Stayed at this location many times, it is a great hotel, great location with amazing staff. My only observation would be the abusive fees: resort fee $43, self parking $38 or valet parking $53 plus a parking tax on top of $3.45, really!!?? These alone will increase your per night stay close to an additional $100.

The nice thing about this hotel is the variety of eating options. We liked the B-Line diner for breakfast and lunch. The hotel was conveniently located to the theme parks and major roads. There was a beautiful pool and our room was very quiet. Front desk staff and concierge were also very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend it.

Loved the convenience of the location to the convention center. not only did the hotel have good restaurant options but there were also many more restaurants within a walkable distance. The pool areas were lovely. Rooms were clean & comfortable- only negative was the absence of a microwave.

Attended conference at Hilton Orlando — convenient walkway through the convention center with plenty of signs to help guide. Staff was very friendly and helpful and pool and spa were terrific!

Great property to stay at. Descend 21 in the hotel is great for food and also has golf and other sport simulator in it. Hotel is located 10 minutes from epic universe and provides a shuttle to the park.

Before you book; please note that parking is not free. Self park is 38&tax and valet is 53&tax per day. Self park garage is outside the hotel property line so be mindful. If travelling with kids- they might not have enough cribs. Weird that they wont have any proper arrangement for cribs/bassinet because most people visiting Orlando are with kids. If you add breakfast, it will not be a buffet or multi item breakfast. It will be 1 drink and 1 entree pp only that you can eat at Bdiner. Property has very nice pools and a cute water slide and waterfall over a pool and hot tub that all close at 10pm. There is a 24 hours starbucks which is an added benefit.

The hotel was very nice. Lots of restaurants and 2 pools. One was on the 4th floor of Tower 1, it was a very nice pool, but no bar or food, so was not crowded. Main pool at ground floor Tower 2 had food and a bar, and a kids slide, hot tub, waterfall, so much more crowded. $50 if you want an umbrella though (which was the only shade). Ordering a drink was 20 min or longer. No A/C in the hallways, when going to your room, so felt stuffy. Cleaning service was excellent. Ordering extra towels etc, took 30 min, and had to get through a really basic AI customer service level, before you could talk to a person, that got annoying. No concierge at all, the front desk tries to help, but not very experienced at it. Rooms were very nice. Rate was very good. I'd say it was a 4 star hotel, with 3 star customer service , with exception of maid service which was 4 star.

The lobby was beautiful but the hotel itself was outdated. The hallways smelled moldy, the carpets overall were dirty and it smelled like seeer near the pool. I was expecting more of a Hyatt property. Won’t be staying there again

My room was infested with fleas, they let dogs stay in rooms. They charge $35 a day for you to park your rental car $45 a day for valet and another $40 per day for resort fees. We were at a conference and in business meetings all day not able to use the facilities

Wonderful service! The stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment of arrival, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze-Camil was so sweet and helpful. I was at the hotel for work and had to do a very important zoom meeting. I tried buying premium internet to ensure I could be online. I followed the instructions, called the front desk, went to the front desk- everyone told me to call or go somewhere else. When I finally got in touch with IT they assured me I would have premium internet for my whole stay. Well I work up the next day and it wasn’t working again. Seeing that this hotel has a conference facility you would think the internet capabilities would be more reliable.

The hotel was very clean and comfy. We had the 23rd floor pool side. Beautiful views. We were there to attend a show and this was a great place to stay. We did not get to use the pool but it looked great and spacious. The one restaurant in the hotel which was decorated like a diner was great. We ate there for dinner and breakfast. Both meals were great, lovely staff. I will be back. The location was close to so much on International drive. Fun area

"Forced" to stay here for an event in the attached convention center, we were charged $600 a night w/fees, for a room that would go for $100-150 anywhere else. It is convenient if attending event there, but I would have no problem saving 2/3 staying across the street. Got a standard king room for three, and there is not counter space in bathroom for one, let alone 3. Only one towel hook. Super loud AC unit that sounds like a jet engine. Soft worn out feeling beds.

