Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit Standard Frühstück. Freundliches & kompetentes Personal. Angrenzend am Eingang des Parkplatzes gibt es ein Texas Roadhouse (sehr empfehlenswert). Bis zum Highway ist es nicht weit und zu den Visitor Centers (Hot Spring, Nationalpark Hot Springs) nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto.

The worst experience as a Choice Priv Member I have ever had. The 1st am we found an almost 2 inch COCKROACH crawling across the floor. I told the front desk workers, showed them the pic on their carpet and they argued w me that it was not a roach. It absolutely was. AI confirmed even tho I already knew it. I was offered a can of bug spray to treat the room myself. I asked if they’d do it for me as we were leaving right then. Upon returning I found my hotel door left approx 1 inch ajar. The entire day. My medications and personal belongings left exposed from early morning until 5:30 in the evening. I reported THE SECURITY BREACH & was given a $50 credit which covered the breakfast I had to buy since I wasn’t eating in their kitchen. I was prepared to pay w cash the next morning at checkout. I had told 3 diff employees that was my intention and that it would be fine. I got to the desk cash in hand to checkout and was told my card was charged and they couldn’t reverse it. Causing me a trip to the bank when I got home. I contacted the manager 2 days later who was very understanding but would have to get permission from Blake, the owner for a refund. I felt after all that, I was owed that much. Blake declined saying $50 was plenty. He said I had a good rate compared to others and $50 was sufficient. I will never stay here again and I would advise anyone considering this establishment to avoid it if at all possible. I spent the whole trip angry and it didn’t have to be that way.
