Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff on reception are amazing. Always happy to help. We were a group of three friends and had a large suite, which was fantastic. The attention to detain is just brilliant. Our room had a big double bedroom with en-suite. There was then and lounge area with dinning table and kitchen, as well as a second bathroom and toilet. Stairs took you up to an open planned upstairs bedroom with four single beds. The kitchen was really well equipped. It had absolutely everything you needed. They even had a little welcome box of cleaning bits, including dishwasher tablets and rinse aid. You can preorder bread and pasties for the following morning from reception the night before, and then you don’t have to go out first thing. Just brilliant. The room had everything you could possibly want and more, including slippers and dressing gowns. The spa is as amazing as it looks in the pictures, although I think the hot tub could do with being a little warmer, but a really great space. The whole hotel is really well decorated/designed and feels warm and cosy from the moment you arrive. Everything is spotlessly clean. I had read that the rooms are not serviced, but this was not the case, and we were offered free daily service at check in. Overall, a perfect ski hotel and I would happily recommend to anyone.

Stayed here for a short 4 day ski break. Lovely hotel, really nice, plush spacious rooms. We had a family suite, 2 double bedrooms, so perfect for 2 adults and two teenage girls. The hotel minibus service to the lift was great as was the good size ski locker that each room has. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Fantastic hotel, would highly recommend. Can’t fault the amenities (beautiful spa, well planned ski locker room, lots of lounge/sofa space in the reception area, big room sizes with comfortable beds and lots of storage space). We didn’t have a chance to use the games room or the cinema room but hopefully we will next time! The hotel is conveniently located just a few mins walk from the village square therefore many restaurants are nearby. There is a shuttle stop across the road, scheduled every 15 mins, that will take you to the Grand Massif gondola within mins. The hotel also operates its own shuttle free of charge Sunday- Fridays at peak times. If you do happen to miss the shuttle service, the gondola is only a 10 mins walk. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and happy to help with any qs - they were also happy to accommodate our early check in and late check out requests. The only fault we had during our stay was that the reception is unmanned at night and the doors are locked. We had an early flight and so were unable to check out and return our key at 4am - the number for the night manager went unanswered too. We had friends checking out later than us so we were able to leave our key with them, but unsure what we would have done otherwise (and also unsure how we would have settled our breakfast charge and city tax). The self service buffet breakfast is also a little steep at €21pp for the options (mostly continental) menu. €15 would be a more suitable price.

Fijn hotel, lekker zwembad en spa. Jammer toen het zo warm was, er geen airco op de kamer is. Jammer dat de bar s’avonds niet open is in het Hotel. We konden wel in de lobby zitten, was jammer dat daar geen hoge tafel staat maar alleen lage zitjes, en dat in de lobby de muziek steeds weg viel. Verder prima hotel, super schone kamer!

L’hôtel était magnifique, la suite était superbe ainsi que le spa et le service était irréprochable ! Gros bémol cependant sur le petit-déjeuner… Pour 18€ par personne, il n’y avait pas grand chose, c’était assez décevant. Des viennoiseries sèches, des œufs brouillés pas très ragoûtants encore baveux, un seul jus d’orange provenant d’une machine, 2 sortes de pains et quelques confitures avec quelques fromages/charcuteries, un pauvre panier de fruits et des yaourts. Même pas un cuisinier pour préparer des omelettes ou faire des œufs au plat. Ce petit-déjeuner n’était pas digne d’un 4 étoiles, mais plutôt d’un hôtel Ibis. C’est à revoir pour 18€ ! Sinon, je recommande vivement cet hôtel !!

The property, staff and location were all fantastic. The property is by far in a way the best in the area. The lobby, spa and dining options in the property were all 10/10. I stayed in the apartments - I had a two bed and it was super spacious, modern, clean and had everything you could need! Super impressed and will definitely be back!

We revisited this hotel after having stayed for a few days in summer 2019. Everything is just as we remembered... incredible! I could not fault the attention to detail, quality of furnishings, spa facilities and cleanliness. The pool and associated steam room/ sauna and jacuzzi were a welcome distraction if it ever rained. What is also apparent is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They all look so happy to work there. By far the best hotel we have ever stayed in for a summer break.

Hotel ist vielversprechend, jedoch gab es bei uns zu viele Kleinigkeiten, die gestört haben. Zum Beispiel hat es im Zimmer sehr stark nach Abwasser gestunken. Wir haben es dem Hotelpersonal mitgeteilt und es kam nach einigen Stunden jemand vorbei und konnte das Problem beheben. Die WC-Bürste hätte seit einiger Zeit gewechselt werden müssen. Ist keine teure Anschaffung, jedoch sind die Gäste sehr dankbar dafür. WC-Papier hatten wir keine einzige Reserve Rolle, logisch merkt man dies erst wenn es benötigt wird. Im Lift sowie Spa Bereich hätte es auch nicht geschadet öfters den Boden zu reinigen. Kleine Verunreinigungen vom Vortag waren am nächsten Tag immer noch vorhanden. Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, wir haben nie im Hotel Frühstück gegessen.

