This was my second time staying at Falcon hotel. This time we stayed there for five days. Their staff and service are as great as their amenities. I felt as though I was at my relatives place, where you are valued and not chastised even if you came late to a meal, eating in the wrong area, etc. Their staff impressed me with their level of patience a courtesy.

Food ok and most staff ok. Main problem we had was the bed surrounding light switch would not turn the lights off so we had to sleep with the light on all night. Reported this to receptionist and a guy followed me up to investigate. He said maintenance would fix this. Reported this again throughout the day and a no show. We went to bed yet again with the light on and the telephone rang just as we were dropping of to sleep after 12. Did not answer as we didn’t want anyone trying to fix this whilst we were trying to sleep. Reported this YET again at 7 in the morning to the guy on reception saying we have had two nights trying to sleep with the lights on. I pointed to a guy in the background who had come up with me to the room 2 days ago. The receptionist thought this was really funny with a large smirk on his face, I said it’s not funny at all! Within 10 minutes an engineer came up and went and sourced a new switch and fitted this. Not very pleased how the reception handled all this.

Stayed 10 nights

it is a good hotel especially in terms of cleanliness and food, the staff were useful and the pool was great. however, there is quite a lot of cats roaming around but they are friendly and don't bother you much. also noise pollution is quite high in the mornings and occasionally the power cut out for a few minutes. it would be better if the hotel had better a transfer/travel systems. overall, my experience with the hotel was great and had everything that i expected. i heavily recommend this hotel.

The Wi-Fi connection was terrible and barely usable throughout the stay. The food was extremely repetitive and poor quality. To make matters worse, the food often wasn't covered, attracting flies and other bugs. It felt like you were constantly fighting off flies and cats while trying to eat, which made the dining experience very unpleasant. The room layout was also poor. We were given two single beds, with one positioned so close to the bathroom that it genuinely felt like you were sleeping in the toilet. Despite booking a "sea view" room, the reality was about 10% sea and 90% car park, which was very misleading. The drinks were another disappointment. The juices were overly sweet and tasted artificial, making them almost undrinkable. If you're hoping to relax, forget about having a nap. The hotel is extremely noisy. You can hear almost everything happening both inside and outside the rooms The TV was practically useless. There was also no entertainment at the hotel, which was a first for me. We attended bingo night in the hotel and were told it cost 1,000 Turkish lira to play. The prize for winning? You simply got your 1,000 Turkish lira back. In my opinion, this is not a genuine four-star holiday hotel. It may be suitable for people travelling to the area for medical treatment or surgery who simply need somewhere to stay and eat soft food. Overall, the hotel did not live up to its description or the expectations that come with a four-star rating
