La habitación excelente, camas cómodas, la regadera fantástica, el desayuno delicioso, y el personal muy atento sin embargo las áreas comunes del hotel creo que están un poco descuidadas

The property itself is nice, the gardens nice the staff are all nice enough, and the food was pretty decent, the problem is when you arrive there’s earplugs on the bedside tables, which was a sign right away, the place is so loud you can’t get any peace day or night. It’s on a street corner. They put me in a room said it was an upgrade right in the corner, gas truck, screaming outside, fireworks, and bombs going off all night, there was a banda music bar that went until the wee hours, Moto’s with no mufflers, ATVs with no mufflers, people screaming in the streets, for the money they’re charging, it was brutal and we left two days early. The manager sent me a message saying if I had positive comments to please leave them if I had negative comments to please email her personally, she gave me a link which required me to open a Gmail account which I will not for just this reason, I wrote to her and requested the two nights back reimbursement for the breakfasts that we didn’t eat or the nights that we didn’t stay, she didn’t even get back to me, unfortunately, I never leave negative reviews but people need to be warned that this is not a peaceful place to stay. It is loud obnoxious, and the manager will not even attend to you other than give you a link which requires you to open a new email account to get a hold of her I requested she get back to me but she ignored me so I feel obligated to write this review if she would’ve had the decency to even write me back I wouldn’t have.

El hotel esta impecable. Para empezar la ubicación super centrica, estacionas tu carro y exploras. Las habitaciones super limpias, amenidades super lindas, agua fresca disponible todo el dia. El restaurante con excelente comida y precios. Mi madre fue fan de los jardines. Reserven un masaje, no se arrepentiran!
