Dejligt hotel med fantastisk placering til hovedbanegården og parkering i lukket gård, dog skal man vide at restauranten har lukket på trods af menu kort i baren og at baren har lukket om søndagen. Fin morgenmad - og snackmenu var også udmærket. Fine værelser med lidt bløde senge, dejligt badeværelse. Elkedel og køleskab. På trods af støj på gaden var værelset stille og ingen larm kom igennem vinduer.

Ein sehr angenehmes Hotel mit schalldichten Fenstern! Leider war am Samstag Abend kein Parkplatz mehr vorhanden, letztendlich ist aber jemand weggefahren so dass es doch noch geklappt hat. Nachts manchmal am Wochenende etwas laut von der Fußgängerzone, trotz der tollen Fenster.. Insgesamt sehr freundliches Personal und angenehme Räume.

Very friendly and helpful staff. No restaurant service in the evening but there is plenty nearby, so not a problem. The proximity to the main train station is excellent, of course.

Abrechnung war durch Steuern und Frühstück vor Ort undurchsichtig. Die Hotelbar ist nicht so gemütlich. Ansonsten war alles gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel ist gut. Die Zimmer sind nett und modern eingerichtet. Die Umgebung wirkt etwas runter gekommen, vor allem schmutzig. Das Parkhaus ist nicht leicht zu finden, liegt mitten in einer Fußgängerzone. Ist aber zum Bahnhof super zentral gelegen.

Receptionists were quite helpful. The location of the hotel is great. Near the train station. and at the heart of the city. Such a satisfactory accommodation. Everything was easy. Note that if you want to use the hotel parking, you have to pay extra. But even finding a parking place at a central location is good. The room was clean. I fully advise a stay there.

Bei der Ankunft musste das Zimmer nach gereinigt werden. Wurde auch sofort zur vollsten zufriedenheit erledigt. Bei der Abreise mussten wir leider unser Frühstück stornieren ,da der Frühstücksbereich restlos überfüllt war und sich eine riesige Schlange vor dem Restaurant gebildet hatte. Ansonsten war der Service und die Lage top.

Super dårlig service generelt. Personale virkede ikke specielt glade. Så ingen der smilede i løbet af alle 4 dage. Vi fik kun rengøring en dag. Selvom vi klagede i receptionen den første gang så var der heller ikke rengøring eller nye håndklæder dagen efter. Morgenmaden var også virkelig langt under normal standard. Over 1500 EUR for 4 overnatninger matcher bestemt ikke sted. Kommer desværre ikke tilbage her til.

Wir als dreiköpfige Familie hatten dies Hotel für einen Besuch der Intermodellbau Messe gewählt und eine Nacht dort verbracht. Das Zimmer war gut, sauber und wir haben, dank bequemer Betten, sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, qualitativ hochwertig (einige Bio Produkte) und jeder von uns fand das passende Angebot. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war zudem ein gutes Argument für unsere Wahl. In der Nähe gibt es auch Gastronomie, die wir zum Abendessen genutzt haben. Wir werden hier gerne wieder übernachten, sollten wir erneut in Dortmund sein.

Net hotel. Schone kamers. Personeel is vriendelijk. De glazen wand tussen badkamer en slaapkamer is minder. Ontbijtzaal is aan de kleine kant. Het zou beter geweest zijn als er bij drukte met een tijdslot gewerkt zou worden.

The room is very clean and has a lot of space to move around. The location is perfect for a city trip as it is in the center of Dortmund and offers parking space in the hotel. However, one thing that was terrible, is the bathroom. The bathroom was very nice but the glass wall lighted up the entire room when using it which was very inconvenient during the night.

Great location, right next to Main train station. Hotel was generally good, just that our room AC didn’t work. Staff came up to try resolving but never returned with an answer. Overall, good stay!

Nice hotel close to the train station and the airport bus. I booked a single room, but to be honest, I still expect more than one tiny cushion and small towel in the room. Even traveling alone, I want to be able to dry myself after a shower.

Ich schreibe diese Bewertung um 2:00 Uhr nachts. Schlafen war/ist in dieser Unterkunft leider unmöglich. Bis mitten in die Nacht Schritte und Möbelgerücke von oben und Discomusik und laute Unterhaltungen aus dem Nebenzimmer. Eine Schallisolierung ist leider nicht gegeben. Ich muss meine Weiterreise Dank dieses "Hotels" wegen Übermüdung abbrechen. Danke für Nichts!

