Room was clean. Excellent location. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy at the D-parking lot. The drug store next to the hotel is convenient for late night shopping or a quick grab.

It was a very nice stay. The public onsen is a gem. The location is perfect, close to shops, resturants and train station. We booked a Twin room. The room is very small but has all what we needed.

The room was VERY small but clean. I appreciated that the sink was outside of the toilet/shower area. The size of the trash can was nowhere near large enough for a 4 night stay. Most other hotels provide water bottles or at least access to the water fill station with your own personal bottle. The elevators were too few for the number of guests and rooms occupied. The combined washer and dryer was cool but the dryer did not dry clothes in a reasonable amount of time. Location excellent for day trips…super close to the bus and train stations.
