Hotel Kaminoyu Onsen

Onsen felt like it wasn't real onsen and all the baths were lukewarm and not hot. Room was non smoking but smelt like cigarettes real bad like somebody was just here a day ago chain smoking. Actually bought room deodorizer for cigarettes and left it there. Parking was infested with weeds that sticks to your clothes took me 20 min to remove. Meal was part of the reservation but that wasnt communicated clearly to me. They ended up calling me asking me if im coming down for dinner twice even when i told them i dont need meal since already had plans. Not a big deal but stay tax could only be paid in cash. Out of all the hotels i stayed at japan this place is the only place that said cash only. I wonder what they would have said if i told them i dont have cash. With that in mind i dont think they were being truthful and was just being lazy. The hotel seems like it has some history but the proper investment is not being made. Could be better if they have the right mindset.

値段的にはスタンダードクラスの旅館と思って利用すると不可の部分は無い旅館だと思います。 良かった点はまず、スタッフさんの対応が親切なことですね。人数が足りなそうな中で一生懸命丁寧に対応してくれてるのがわかります。 次に良かった点は食事が美味しいです。夕食はもちろんですが、朝食のワインビーフのカレーはおかわりしてしまいました。とっても美味しい。 お風呂も種類が多くて楽しいです。一泊という短い滞在の中で9種類堪能しました。 受付時予約要の貸切風呂が三(うち一つ利用)、予約不要の貸切風呂が一つ。大浴場に七ついい温泉でした。

無料のお茶や20時までの送迎、駅から徒歩30分なので歩いて行けなくも無い距離で良かったです。 貸切風呂も空いていれば使えます、二人くらいなら入れると思いました。

共同浴場にヤクザを彷彿させるような刺青の人が2人いて不快に感じた。 トイレが部屋の外だった。

スタッフの方々と対応はとても良かったです。食事や部屋も良かったです。 大浴場のお風呂が7個のうち3個利用できなかった事と、貸切風呂の予約が取りにくかったのが残念でした。
