The location itself was great, right on the water, good food venues right next door, the same cannot be said for the cabin. Pretty sure it was built from timbers off the ark, and whilst the park is dog friendly the cabin wasn't, let alone for humans. Suffice to say our stay was short lived and lasted as long as it took me to repack the car and find accommodation in Brunswick Heads instead. Reflecting on this Reflections does not reflect on Reflections Hawks Nest whose brand new cabins are outstanding

Great spot, cabin was great. Only downside is tha its a 4 person cabin and the couch is tiny but its a great place and love the pet friendly and how they show you all the pet friendly placez in the area. Thank you.

The view of Richmond River from the cabin patio was basically uninterrupted. The premises & surrounds were immaculate, despite Ballina experiencing the devastating floods around the time. The kitchen facilities are perfect for someone like Me with special dietary requirements. I don't drive, so the location is ideal for anything you need to do in Ballina...be it sit on a beach, at the river or park, shop for fun or groceries - all walking distance and flat unless on cliff faces or bush tracks

We liked that it was dog friendly accommodation. initially we couldn't park in our allocated spot due to other holiday people parking not so well. but Alisia organised us another close by spot that was vacant. Walks around the area were good.

The property itself was nice. First opion not great when I arrived. I was told that my cabin had a queen bed and bunkbeds. I explain that my confirmation from Expedia said two queen beds, they apologetically said there was nothing else available. Having travelled from Canada it did not leave me options. So I took the cottage which turned out to be a queen bed and two singles. Not sure what if any price differential that would have cause. Everyone needs to get their information together for the customer.