Das Zimmer war in.einem guten Zustand und auch sauber. Ich hätte mich allerdings mehr gefreut, hätte man mir mitgeteilt das alles über ein Masterschalter eingeschaltet wird. So war es leider anfangs sehr warm Zimmer, da ja auch die Lüftung so nicht lief

This was close to perfect. It’s clean, modern and very close to the station, football museum, Dortmunder U and the bars & restaurants Only one niggle! We turned up early and our room was ready but they said we could only access the room if we paid €26. I think that’s irritating and unnecessary. The buffet breakfast was good and the staff on the front desk were friendly and spoke fantastic English

The staff at check in are not very friendly and the night gentleman is pretty rude. The breakfast was okay but again the lady there was kind of rude. I told her I would pay rather than charge my room and she followed me around with the bill until I paid it. It made me very uncomfortable since I’m not used to be asked to pay even before I sit down. We had several rooms for different days since family and friends were coming for the different eurocup games. My husband and I were the only ones that stayed for a week. This was the first time an hotel asked us to pay extra in order to give us a room before 3:00pm. Obviously they had a room available or else they would not offer one and most hotels just let you in if the room is ready. Also one of the days they did not clean up the room even though we were out from 11:00 am to 2:00 am the next day. And yes we had a sign requesting cleaning ( to be fair the signs to clean and do not disturb were difficult to differentiate). I do however would like to say that the food they served during some of the games we watched on the bar area was pretty good. and the gentleman at the bar that served us all those days did an amazing job. Kudos to him. In short, it is an hotel with good facilities, pretty nice decoration, convenient location, comfortable rooms but they definitely need to work on their concept of customer service.

Great location, just a few mins from the Trainstation, and the Xmas-markets . Nice rooms and great breakfast. Tidy.Only downside : The Check-In-machines( for the Online PreCheck In) didn`t work when we were there, so we needed to do a regular check in in Reception

This hotel was 10/10 for location, literally a 1 minute walk from the main train station Dortmund Hbf. The hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the two down sides to this hotel were, the shower in the room has really really really bad pressure, and was not good at all. This was the same in two rooms as my friend stayed in one across the corridor from me, and had the same problem with poor water pressure from the shower, on both settings. The second negative point for this hotel is that the girl on check in was very rude and not helpful or patient at all, but just this person, the other two staff members were very helpful, but unfortunately, first impressions count, so I scored the hotel a 2/5 for this because she was so rude! I would however stay again but only if the shower issue was sorted out.

My stay at the InterCity Hotel was a pleasant experience...the hotel is centrally located close to everything...the Bahnhof is steps away across the street...it is a clean and well maintained hotel...initially upon checking in, I had noisy neighbors and could not sleep...so Maya at the reception desk was kind and placed me in a quiet room where I was able to rest properly and get my work done thereby making my stay a wonderful one...highly recommend this hotel and planning on returning...THANK YOU to Maya and the staff!

Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang haben die bezahlte Kurtaxe bei CheckIn versehentlich auf ein falsches Zimmer gebucht und wollten bei CheckOut diese daher erneut abrechnen. Aber konnte problemlos geklärt werden. Das Hotel sollte aber seinen MA für ihr eingesetztes System eine ausführlichere Schulung zukommen lassen. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt für mich perfekt.

Bei der Ankunft musste das Zimmer nach gereinigt werden. Wurde auch sofort zur vollsten zufriedenheit erledigt. Bei der Abreise mussten wir leider unser Frühstück stornieren ,da der Frühstücksbereich restlos überfüllt war und sich eine riesige Schlange vor dem Restaurant gebildet hatte. Ansonsten war der Service und die Lage top.

Wir als dreiköpfige Familie hatten dies Hotel für einen Besuch der Intermodellbau Messe gewählt und eine Nacht dort verbracht. Das Zimmer war gut, sauber und wir haben, dank bequemer Betten, sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, qualitativ hochwertig (einige Bio Produkte) und jeder von uns fand das passende Angebot. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war zudem ein gutes Argument für unsere Wahl. In der Nähe gibt es auch Gastronomie, die wir zum Abendessen genutzt haben. Wir werden hier gerne wieder übernachten, sollten wir erneut in Dortmund sein.
