Had great difficulty getting out gate from parking lot onto Via Alberici. I had meetings at Casa Bonus Pastor which was a very short walk from Camplus on Alberici to Via Aurelia. There should be a pad that you can use your room key to exit as well as re-enter just like the main gate on Via del Cottolengo. On two occasions, I had to return to desk twice for assistance. -fr. Jim

The staff was very professional, the rooms are very comfortable abd clean. The food (organic), in the caffetteria is very good, all made in the premises. Plenty of indoor parking spots, specially for those that travel with car. This place is very well recommended.

We stayed here for 2 nights in Rome. We put the directions into google from Roma Termini and had a long walk from the metro - note - take a bus to Gregorio VII rather than take the metro!!! The room was very modern with good facilities - we took advantage of the laundry room during our stay. Only negative was the air-con in the room being stuck on 24 degrees, meaning we had a warm night!! Despite this the hotel was lovely and had great views of St Peters Basilica. Another positive was the hotel being a 5 minute walk from the bus stop where you can get buses to all over Rome - very convenient!!

A great hidden gem among the other hotels in Rome. Gated campus with lots of greenery. There were many nearby restaurants and bars that were at a much cheaper price than you'd find near the big Roman attractions.

This property is a combo college/university dorm and hotel. It was a great place to stay — large, spacious and quiet rooms. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. And, there is a super convenient cafeteria right downstairs with very affordable prices. I really enjoyed my stay here, and the price was fabulous. The room was so clean and modern.

The quiet green space. The dining experience was excellent; being able to see the chef prepare the meals, the breakfast. The cleanliness of rooms. Front desk personnel were very helpful and kind. Overall experience was great. Would stay again.

Large room, comfy bed! Breakfast was very good ! Friendly staff. Close to restaurants and walking distance to the Vatican . Self service Laundry was an added bonus ! Only recommendation is pay attention to the email the hotel sends you prior to arriving, we did not and it was a little confusing , but that was totally on us.

A hidden gem! Located just outside the Vatican Wall. This was a return trip to Rome and wish I knew about this place the first time. Excellent breakfast buffet!!! Easy parking. Nice size rooms. University grounds. Roof top deck. Great staff.

Nice, clean and spacious room. We had a duplex room with balcony. Staff is really friendly and helpful! Breakfast is amazing and variety (and plenty)! Only thing that bugged us is the entrance from the main road - it’s quite a bit of a walk up hill with luggage!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Man benötigt nur 30min zu Fuss in die Stadt oder man läuft zur Busstation unweit gelegen. Das Zimmer an sich war geräumig, aber leider nicht sauber. In der Dusche war schwarzer Schimmel, überall Flecken an Spiegel, Wänden. Das Schlimmste war leider die (private) Terrasse, der nicht richtig abgetrennt war. Andere Hotelgäste verstanden nicht, dass diese privat war, und rauchten, saßen, tranken direkt vor unserem Fenster. Die Rezeption sagte, man solle sie anrufen, und sie würden die Leute wegscheuchen, aber wenn sich immer wieder andere Menschen in der Nacht vor deinem Bett unterhalten, will man auch nicht jedes Mal aufstehen. Fazit: keine Privatsphäre und nicht saubere Zimmer. Preis Leistung für mich nicht erfüllt

Die Unterkunft war klasse, und das Personal war superfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Der einzige Verbesserungspunkt wäre der Zustand unseres Badezimmers: Der Wasserhahn war fast lose, und aus dem gesamten Badezimmer kam ein etwas unangenehmer Geruch. Trotzdem war alles in allem der Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung.

The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. On our last morning, the front desk lady even offered to grab us breakfast to take with us. The rooms were very clean as there wasnt much to them, unfortunatly, the beds and pillows were both rock hard. We did not sleep while we were there. The bathroom smelt like an outhouse for the duration of our stay. The lady at the front desk advised that was due to weather, which is likely the case but it was really bad. It was close to a train station but a decent distance from the city center. It worked as a 2 night, quick Rome trip.

