Un hôtel très bien et très joli. On nous a surclassé gratuitement, la chambre était récemment rénovée. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et excellent. Seul bémol, il est dommage qu’on ait à payer pour utiliser les transats à la piscine. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, ça devrait être inclus.

Parking is easy, the staff is amazing & this hotel is conveniently located for easy access to northern & southern suburbs. It also has n amazing roof garden with a 360 degree view of Athens. The lobby bar is also very good except when there's football‼️

Great hotel. Nice clean rooms with good AC. Pool is great and gym ok too. Note that hotel pool chairs will cost you 10 euro for a 4 hour session and gym is 8 euro per day.

Hotel was great. Rooftop bar staff and waiters are very rude though. They serve you a drink and then demand you down it so they can close. Hotel pool timings are mad. 10am - 7pm. And you have to pay to book a sunbed. If the staff are busy they’ll just literally tell you to go away until someone comes to you which can take anywhere between 20-30 mins. Hotel is incredible like I can’t deny that. But they staff aren’t.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Rooftop pool was lovely. Negatives would be no shade by the pool - and hotel guests required to have a 10 EUR spend per sun lounger for each use.

you cannot use the Gym, 8 euro each time. you cannot use the sunbed by the pool, 10 euro min. spend . so not really holiday vibe, you feel like they ask money for everything. quite noisy next to a big road. good thing is that that quite clean. more like a 3 star hotel, rather than 4.

The room was in general very average, you could tell it was old. What really bothered me was that the bathroom was not cleaned properly (hair on the floor in many places, it wasn’t vacuumed properly for sure , so I doubt it was mopped as well…) Also, the shower head was leaking from the cord side, throwing water everywhere. The shower didn’t have a door, just a glass covering half the size of it , so O had to really try not to make a mess of all the bathroom, and even then there was a lot of water everywhere. Room was very warm.

I stayed here for several days last week while visiting the city for a medical procedure. Hotel was located in a very nice area, tons of shopping and restaurant options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was on the small side, but always immaculate and had a great view. Highly recommended.

Spotlessly clean and super comfortable bed, silky soft bedsheets and duvet cover, recently renovated with a large tv and modern furnishings . Great location just 10 min walk from the metro and 5 minutes from bus stops . Several Bakeries and cafes within short distance, but the hotel breakfast buffet was very versatile

Very disappointed. Unprofessional and disrespectful management and front desk staff. As a 4 stars hotel first they should learn how to talk to the people. Very nasty, dirty and smelling cigarettes room. NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

The room next door was too close each other, so I could hear a lot of noise. It was also just beside the road, I could hear the motorcycles passing by late at night. Breakfast was so crowded with tour groups, making it a bit noisy.

I got my reservation via Expedia based on reviews. I was checked in on 6th floor of the this hotel. The show head keeps following down. The water shoots out of the shower towards hallway. The carpet got wet. Maintenance guy fixed the problem. I requested to change my room due to fungus in the carpet. Had to pay an extra $24/ night to be able to get a better room. Also found out from first to sixth floor, the hotel is under grdual renovation.

Online reviews were not all favourable, but I had no problems. Large clean, well equipped room, lovely bathroom. Free fast Wi-Fi. Staff really charming and helpful. Yes it’s on a busy six lane main road, but air con ensured comfort and noise did not disturb sleep. Good and good value breakfast. Not absolutely central but just five stops/ 15 mins to syntagma. All in all, a great choice.

I am very disappointed. I booked “Reserve now, pay later”, but the hotel still took a pre-authorisation before the free cancellation period ended. I clearly said payment would be made on site, but my private card was still used. At check-in, staff initially refused to take payment on site, and I was later told I would need to wait 15 working days for the refund, which was never mentioned before. This does not match the service that was advertised.

Upon arrival, the crew at the front desk was beyond accommodating, understanding, and helpful. Karolos, Ioanna, Christos, Christina, Aggeliki, Panagiotis, Ioannis and Costas/Mr. Kostas (not sure if that’s the same person but, Aggeliki referred to the bellhop as Mr. Kostas) and so many others that we interacted with at the front desk, were absolutely amazing. They all made us feel so welcome. Our dining experiences were as on point as the front desk staff. Starting with the breakfast buffet, which was amazing, were plenty of healthy options, beverage choices and sweets for the palette. Aside from having dinner with an incredible view of Athens from the hotel’s rooftop, the food was super. Again, plenty of healthy choices along with ample portion sizes. Giannis, Dimitris, Elias, Marinos and so many others took great care of us whether it was for a nightcap or a meal. As if that wasn’t enough, the pool that can also be found at the hotel’s rooftop, was as good as it gets. Along with that great view, Lifeguard Evi was as sweet as they come. Making sure that the pool-goers abided by the rules, she also made sure that she took care of every single person that visited the pool area with a smile on her face. All in all, The President Hotel and its staff made our visit to Greece all the more enjoyable.

arrived at 4:30pm after a long and challenging day to find room not ready. Invited to stand in the lobby & wait while room was finalised. Attempted diner in restaurant which was mostly empty yet staff still inattentive. Some menu options unavailable which was disappointing. When waitress bothered to attend she was so rude and uninterested we left and found another local place which was lovely. Wouldn’t stay here again. Miles from the city centre. Has a nice pool if the weather permits it to open.