I had a great stay overall. The room was very clean and the housekeeping service was excellent. The staff were also extremely kind, professional, and respectful. They helped me a lot with booking several restaurants and were always supportive and efficient, which I really appreciated. The balcony was lovely with a great atmosphere, although I couldn’t really use it much due to the very cold weather during my stay. The only disappointing part of the experience was the breakfast. Honestly, it was the weakest point and I strongly hope it will be improved. I’m planning to come back again (more than once), and breakfast is an important part of the day—especially before skiing. The options were very limited, mostly boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, and there wasn’t much variety or a proper breakfast selection. It would make a big difference to have more fresh choices and ideally a chef station or better hot options, especially for a high-quality property like this. Thank you again to the team for the great service.

This was our second time visiting as we had found it a good all rounder 2 months earlier. We booked a deluxe double again which had a small living area as per the hotels.com photo. This time we were put in a much smaller room with no living area however our friends, whose room I had booked at the same time (a deluxe double) were given an upgrade of a family suite! They had been given, at no extra cost, 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room and a kitchen with a super large balcony whilst we were in a very small albeit cosy ‘deluxe’ double. We had a totally different experience which I found extremely unfair considering I had made the booking, had visited before and had paid exactly the same room rate. The hotel itself is lovely, the staff are friendly, it never seems busy other than the pool area on a sunny day so would I recommend it, yes, but I did find it extremely unfair that we had a much smaller, very dark room this time. I did visit reception who said they were fully booked and there was nothing they could do, they did eventually accept that as I was staying for 4 nights, if I wanted to I could hand my keys back at 10am the next day and come back at 4pm to be moved to the deluxe room with the living area (as per the photo) but we just wanted to unpack & relax after a 2 day journey from the UK.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff on reception are amazing. Always happy to help. We were a group of three friends and had a large suite, which was fantastic. The attention to detain is just brilliant. Our room had a big double bedroom with en-suite. There was then and lounge area with dinning table and kitchen, as well as a second bathroom and toilet. Stairs took you up to an open planned upstairs bedroom with four single beds. The kitchen was really well equipped. It had absolutely everything you needed. They even had a little welcome box of cleaning bits, including dishwasher tablets and rinse aid. You can preorder bread and pasties for the following morning from reception the night before, and then you don’t have to go out first thing. Just brilliant. The room had everything you could possibly want and more, including slippers and dressing gowns. The spa is as amazing as it looks in the pictures, although I think the hot tub could do with being a little warmer, but a really great space. The whole hotel is really well decorated/designed and feels warm and cosy from the moment you arrive. Everything is spotlessly clean. I had read that the rooms are not serviced, but this was not the case, and we were offered free daily service at check in. Overall, a perfect ski hotel and I would happily recommend to anyone.

The property, staff and location were all fantastic. The property is by far in a way the best in the area. The lobby, spa and dining options in the property were all 10/10. I stayed in the apartments - I had a two bed and it was super spacious, modern, clean and had everything you could need! Super impressed and will definitely be back!

Fantastic hotel, would highly recommend. Can’t fault the amenities (beautiful spa, well planned ski locker room, lots of lounge/sofa space in the reception area, big room sizes with comfortable beds and lots of storage space). We didn’t have a chance to use the games room or the cinema room but hopefully we will next time! The hotel is conveniently located just a few mins walk from the village square therefore many restaurants are nearby. There is a shuttle stop across the road, scheduled every 15 mins, that will take you to the Grand Massif gondola within mins. The hotel also operates its own shuttle free of charge Sunday- Fridays at peak times. If you do happen to miss the shuttle service, the gondola is only a 10 mins walk. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and happy to help with any qs - they were also happy to accommodate our early check in and late check out requests. The only fault we had during our stay was that the reception is unmanned at night and the doors are locked. We had an early flight and so were unable to check out and return our key at 4am - the number for the night manager went unanswered too. We had friends checking out later than us so we were able to leave our key with them, but unsure what we would have done otherwise (and also unsure how we would have settled our breakfast charge and city tax). The self service buffet breakfast is also a little steep at €21pp for the options (mostly continental) menu. €15 would be a more suitable price.

The attention to detail was spot on, and they even realised it was my birthday during the stay and left a birthday message and small selection of local produce in the room which was a lovely touch and surprise. I had a great stay overall. The room was very clean and the housekeeping service was excellent. The staff were also extremely kind, professional, and respectful. They helped me a lot with booking several restaurants and were always supportive and efficient, which I really appreciated. The balcony was lovely with a great atmosphere, although I couldn’t really use it much due to the very cold weather during my stay. The only disappointing part of the experience was the breakfast. Honestly, it was the weakest point and I strongly hope it will be improved. I’m planning to come back again (more than once), and breakfast is an important part of the day—especially before skiing. The options were very limited, mostly boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, and there wasn’t much variety or a proper breakfast selection. It would make a big difference to have more fresh choices and ideally a chef station or better hot options, especially for a high-quality property like this. Een super uitgerust appartement, meer dan ruimte genoeg voor ons gezin van 6. Ontbijt is wel veel te duur dus. De locatie is super, het hotel voorziet een shutlle maar van de kleine wandeling naar de skilift ga je zeker niet dood. We hebben onze skis steeds boven laten staan juist aan de start van de piste.