The staff here at this location is impeccable. This is a busy hotel with multiple conventions happening at the same time and even as busy as it was, the staff were so polite and eager to please. The rooms were clean and we always had fresh towels and toiletries. The location is perfect for those that just want to walk to all of the local restaurants and there is plenty to do right nearby!

It was nice once we were able to straighten out our reservations. They took it upon themselves to change one of our rooms to a king even though it was booked for two people. The king room was tiny, had one outlet, and then they brought in a roll away bed. We changed the next night and then were charged for upgrading back to our original room. They did very quickly take care of the charge, customer service was quick and helpful. The rest of the stay was nice and I would go back.

What was unique was how the staff and management respond prompt to visitor's need. This is my second time lodging in this hotel to attend Walden 2025 Commencement Graduation. The management and front desk receptionist are superb, friendly and understandable. I am coming again in 2026.

My brother suffered injuries from a car accident which necessitated back and neck surgery. We had to travel to Orlando for his surgery. After a long day of surgery preop, operation, and PACY recovery, my brother was in very poor shape. He was in terrible pain and nauseated. Our original plan was to get him back to our home (2+) hours away right after surgery so that he could rest and be at home. That plan changed, however, once we saw his condition after the back and neck surgery. At the insistence of the surgeon and anesthesiologist, we had to make a last-minute plan to stay in Orlando for a night of recovery. We found the Hyatt online, and we booked it. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a wheelchair for my brother. The staff was so kind, helpful, and caring. From the valet, to the bellhop, the security (handlers of the wheelchair), the front desk professionals, to housekeeping and food/beverage, every individual was truly outstanding. My brother was unable to leave the room for food (as he was incapacitated from surgery), so in-room dining sourced soft, appropriate food for him post-surgery and delivered it to the room. Thank you to the wonderful people at Hyatt Regency Orlando for making my brother as comfortable as possible and for helping my family navigate a tough surgery day and the day following.

American Express didnt put our reservation all the way through..When we got there Nothing.. Camil and Bianca helped us throughout and they were AMAZING!! Thank you ladies for being so understanding since it was already supper late when we arrived. Had it not been for there excellent treatment of us it would have been a nightmare. Thank You Ladies!!

All went well until I took a shower and the faucet kept leaking. Notified the front desk about it and all maintenance did was force the nozzle to close which was hard to turn back on. Toilet also kept running, notified the front desk 4 times about this and it was never fixed correctly. Bartender had given me a menu, I hadn't ordered yet but he took it to give to a man and then returned with another one. Did not even ask if I was done using it. I had to call again to the front desk because the individuals next to me at 10:30 pm were partying in their room, took security 45 minutes to come up and quiet them. Since I did not make the reservation or transaction with Hyatt, I was not reimbursed for anything except the resort fees and food. I am utterly exhausted!

I’ve stayed here more than once. It’s a beautiful property and booking through Expedia allowed me to have free parking during my stay which was a bonus. It’s conveniently located on International Drive, with food and supplies within minutes of the property.

Hyatt Regency Orlando is safe, clean and contemporary. The hotel has beautiful grounds and is located in walking distance to local eateries. The main pool is large with many places to cool off and to enjoy the sun. It is clean and water temp is perfect.

Overall, the hotel is fairly nice in terms of its service, location, cleanliness, and safety. The Breakfast Restaurant was the only aspect of this hotel that I did not enjoy, considering the amount of money I spent for three people over the course of seven days. Menu option is restricted. They tell you to select between left and right menu options. Unless you’re willing to spend more for additional options at the bottom of the menu. Food quality was mediocre and customer service was poor. Will I stay at this hotel again? probably yes! however, definitely not buying breakfast option again.

This hotel is very comfortable and the service was great. The most convenient place to stay with an event at the convention center. The room was clean. The fridge was a nice size. We stayed a week so we used it often. Cleaners came daily. Loved having Starbucks downstairs. The line was always very reasonable and service quick which was crazy because there were so many people staying there for events that ran at the same time. The market was very useful. My only complaint was the food at restaurant Descend 21 was expensive and not good. Very disappointing for the price. I was able to Google cast my daughter’s game while I worked from the room which I really appreciated. The room was quiet and spacious enough I was able to set up an office.
