got the suite and the room is spacious. The bed is comfortable and the room temperature is just about right, no complain on the sofa bed! The breakfast is good but maybe because it was during the holiday (Friday and Saturday), got very crowded and not able to get any seats. We took some food and went back to the room. There were few family groups (with minimum 5-6 young kids) arrived Friday evening, and were constantly running and chasing along the hallway. We can still hear the noise at 11pm. I hope the hotel can implement some kind of policy and reinforce quiet hours. Other than that, it is convenient to the highway and other restaurants.

Very clean. All staff was friendly and helpful. The gentleman that took care of the breakfast area was outstanding! All the food options were kept full and all surfaces continually wiped done. He definitely took pride in his job. If we go back next summer would stay there again.

We stay here every year when we attend the Highland Games. Great place in driving distance with an incredible restaurant right across the street. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent and the 24-hour coffee is a nice touch.

This is one of the friendliest and cleanest properties I have ever visited. It really made me rethink the Best Western brand. The staff here is remarkable. The parking is plentiful. The location is great for the best lobster rolls or the best restaurant at a covered bridge. The pool and sauna area is well kept and supplied with towels. They even put on their own fireworks display for the 4th of July. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back every year!

Front desk employee not friendly, hard to understand. Our key wasn’t working, she told us there was bothering wrong with it. We walked back upstairs (no elevator by the way so you have to carry all your luggage up the stairs), keyless entry still did not work. Went back downstairs and she let us in with her global entry. Stains on the comforter, walls dirty. Switched rooms, slightly better but still not very clean. Won’t be returning.

Family wedding. Four of us in 3 rooms all very happy with accommodations. My only suggestion would be to provide some written info about using Spectrum TV platform..Dave at the front desk, and the gentleman in charge of breakfast area were standouts!