The staff of the hotel is helpful, polite and professional. All I see is smiling faces. The accommodations are updated, clean and contemporary. The property is located a 10 minute drive to constitution square, in a safe area of Athens. The morning breakfast buffet rivals any Las Vegas buffets! This is my third time staying here and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Athens

We had a great stay everyone was really nice and helpful breakfast for was lovely (is you want Greek coffee is 5 euro for each of them ???) also use the do not disturb sign as the cleaning staff have a bad habit of opening the door without knocking. They did that multiple times during our stay The hotel is centrally located with many stores pharmacies bakeries and everything u need around

Only upside was that the inside of this hotel and our room which were immaculate. Our first time in Athens though and I wish I had done a little more research on the area. Gave off downtown SF vibes with all the homelessness, graffiti, and dirtiness of the area ON THE OUTSIDE. Did not feel safe at all. Also this was about 30-40 min away from the airport and about 20 min away from the nicer areas of Athens like Plaka. Also I had booked on Expedia for the “reserve now pay later” and they charged me a week prior and did not even notify me or verify if I wanted to use the card on file. When we got there, I had to correct them and they told me it would take a day or so to get my refund back. Also, I do not recommend the rooftop bar and restaurant WORST dining service we received throughout our Greece trip we went back to the hotel around 10:30 PM for a late dinner got seated and then were told that food would take an hour and then advised that only some dishes were available just to have our waiter return to tell us the kitchen was no longer taking any food orders at 1045 PM YET THEY ARE OPEN TILL 12 AM. Thankfully the hotel clergy recommend a local spot still open mind you still having us walk around a sketchy area close to midnight. Overall hotel room 10/10, surrounding area and dining 0/10.

We spent about six nights here. Looking back, I would book another hotel. This hotel had a nice view but it’s quite far from the center of Athens and about 40 minutes from the port. For all of our tours, they wouldn’t pick us up/ drop off like Everyone else because we were too far out of The way. Thus we had to take taxis everywhere even for tours which adds up and is annoying after a long tour to have to deal with. It’s also 8$ a day per person to go to the gym and 10$ for a day bed per person. All of these added expenses are frusterating given that you are paying for a high class hotel and spending a lot to stay. It was feusteratinb that that wasn’t clear in the booking info and it seems kind of cheap for a supposed luxury hotel. I feel like that’s should be advertised because I would have picked another given that. Additionally, the bathrooms are small and the shower sprays water all over the floor. The breakfast was also very chaotic and stressful. None of the coffee machines worked well and they sprayed milk everywhere. If these are not issues for you, it is an okay hotel. These were just frustrating points for me and my family and thus I would stay somewhere else. The service is great, the restaurant has great views and the Cleanliness was good.

Staff was superb, especially helen on front desk but hotel has 2 restaurants with identical and very limited menu--over the course of my stay, i had all 3 options for a vegetarian and that's all they had...biggie is total lack of attention to mobility enhancements--no hand rails and SLIPPERY, MARBLE SHOWER FLOORS WITH NOT A SINGLE GRAB BAR--no way to be safe in there!

What service. Everyone was so friendly, and attentive, and professional; the kind of service you would only expect at the finest establishments. The room is clean and cozy. Bedspreads and pillows are just average, but better than at the Grand Hyatt a few miles away. The President Hotel also has one of the best and most comprehensive breakfast buffets in town.

I found President Hotel Athens to be a very good place. The breakfast buffet was large and generous, and while things may have run out, one look at the volume would explsin that. There were a few things that were advertised for our room that weren't there, but while I chose to do without, a call to the desk would have no doubt rectified that. Somewhere a bit more central might have been better, but again, that was a me thing. The rooftop restaurant was wonderful, especially the burger! It was big enough to serve as the Sunday roast, and cooked exactly as I like it. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is really elegant. It is a busy hotel though. A lot of tours are booked to stay there, so expected large crowds inside. I wish the lobby area was quieter, but that’s my preference. Breakfast was good and the rooftop area was pretty.
