Das Hotel macht einen schönen, leicht urigen Eindruck. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich, auf dem Zimmer gibt es gratis Wasser und Kaffee/Tee. In der Hotellobby kann man ebenfalls gratis Kaffee trinken. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und ansprechend gestaltet. Das Bad ist sauber und macht einen soliden Eindruck. Die Armaturen der Wanne gehören jetzt nicht zu den modernsten, aber es gibt eine Handbrause, einen Duschkopf aus der Wand und einen Hahn für die Wanne. Die Bedienung der Armaturen ist schon etwas sperrig und leicht unkomfortabel, aber händelbar. Die Wanne ist recht flach, aber top, dass es überhaupt eine Wanne gibt! Heutzutage in Hotels keine Gewohnheit mehr. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und sehr sauber. Würde tatsächlich wiederkommen.

Sehr nettes Personal das sehr bemüht und freundlich ist. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr nett und sauber. Allerdings hat im 1. die Toilettenspülung und das Warmwasser nicht funktioniert. Der Fernseher ist nichts für Leute die mit Technik nicht klarkommen, die Beschreibung ist kompliziert und teilweise falsch. Wir haben umgehend ein neues Zimmer bekommen, am nächsten Tag ging auch das Warmwasser wieder. Das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber wenn man 12 Stunden auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt steht, möchte man schon gerne warm Duschen. Großes Manko für uns noch, wir haben einen Transporter, Parkmöglichkeiten in Gütersloh sind damit mehr als schwierig, für Pkw gibt es ausreichende Parkplätze. Die Lage ansonst ist auch gut, wir würden auch wiederkommen

Staff were very friendly. Location was very good as we visited the Christmas Market which is a short walk away. Hotel underground parking for about 6 cars at 15 Euros a day. Other underground parking close by which was very busy due to the Market but 13 Euros a day. Breakfast excellent but not free/included in price (15 Euros per person, per day). Rooms are OK and large. Furniture a little dated but OK. I know we are in Germany but TV channel choice could be better?

Sehr alt, kaputte Möbel, alter welliger Teppich, verkalkte Badezimmerarmaturen, Straßen- und Zuglärm, Flure und Zimmertüren haben kein schönes Ambiente. Wasser, Kaffee und Tee kostenlos, Zimmer sehr geräumig, großer Fernseher, Kaffeekapselmaschine auf dem Zimmer, freundliches und bemühtes Personal.

The hotel staff was very welcoming, cheerful, friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make the stay perfect and to accommodate one's wishes. The rooms were clean and spacious and despite being in the middle of the city center the rooms were very quite providing a great nights sleep. The breakfast was plentiful with a huge variety of different food choices catering for a diverse clientele. The hotel was very clean and free tea/coffee and biscuits were provided throughout the day. I strongly recommend this hotel, as we were made to feel at home and we are already looking forward to returning for another stay later on in the year.

Im Haus und den Zimmern ist Teppich verlegt, der seit langem großflächig verschmutzt ist. Der Vorhang ist eingerissen. Betten ok. Die Zimmertüre ließ sich von Innen einmal nicht mehr öffnen.

Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei neste hotel. Na primeira vez fiquei surpreso e feliz. Desta vez fiquei decepcionado, quarto estava mal cuidado, muito po, na qual atacou tosse alergica. Hotel esta necessitando uam reforma minima.

Check-in und Check-out schnell und unkompliziert. Gute zentrale Lage. Die sommerliche Temperatur war im ganzen Haus zu spüren und im 4. OG war es unerträglich warm. Leider auch in der Nacht, trotz offenem Fenster und Ventilator. Der Boden im Bad hatten unschöne Schlieren und der Teppichboden im Raum einige Flecken. 3 Sterne ist vermutlich noch zu viel für diesen Aufenthalt.

Check-in und Check-out schnell und unkompliziert. Gute zentrale Lage. Die sommerliche Temperatur war im ganzen Haus zu spüren und im 4. OG war es unerträglich warm. Leider auch in der Nacht, trotz offenem Fenster und Ventilator. Der Boden im Bad hatten unschöne Schlieren und der Teppichboden im Raum einige Flecken. 3 Sterne ist vermutlich noch zu viel für diesen Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel macht einen schönen, leicht urigen Eindruck. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich, auf dem Zimmer gibt es gratis Wasser und Kaffee/Tee. In der Hotellobby kann man ebenfalls gratis Kaffee trinken. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und ansprechend gestaltet. Das Bad ist sauber und macht einen soliden Eindruck. Die Armaturen der Wanne gehören jetzt nicht zu den modernsten, aber es gibt eine Handbrause, einen Duschkopf aus der Wand und einen Hahn für die Wanne. Die Bedienung der Armaturen ist schon etwas sperrig und leicht unkomfortabel, aber händelbar. Die Wanne ist recht flach, aber top, dass es überhaupt eine Wanne gibt! Heutzutage in Hotels keine Gewohnheit mehr. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und sehr sauber. Würde tatsächlich wiederkommen.

Sehr nettes Personal das sehr bemüht und freundlich ist. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr nett und sauber. Allerdings hat im 1. die Toilettenspülung und das Warmwasser nicht funktioniert. Der Fernseher ist nichts für Leute die mit Technik nicht klarkommen, die Beschreibung ist kompliziert und teilweise falsch. Wir haben umgehend ein neues Zimmer bekommen, am nächsten Tag ging auch das Warmwasser wieder. Das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber wenn man 12 Stunden auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt steht, möchte man schon gerne warm Duschen. Großes Manko für uns noch, wir haben einen Transporter, Parkmöglichkeiten in Gütersloh sind damit mehr als schwierig, für Pkw gibt es ausreichende Parkplätze. Die Lage ansonst ist auch gut, wir würden auch wiederkommen

Staff were very friendly. Location was very good as we visited the Christmas Market which is a short walk away. Hotel underground parking for about 6 cars at 15 Euros a day. Other underground parking close by which was very busy due to the Market but 13 Euros a day. Breakfast excellent but not free/included in price (15 Euros per person, per day). Rooms are OK and large. Furniture a little dated but OK. I know we are in Germany but TV channel choice could be better?

The hotel staff was very welcoming, cheerful, friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make the stay perfect and to accommodate one's wishes. The rooms were clean and spacious and despite being in the middle of the city center the rooms were very quite providing a great nights sleep. The breakfast was plentiful with a huge variety of different food choices catering for a diverse clientele. The hotel was very clean and free tea/coffee and biscuits were provided throughout the day. I strongly recommend this hotel, as we were made to feel at home and we are already looking forward to returning for another stay later on in the year.

Zimmerservice ungewohnt: Betten nicht gemacht, angeblich weil "Klamotten" herumlagen. Die Klamotten waren 2 Schlafanzüge. I had asked for vegan options for breakfast and I have to say I have never had such a considerate and welcoming breakfast! Really lovely and so nicely displayed. Would definitely book again just for the breakfast. Also very lovely and helpful staff at the reception.
