I was really impressed with this hotel. I was greeted by very friendly staff who were very helpful in guiding me on how to obtain a metro card and find my way to New York on the PATH (train conveniently located right beside the hotel). The PATH takes you straight to the one world trade centre in just a few stops with no transfers. (approx.20 mins). The room was perfect! Clean, comfortable and so quiet! Loved the shower! The continental breakfast had many options and was different the second day. The parking lot doesn't belong to the hotel and costs 21$ per day with in and out privileges. You can get to your car right from a door connected to the hotel lobby. This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Highly recommended. Thank you Element!

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly.Lots of food and shopping near by. If I had to make a complaint it would be that the iron in the room was trash. I had to iron a pair of pants and they got soaked. The gym was really nice and the breakfast was decent. We had a great stay all in all.

Great Hotel. We called the hotel for a shuttle when we landed to see if it was available they required pre-book. They were able to accommodate us. Smooth check in at the hotel. Hot apple cider in the lobby. Booked a 7th Floor king corner with added pullout couch. Kitchen had everything, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, full fridge and coffeemaker. 2 min walk to train if you wanna goto NYC. Had a pool and Gym which I didn’t use. Everything was clean and quiet. Staff friendly. Breakfast in the lobby had everything no issue. The small bar restaurant was awesome. They have happy hour and kitchen stays open until late evening. Seem to have a lot of frequent business travelers. Solid option. Few restaurants around the corner including Five Guys Burgers.

Staff were friendly and pointed out good places to eat. Evening drink at the bar was nice too. We loved the shuttle service to the airport. Terrace on second floor was a nice place to unwind after Gotham FC match.

What a cute place!! Super clean. The staff were so polite!! Very helpful! Parking was convenient and inexpensive ($21 daily). The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a variety of foods. The room was so pretty!! And clean. We even had a shuttle that took us from the hotel to the Prudential Center! The driver was so nice too!!!! Definitely recommend. Oh one thing; we were very close to the train station so the place did rumble a little lol but we’re from the city so we’re used to noise

The Element was an amazing find. Huge clean, comfortable rooms, across the street to the PATH train, safe neighborhood, a huge assortment to choose from for breakfast, apples, tea, and coffee in the lobby 24/7, coin laundry, happy hour drinks and cheese/crackers M-Th (we were only back in the hotel one evening to enjoy this). I will definitely stay here again.

Overall the hotel was nice. We got in super late (2am) and the person at the desk was very nice and helpful. The room was nice enough. We didn't use a lot of the amenities (kitchen etc) but everything looked to be in good condition. We did not make it to breakfast because we got to bed so late so I don't know how the food was but the eating area looked very nice. However, the floor of the bedroom was soaking wet. Like if you jumped, water would splash. The carpet was completely soaked. There was a lot of rain the night before so I assumed something was leaking. Our socks and some clothes got wet. It wasn't the end of the world but was inconvenient and made getting in/out of the bed hard. We complained to the front desk the next morning and the girl seemed to kind of ignore it. She apologized and said we could have switched rooms (which we weren't going to do at 2am). She didn't really offer us anything to make up for it. I understand that these things happen but they didn't seem overly concerned with making it right. They did offer to comp our parking ($21), which I don't feel like we should have had to pay for in the first place.

Fantastic hotel. A good thing/bad thing is the proximity to the train. Convenient but noisy. There is not enough room at the drop-off area. Other than that really great hotel: breakfast, room, staff all five stars.

Pros: - the front desk staff was kind & welcoming - the gym has great equipment - the breakfast food was well prepared and frequently replenished - the location has excellent train access - parking is practically onsite & has in/out privileges Cons: - housekeeping is by request, and sub par. Beds were not made or changed, trash was not emptied, there was a ton of dust around the tv and a lifetime of crust surrounding the cooktop. - breakfast food is the same every day, not a huge deal but monotonous by day 3 or 4. - needs some maintenance work: in the room, several outlets were dead & an overhead light was out. One elevator was out of service, and the toilet had a weird, dark liquid that bubbled up after flushing. Overall: A solid choice if you want a walkable option, but I expected a higher quality experience for the cost.

