CACCO - Contractor Accommodation

Ich habe in meinen 10 Jahren Reisen schon einige Unterkünfte erlebt, aber diese schafft es sicherlich in die Top 5 der schlechtesten Unterkünfte. Sauberkeit : Könnte ich minus Sterne geben, würde ich es machen. Ich war drei Wochen vor Ort und es wurde nicht ein Mal mein Zimmer sauber gemacht, es kam jeden Tag der Mitarbeiter und hat den Mülleimer geleert. Das war aber auch schon alles,,, die Handtücher waren dreckig, die neuen Toilettenpapier Rollen waren dreckig, nach 14 Tagen wurde das Bettzeug ein Mal gewechselt und das neue Bettzeug war danach dreckiger als vorher. Das Abwasser wird über eine Art Pumpe ab gepumpt. Beim duschen steht man also in sein Abwasser, dieses Abwasser ist auch gleichzeitig das Abwasser was in die Toilette geht, das ist alles andere als gesund vor allem wenn man eine Wunde am Fuß hat. Sehr unhygienisch! Ein Mal ist die Pumpe verklemmt gewesen, und das komplette Abwasser (inklusive kot und Urin) ist aus dem Behälter auf dem Boden gelaufen. Mein Hotelzimmer hat Tage nach kot gerochen. Man möchte meinen das nun wenigstens mal sauber gemacht wird … Fehlanzeige. Es wurde grob mit Papier gereinigt und die Ecken waren immer noch voll mit kot und Urin. Ich hatte mich beschwert und nach einer Reinigung gefragt, selbst das ist nicht geschehen. Dazu kam noch das so gut wie jede Nacht laut war. Die Räume sind sehr hellhörig und das Verhalten von den anderen Gästen war einfach rücksichtslos. Einfach nur schlecht !

Didn't meet any staff, I was dealt with via text, which is a little impersonal. There was a layer of dust on the top of the wardrobe but everything else was clean and I had everything I needed. The towel was very small. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge worked very well and was silent. Overall the stay was fine for what I needed and yes I would return.

Every was okay l would definitely stay there again but the spoon wasn’t properly cleaned otherwise it’s quite okay

Corridors very noisy late into early hours also “receptionist” banging on my door would not answer when I asked who it was as single female travelling alone found this unnerving should be considered!

Booked a double room when arrived offered a twin, no explanation. Then noticed no wardrobe or drawers, a had booked for 14 days therefore had several clothes. Informed hotel, very rude man came to my room stating not hotels fault and that i can cancel. As no other rooms availible, then he removed wall mounted shelf and pushed beds together and said done..... I contacted Hotels.Com very helpful and supportive within 30min man returned and offered new room with double bed but still no wardrobe, clear picture in all website pictures. Both rooms were very dirty and unfit to rent. There were also serous heath and saftey concerns. Some of my pictures attached. Hotels.com moved me to an alternate Hotel the following day, thank you Hotels.com. I have emailed the original hotel twice for comment but no reply, im hoping after reading this they will respond to myself. Pictures attached.
