Cleaning room costs money, using a cabana cost money, using a cushioned sun longer cost money, using gym cost money, using indoor poor cost money. Nothing much to do that doesn’t cost a lot. Lots of kids but unable to use other pool cost the near by sunbed cost. Took the luxury element away. Don’t recommend

My stay was amazing. Every staff member was courteous, polite and go the extra mile to ensure my needs are met. They also provided the option of hotel credits in exchange of foregoing having my room made as a step to be more eco friendly. I was disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed for the season, it was something i was looking forward to.

The resort was wonderful. We booked a room with a balcony facing the ocean, and the space was both comfortable and spacious. A nice touch was the provision of pajamas for guests, which made our stay feel extra cozy. The only downside was some noise one night, as our room was located near the smoking area. While it wasn’t a major issue, it was a bit noticeable at times. The resort also offered a great incentive for guests who opted out of daily housekeeping. We were given coupons that could be redeemed for hotel services or used at the gift shops, which was a thoughtful perk. The hotel has a couple of swimming pools. The indoor pool was particularly nice, with a sauna, although there was an additional fee to use it. When we visited, we had the whole space to ourselves. The outdoor pool, which was free to use, was also lovely. There was a designated area for young children to swim and play, and while some of the pool chairs were complimentary, cabanas were available for rent. The resort had a few restaurants on-site, though we didn’t dine at them during our stay. Overall, the hotel was great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. If you’re planning to explore the area, we highly recommend renting a car, as it makes getting around much easier.

Great experience overall. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Hotel was extremely clean and interiors modern. However, the waiting time of 120-134minutes to get into the breakfast buffet with 2 young children is extreme and needs a solution found. Considering the price we paid for 4 days it was disappointing to find out that the indoor pool and gym are an additional separate cost.

施設全体はとても充実しており大変満足でした。お部屋もラグジュアリールームで広くゆっくり過ごす事ができました。バス、トイレも別でした。ただ、お部屋に入ってすぐに目についたのは窓の汚さ。せっかくの景観なのに非常に残念に思いました。海沿いだから落ちないのかな？って思ってましたが、諦めることできず、自分たちでお掃除しました。プールからホテルを見ていたら、他のお部屋の方も窓拭きしてました。ハウスキーピングに依頼も考えましたが、時間もかかるし自分達でやれば良いかな？と。それを除けば周辺にも飲食店はありますし大変満足のホテルです。

Super nice sea view for every room and room size is big. Staff is very good. If you dont need clean up your room, you can redeem a coupon for inhouse shopping and dinning. We also got one night free dinner coupon. Walking distance for dinning outside. Just one comment about a bit smelly air-conditioning. But you can open the balcony door to enjoy the nature air.

We found the hotel did have an retro style elegance. However the beds were very uncomfortable, in need of an upgrade. The staff was kind but we had to ask for everything. The view is magnificent,overlooking the ocean no obstruction. We had to pay the use of the beach chairs.

The hotel staff service are perfect The room is upgraded, with stunning sea views (can’t complaint everyday woke up with this view) Location very convenient for family / someone who like to swim at the beach (just right outside the hotel) Public bath (with Onsen water) - enjoyable to soak it almost everyday, very relaxing and clean Hotel parking, total 7 days for 1,500 Yen (isn’t that bad) Only down side will be the breakfast waiting time, as occupancy become higher, we have waited 30mins at a morning to enjoy the breakfast

The rooms are huge and the view amazing. The beach is not that nice as the one of the hotel nearby. In July the place was full of families with toddlers. What ruined the experience for us was the plethora of rules and restrictions eg around use of the pool, which made it very hard to relax. Also, you needed to present a voucher for almost anything like comfortable beds at the pool. The extra costs for the pool beds and other services in the hotel were ridiculously high. But most of all there are real safety concerns. The hotel is occupied mostly by Chinese guests. Staff rarely speak any English with the exception of a few. One night the alarm went off and there were loud PA announcements in the room in various Asian languages but not one word in English. We had to evacuate as the emergency exits were blaring to do so. This created panic as we had no idea what was happening. Having experienced a fire before in my life, I know that seconds can matter. Not having any sense of what was happening was deeply upsetting and a real safety concer for future guests. The hotel apologized when we raised the issue afterwards but seemed unaware or unconvinced about the need to communicate in English about such things.

Didn’t realise the outdoor main pool closes 5th November and we arrived the 7th. They make you pay $15 a day to use the indoor pool. Shouldn’t they waive this considering there is no other swimming option? And you are an hour away from main city. Public transport is terrible and not much to do around at all. Buffet breakfast was very average. Not great options and quality is sub par. Wish we booked accommodation in Naha.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Lovely view from the balcony too. Amenities, facilities and location were great. We felt eating in the hotel was quite expensive so ate out at the plentiful restaurants nearby.

Even though this hotel is far from Naha, still a great start and good neighborhood! We had a pretty packed itinerary for the 6 days we stayed but wished we left room to enjoy the hotel itself! They have so many activities and the beach is AMAZING! We were only able to enjoy the tea room, build picture frames and dip our toes in the water. If you are staying here, definitely have a hotel day! We had the Premium Club keys that grant you free entry to most restaurants and activities so try and get that one if possible.

Absolutely beautiful 😍. Room was spacious. Meal options are plenty. Meal price include breakfast buffet was pricey but worth it! Scenery from big bath was wonderful. All staff are polite and professional. Love everything!

Great experience overall. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Hotel was extremely clean and interiors modern. However, the waiting time of 120-134minutes to get into the breakfast buffet with 2 young children is extreme and needs a solution found. Considering the price we paid for 4 days it was disappointing to find out that the indoor pool and gym are an additional separate cost.

Room was spacious and very clean though it had a plastic smell throughout. The hotel breakfast offered lots of choice and we loved the option of changing it out for lunch. Guests with tattoos must use a special sticker before entering the beach area, outdoor and indoor pools, and hot springs. Stickers are available at the hotel convenience store for purchase. T-shirts or rash guards can be worn in the pools.
This property's rates are based on occupancy; all guests 6 years old and above are considered adults and are charged accordingly. Fees may be incurred if the number of guests checking in varies from the number established at booking.

Reservations are required for spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