This is not a hotel but a university campus that hires out rooms. We booked a duplex but did not expect weird metal steps up to the beds. Great for students but not really suitable for two ladies of a certain age. The snack bar is basic but the service was friendly . The room had no soft furnishings. Just two plastic chairs and a long plastic table/desk. Every sound was magnified as nothing to soak up the noise. And nowhere comfortable to sit. No tv or music. The balcony was nice and very spacious. The rooms were very clean and serviced daily. The reception staff were nice and very helpful with directions etc. It’s located in a residential area. It was a good 15 minute walk to St Peter’s Square. The same to a bus/train stop. I will definitely visit Rome again but would stay somewhere more central. The area is not very pleasant so you wouldn’t want to eat or drink locally. Advertising it as a hotel is a bit misleading to be honest.

very friendly staff, gorgeous garden. rooms are very puristic which isn't a bad thing at all. only point they would really have to fix is the noise insulation. you can hear every whisper from people in the next room, walls are made of paper.

The rooms were extremely spacious and nice amenities. The staff were pleasant and gave great recommendations. In walking distance from public transportation. Only thing I was surprised about is it appeared to be a hotel or dorm for college exchange students. However they were all respectful. The breakfast buffet in the morning had a nice variety as well. When staying hear I strongly recommend to visit the restaurant Osteria dei Pontefici.

Habitación limpia y amplia, tiene lo suficiente (minimalista) hubo un problema con el aire acondicionado la primera noche y no hubo otra habitación disponible… afortunadamente se atendió el problema y la segunda noche si hubo AC por lo que la experiencia mejoró.

Rummet var relativt rent när det gäller sängkläder och möbler, men det fanns brister i rengöringen av väggarna. Det största problemet var dock att luftkonditioneringen inte fungerade, vilket gjorde rummet mycket varmt. Det fanns även brister i tillgången till handtvål och schampo. Ett positivt inslag var att rummet var utrustat med redskap för att äta. Personalen i receptionen och servicepersonal var mycket trevliga och tillgängliga dygnet runt. Tem uma mini cozinha com frigobar e microondas. O local é simples mais muito legal, seguro, limpo. Café da manhã bem servido. Para quem quer ficar perto do Vaticano vale super a pena, mas fica 40min caminhando dos outros pontos turísticos. Não gostamos do atendimento de um homem que estava na recepção no dia de nossa saída, 13 de outubro às 6:30pm, pedimos ajuda com o endereço para o Uber e direções e ele não fez a menor questão de nos ajudar. Grosso e sem paciência.

Tem uma mini cozinha com frigobar e microondas. O local é simples mais muito legal, seguro, limpo. Café da manhã bem servido. Mere end studiebolig end et hotel, men ok værelser, morgenmad ok, men mere kantine miljø end hotel. Lægger på et kuperet terræn, så hvis man er dårligt gående er det svært tilgængeligt. Receptionen lukkede fordi der var en receptionist der holdt en halv times pause. Det mest positive var deres taxaordning som fungerede upåklageligt.

In general everything was acceptable, staff not rude but not kind either. When booking in this facility make sure your bed is on the floor and not on top like bunk beds which is what happened to my friend. Unfortunately the staff didn’t give us the option for another room and just stated that they were full and that it was the room we had reserved. The staff( front desk lady) didn’t show any sympathy at all and instead she got upset. Unreal but true. My friend was then upset with me and honestly I didn’t expect or want that on my vacation.

Nice, clean and spacious room. We had a duplex room with balcony. Staff is really friendly and helpful! Breakfast is amazing and variety (and plenty)! Only thing that bugged us is the entrance from the main road - it’s quite a bit of a walk up hill with luggage!

The property was convenient and well mantained, but I must state that the service has been the worst I have recive in my many years of traveling. Pleople working there were really lacking the minimum of profesionalism, specially in the cafeteria, they were extremely rude. They often forget that they work in the service area and its because of us clients that their business are running. Such a shame

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Camplus San Pietro. It was clean and within close proximity of the Vatican. It is within walking distance of banks, shopping, cafes and much more. The staff including Gemma, Lucrezia, were very friendly and helpful. There is a small cafe at the hotel. I had breakfast there twice and it was great. Here is my tip: Use the Via Del Cottonlengo 30 address when being dropped off by Taxi. There is a brown wooden gate....just press on the button or use your key to open the gate. The other address at Via de Ville 12 drops you is located at the top of the hill which is just slightly more complicated.