There is a shuttle stop across the road, scheduled every 15 mins, that will take you to the Grand Massif gondola within mins. The hotel also operates its own shuttle free of charge Sunday- Fridays at peak times. If you do happen to miss the shuttle service, the gondola is only a 10 mins walk. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and happy to help with any qs - they were also happy to accommodate our early check in and late check out requests. The only fault we had during our stay was that the reception is unmanned at night and the doors are locked. We had an early flight and so were unable to check out and return our key at 4am - the number for the night manager went unanswered too. We had friends checking out later than us so we were able to leave our key with them, but unsure what we would have done otherwise (and also unsure how we would have settled our breakfast charge and city tax). The self service buffet breakfast is also a little steep at €21pp for the options (mostly continental) menu. €15 would be a more suitable price.

La struttura è molto bella, personale reception molto cordiale, camere e locali puliti, relativamente alla struttura nulla da dire. Per quanto riguarda i servizi abbiamo usufruito dell'area relax ma la presenza di minori senza controllo genitoriale, fa si che diventi un area giochi, l'idromassaggio era praticamente la vasca tuffi e giochi con fontanelle dei bambini. Quindi niente relax. Inoltre abbiamo usufruito solo un giorno della colazione che propone l'hotel presso il ristorante FABIO a 20€ a persona, cibo scarso e scadente e soprattutto cappuccino che sapeva di acqua sporca imbevibile .. abbiamo dovuto optare per la colazione presso la pasticceria Tiffany che con ottimo cappuccino e brioches favolose ..ci è costata € 4,60 a persona....direi che dovrebbero essere rivisti un pò i prezzi e soprattutto ciò che viene offerto. Diciamo che i servizi quest' anno sono stati un po' deludenti .. ci sarebbe qualcosa da rivedere.

Fijn hotel, lekker zwembad en spa. Jammer toen het zo warm was, er geen airco op de kamer is. Jammer dat de bar s’avonds niet open is in het Hotel. We konden wel in de lobby zitten, was jammer dat daar geen hoge tafel staat maar alleen lage zitjes, en dat in de lobby de muziek steeds weg viel. Verder prima hotel, super schone kamer!

I had a great stay overall. The room was very clean and the housekeeping service was excellent. The staff were also extremely kind, professional, and respectful. They helped me a lot with booking several restaurants and were always supportive and efficient, which I really appreciated. The balcony was lovely with a great atmosphere, although I couldn’t really use it much due to the very cold weather during my stay. The only disappointing part of the experience was the breakfast. Honestly, it was the weakest point and I strongly hope it will be improved. I’m planning to come back again (more than once), and breakfast is an important part of the day—especially before skiing. The options were very limited, mostly boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, and there wasn’t much variety or a proper breakfast selection. It would make a big difference to have more fresh choices and ideally a chef station or better hot options, especially for a high-quality property like this. L’hôtel était magnifique, la suite était superbe ainsi que le spa et le service était irréprochable ! Gros bémol cependant sur le petit-déjeuner… Pour 18€ par personne, il n’y avait pas grand chose, c’était assez décevant. Des viennoiseries sèches, des œufs brouillés pas très ragoûtants encore baveux, un seul jus d’orange provenant d’une machine, 2 sortes de pains et quelques confitures avec quelques fromages/charcuteries, un pauvre panier de fruits et des yaourts. Même pas un cuisinier pour préparer des omelettes ou faire des œufs au plat. Ce petit-déjeuner n’était pas digne d’un 4 étoiles, mais plutôt d’un hôtel Ibis. C’est à revoir pour 18€ ! Sinon, je recommande vivement cet hôtel !!

Fantastisk hotel. Alt ved dette hotel er smukt og specielt suiterne. Vi var der i 4 dage og var meget tilfredse. Morgenmaden kunne godt være bedre. God beliggenhed og ikke langt fra by centrum og skilift.

Een super uitgerust appartement, meer dan ruimte genoeg voor ons gezin van 6. Ontbijt is wel veel te duur dus. De locatie is super, het hotel voorziet een shutlle maar van de kleine wandeling naar de skilift ga je zeker niet dood. We hebben onze skis steeds boven laten staan juist aan de start van de piste.

Great hotel only minus was that people did not respect the age in the spa so small children was running around playing inside the spa several days. At the end of our stay they put up a sign and that helped.