The rooms were all remodeled since we were here last year. They are more spacious and they added a sofa bed which was nice because we have 2 kids. We’ve always liked the full kitchen and how close the hotel is to the PATH. We are in NYC within 30 min so the location is great. The beds/pillows are comfortable and it’s always been very clean each time we’ve stayed. The breakfast in the morning is really nice too, and they have Gluten free options which is nice because I am Gluten Free.

Convenient location. Easy to drive to and park at the garage next door. Metro station is across the street. 30 min train ride to WTC station. Hotel room was spacious, updated, with a kitchenet and comfortable bed. Lobby area is warm.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the rooms are very clean.The gym was clean and all the equipment worked and was well managed.Breakfast in the morning was also surprisingly good.the only thing I didn’t like is the house keeper knocked on our door around 945am asking when we were leaving and check out wasn’t until 12pm

2nd stay here. My stays here have been very comfortable and no issues. The first stay last year I had exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. This time staff was professional and somewhat helpful, but not above & beyond and friendly like the first time. I appreciated that the shuttle brought us to the Prudential due to other people having requested it, so I was really pleased with that service. I did request to use it for Penn Station when leaving and the shuttle was sitting parked, so I’m not entirely sure why that request was denied. The shuttle to the Prudential was quite helpful, though and I was pleased with that comfort. Always a clean facility and room and very comfortable and quiet for sleeping so thank you!

4 adults for 1 night, reserved a 2 queen bed room over a month in advance and was checked into a room with one king bed and a queen pull out without being told the room had changed. Upon seeing the room I immediately went back down to the front desk and was told that a reservation does not guarantee a specific layout and that this room was considered and upgrade that they were not charging us extra for. Was told the hotel was entirely booked and we could not be moved. This was not an 'upgrade' that we asked for or wanted. Sharing a queen bed and sharing a queen pull out couch are two very different things and not at all what we reserved. Incredibly frustrated with our experience here. The manager that spoke to me was rude in tone and just wanted to keep things moving.

Una was a spectacular concierge. Javier the shuttle driver was cool and laid back. Matt the barteneder has a heavy hand when it came to making the drinks. Definitely recommend this hotel. Harrison station is 1 block away and is a straight shot to the 911 memorial. 25min train ride staring to new york. Perfect for the korn and sod concert we attended.

First time I stayed the supposed shuttle was non-existent, and getting checked in was a nightmare. Second attempted stay was a disaster. Booked 3 weeks in advance and paid. Received a brief and rude email 2 days before arriving saying I'd be staying at Residence Inn Jersey City. They'd overbooked, but why were they bumping me when I'd booked weeks in advance. Rude and chaotic. AVOID.

Came into town for the Drake concert. The hotel was offering a free shuttle to the venue that left right before I got to the lobby. Without hesitating, the staff pulled a new shuttle around for me to make sure I got there safely. Can’t say enough for how kind and considerate the staff was here. I wish I got the gentleman’s name that drove me. Not to mention they are located right next to the PATH station for easy transit into the city. Great experience for only being there one night!

Our connecting flight was cancelled, and our bags were held at the airport, and the front desk staff gave us extra toiletries to make our brief stay more comfortable. Was not happy that the room I reserved was no longer available at check-in, but it wasn't too big of a deal because we were staying less than 12 hours.

This is our second stay and this time with 2 little kids. Hotel is safe and convenient. 2 min walk to PATH - Harrison station to get to New York. I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting to visit New York but want to stay in a quiet and safe place at the end of the day.

I love this hotel. Stay here regularly for business and have also begun staying for personal travel. The staff is incredibly nice. Rooms are super clean and the hotel is well kept. Restaurant is a big plus—food is great and service is wonderful (and speedy!).

This hotel was very clean and updated. The rooms were beautiful! Breakfast was good and the area is nice with restaurants within walking distance. The hotel restaurant was also good, just small portions. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone in the area.

Everyone was so friendly here! Right by the PATH train station, it's about a 4 minute walk from the hotel to get to it. We took the train down to the wtc location and it took about 20 minutes. The free breakfast was very good and had a variety of food to pick from. We tried the on site restaurant for dinner but i wouldn't recommend it, the food wasn't that great.

Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful when we checked in after a very long drive. Love the buffet breakfast, great variety of options, including the pancake station. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable, and the fridge/freezer and kitchen area were far larger than expected (and well-stocked with dishes/amenities). Would definitely stay here again!
