Staying at L’Oscar was an absolute dream. From being met at reception by the charming and informative staff to the tour of my beautiful room and on every second spent on the property was a delight. The location is convenient to the tube, restaurants, a gym and shopping. I look forward to staying at L’Oscar again!

From check-in to departure, the staff were really friendly, professional and top class. The welcome glass of Champagne on check-in was a lovely touch. We had one of the suites and it was brilliant. Such classy decor, all through the hotel. We were only disappointed with the bar closing at 11pm each night. Because it was so nice, we came back early to have a drink and it was closing - maybe they could keep that open longer for residents to make the experience more special, and more lucrative for the hotel?

Absolutely amazing people and service. The Italian designers feel penetrates the entire buildings which used to be a church. Love the experience. Again, employees are so friendly and nice! Totally happy

Amazing boutique hotel with an incredible staff. From the moment I walked in everyone of the staff made me feel as though I was the most important person there. The room was fantastic and wandering the halls to see the grand library, with books that are 100s of year old, and the first floor dining room which looked like it was set up for an event were beautiful rooms that I was not expecting to see in such s hotel. The restaurant was nice to have a cocktail or glass of wine and the breakfast was fantastic. Finally the area around the hotel very safe and we extremely convenient to Soho and all of the great theaters.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and opulent. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Glass of champagne on arrival which was delicious and special pastries and fruit to celebrate our anniversary. The only downside was the discretionary service charge which seemed rather steep on checking out.

The property is beautifully presented and the rooms are well appointed and spotless. Bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was a great size. This hotel is located close Holborn station which was very convenient for getting around London, and it is within a walk to convent garden.

Great hotel and only a 30 second walk from the tube station. Staff are very attentive, the coffee is excellent, rooms are great, the bed and pillows are some of the most comfortable I've ever had. We'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel was lovely, the people at check-in were amazing. So friendly and welcoming. The room was unfortunately very hot, it did cool with AC but not really enough, especially the bathroom. Also, and I realise this is very specific, but at night the room wasn’t dark. There are many lights, little ones near the electrical sockets and a bright flashing light behind the television. I would have raised this at checkout but the reception team in the morning were not logged on or ready to process my departure. A significant contrast to the reception team the afternoon before. Lots of good points at this hotel, but for the price, a few points that disappointed us and let it down.

Very high class hotel with a wonderful staff. They helped us with anything we needed. You can tell they take pride in their hospitality from staff to room amenities. Very walkable, nice neighborhood, felt safe. Would happily return.

Overall, a positive three night experience, with room for improvement. Upon arrival, my bag was taken and I was asked to wait with a coffee until someone was available. My wait was unfortunately 30 minutes, when I was finally checked in, by a rather flustered worker. There was some further confusion around my Expedia Gold status, however once he'd gone to make further checks, I was upgraded to an excellent room (spotting/collecting my own unattended bag by the lift on my way up). The breakfast options and quality of food are very good. The staff at breakfast were fantastic and always happy. It takes sometime for the food to arrive after ordering - Not a big problem but worth mentioning to others, in case of appointments elsewhere. This is a beautifully presented hotel, ideally located a stones throw away from Holborn underground station.

It is a great place to stay in London. The location is perfect to visit all popular place in London within her rail and tube system. Almost walking distance to old city of London. We even walked to Tower of London along a walkway by the Thames. Will stay again.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Styling and decor are top notch. Close to Covent Garden and the British. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant was very good also. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

This is a wonderful hotel located in a great location . We were able to walk to restaurants and to see a play . And the staff are extraordinary . This is our second time staying g at this hotel and we will stay here again . 5 Stars ! I highly recommend this hotel .

Amazing boutique hotel with an incredible staff. From the moment I walked in everyone of the staff made me feel as though I was the most important person there. The room was fantastic and wandering the halls to see the grand library, with books that are 100s of year old, and the first floor dining room which looked like it was set up for an event were beautiful rooms that I was not expecting to see in such s hotel. The restaurant was nice to have a cocktail or glass of wine and the breakfast was fantastic. Finally the area around the hotel very safe and we extremely convenient to Soho and all of the great theaters.

Very high class hotel with a wonderful staff. They helped us with anything we needed. You can tell they take pride in their hospitality from staff to room amenities. Very walkable, nice neighborhood, felt safe. Would happily return.

Great hotel and only a 30 second walk from the tube station. Staff are very attentive, the coffee is excellent, rooms are great, the bed and pillows are some of the most comfortable I've ever had. We'll definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Styling and decor are top notch. Close to Covent Garden and the British. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant was very good also. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Everything was superb—from check-in to checkout. The staff go above and beyond to help in any way. My friend lost her reusable water bottle in the hotel, and the staff made it their mission to locate it and bring it to her right away. The hotel is beautiful, and the room was fabulous. Breakfast has so many options. Highly recommend staying here.

From check-in to departure, the staff were really friendly, professional and top class. The welcome glass of Champagne on check-in was a lovely touch. We had one of the suites and it was brilliant. Such classy decor, all through the hotel. We were only disappointed with the bar closing at 11pm each night. Because it was so nice, we came back early to have a drink and it was closing - maybe they could keep that open longer for residents to make the experience more special, and more lucrative for the hotel?

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and opulent. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Glass of champagne on arrival which was delicious and special pastries and fruit to celebrate our anniversary. The only downside was the discretionary service charge which seemed rather steep on checking out.

It was a mixture bag. Food was mediocre. The room was quite nice. Extra points for bath tub. The staff is overly solicitous to the point of irritating. The hotel is heavily perfumed which is bothersome to an asthmatic. Would not go back for the price

Overall, a positive three night experience, with room for improvement. Upon arrival, my bag was taken and I was asked to wait with a coffee until someone was available. My wait was unfortunately 30 minutes, when I was finally checked in, by a rather flustered worker. There was some further confusion around my Expedia Gold status, however once he'd gone to make further checks, I was upgraded to an excellent room (spotting/collecting my own unattended bag by the lift on my way up). The breakfast options and quality of food are very good. The staff at breakfast were fantastic and always happy. It takes sometime for the food to arrive after ordering - Not a big problem but worth mentioning to others, in case of appointments elsewhere. This is a beautifully presented hotel, ideally located a stones throw away from Holborn underground station.

The staff evaporated and I wandered reception for 20 mins before giving up and trying doors until I found a room that my key opened. No coffee in room as it was in a seperate sitting room on a seperate floor requiring travel on a communal staircase… bizarre and I only found it by as I departed