The rooms were extremely spacious and nice amenities. The staff were pleasant and gave great recommendations. In walking distance from public transportation. Only thing I was surprised about is it appeared to be a hotel or dorm for college exchange students. However they were all respectful. The breakfast buffet in the morning had a nice variety as well. When staying hear I strongly recommend to visit the restaurant Osteria dei Pontefici.

I booked this place bc it’s in walking distance from Vatican City. Very close to everything if you like to walk or catch a cab anywhere. It’s clean have plenty of beds in each room if you’re looking to squeeze in two to three in a place

Stay was very nice, room was big and very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful and just a 10 minute walk to the Basillica with some lovely restaurants around. Entrance is on a little back street off the main road and one evening there were no street lights but no fault of the hotels!

Excellent location for visiting the Vatican and also good transport links for visiting Rome being close to bus stop and train station . We did walk to the Colosseum in an hour. Very friendly and helpful staff ! Very comfortable room and balcony ! The breakfast was excellent . We cannot praise this place enough !

Property is slightly hidden - call for directions before you arrive if you’re walking! Wonderful place though, clean and spacious and close to the train station and a bus that takes you into Rome city center. Front desk was very friendly and helpful!

Hotel is simple, clean , staff are courteous and helpful. the uphill driveway walk to the hotel entrance is mighty steep for older people.....but manageable. we could use some English channel on TV. Vatican /St Peters square is only 10 minutes walk from hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant and restful stay. Will highly recommend this place.

schönes und modernes Hotel in der Nähe des Vatikans. Superfreundliches Personal, alles prima. Frühstücken kann man morgens in Bistro - vom Preis sehr angemessen. Kleines Minus: man kommt von dort nur mit dem Bus in die Altstadt - Metro ist rund 3 km weg.

This property is a combo college/university dorm and hotel. It was a great place to stay — large, spacious and quiet rooms. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. And, there is a super convenient cafeteria right downstairs with very affordable prices. I really enjoyed my stay here, and the price was fabulous. The room was so clean and modern.

The quiet green space. The dining experience was excellent; being able to see the chef prepare the meals, the breakfast. The cleanliness of rooms. Front desk personnel were very helpful and kind. Overall experience was great. Would stay again.

Rummet var relativt rent när det gäller sängkläder och möbler, men det fanns brister i rengöringen av väggarna. Det största problemet var dock att luftkonditioneringen inte fungerade, vilket gjorde rummet mycket varmt. Det fanns även brister i tillgången till handtvål och schampo. O hotel, que também é utilizado por estudantes como moradia para alunos no período letivo oferece O que é básico. As instalações são bem limpas, arejadas e seguras. O quarto que eu fiquei tem um porém a ser observado, pois a cama fica como que num mesanino e as escadas são bem difíceis de subir para alguém que não tenha mobilidade plena, agilidade e força. Ela é composta de meios degraus de metal como inclinação de 30º provavelmente. Outro ponto importante observar é que o quarto que fiquei compartilha o banheiro com o quarto ao lado Então tens sempre que bater na porta para ter certeza que não está sendo usado, mas por sorte não havia ninguém hospedado no quarto do lado. O café da manhã foi muito bom e completo e a equipe de recepcionistas tenta te ajudar a toda a instante mesmo com minha dificuldade de falar italiano ou inglês. O hotel fica aproximadamente 500 m do Vaticano isso eu facilita bastante e ao redor há diversas opções para comer, comprar coisas e supermercados.

I stayed in a solo room with shared bathroom and my experience was pretty good. The facilities were clean, the included breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. One thing I would like to point out is that if your bed is on the mezzanine level like mine, the air conditioning does not reach all the way there and this hot European summer can really get to you. I had to find creative ways just so that I can sleep comfortably. Also camplus is gated and you have to go slightly uphill to reach the property, just follow the signs. Don’t make the same mistake I did when I almost went into the neighboring property because I didn’t see the sign at first. It is pretty close to the bus stop and of course, the Vatican.

Would not recommend this hotel, it’s good for students, not adults. Breakfast is cafeteria style & the plates were always dirty. Older man at front desk, balding , glassses was rude and surly, expected us to drag our luggage down the steep driveway to catch a cab on the street. He was to busy to alert the cab to drive up the driveway, when we told him we were told by other front desks hosts that the cab would pick us up at the door, he begrudging alerted the cab . He would glare at you even and we said hello. This was our second visit and I would not stay again .
