Excellent hotel situated in a fantastic area within east walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants and the central shopping area. Hotel room was impeccably clean, included a Nespresso machine and an abundance of tea and coffee. The breakfast is unconventional with a free continental breakfast included (tea, coffee, juice, cereal, fruit, breads and pastries) and a surcharge for a cooked breakfast. Why have a 2 tier system? Felt odd and would be much better to offer all guests the same. The gym was disappointing. It’s tiny with a low ceiling. When using the elliptical I had to crouch to avoid my head hitting the ceiling. Staff were fantastic. Very warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay again if the gym was improved.

Very convenient location. Closet could not be used because inner door pups not pass the drawer pulls. There weren’t luggage racks so we needed to bend over suitcases on the floor. The room and amenities were very good and it is sad that the the basics such as a shelf or luggage rack were not available

It was OK. Nothing really special about the hotel. Carpet in our room was run down and dirty.
