We stay at this hotel twice a month for the past three months and never had an issue until now. My family was enjoying the pool until guest started letting non guest into the side door. Kids were okay but parents were yelling at kids telling them not to splash. Then parents just started ignoring kids all together. Staff stated that this is okay and is allowed. We will be looking for another hotel to stay at for our future stays. A staff worker stated he would walk through and when I spoke with family staff never walked through the pool, extremely unpleasant stay for a paying guest,

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Clovis. The staff was SO nice and accommodating, the breakfast was great with ample seating for all guests which was a huge plus, and I LOVE the fact that they are pet friendly without additional cost because I travel with my dog. Definitely 5 stars.

Excellent place to stay with family. Very clean, nice heated pool open til midnight(no hot tub), lots of options for complimentary breakfast(options changed a bit daily), cookies at check-in, updated rooms(beds were a bit firm for our taste) & toilet kept running(easy fix). Loved the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower wash, liquid hand soap and body lotion(large bottles!). Would definitely recommend!

It was really nice, the work room ( which I used) is amazing, like being a membership gym. The staff was were very pleasant and helpful. Walking distance to several shops. Room was clean and comfortable. And the breakfast buffet was delicious. I am gluten free and was able eat off the buffet. It was a great home away home. And we stay here again on our next family visit.

Urine at base of toilet, toilet seat VERY loose and unsafe (I fixed it), dirty floor, torn shower curtain, soap dispenser empty, broken soap dish, coffee machine inoperable, lampshade and headboards in bad shape, door handle smashed into and damaged wall (prior to our stay), lightbulb out, dirty walls, no laundry bag.

John the manager was great about honoring the pet fee of 50 dollars that was listed on the site when i booked it months before. Pet fee i guess went up the day before to 90, when i first arrived the lady who checked me in said it was 150! She wasnt friendly AT ALL! room and area was great and

The rooms were decent, but elevators were not clean. You could tell that spills on the elevator floor were there for a while. Finally cleaned up the next day. Over all no other issues.

The carpet had a big stain in it, it rained and the window leaked and the water went all over the floor, the hall and bathroom floor was so dirty and sticky and made my feet turn black. The bed was ok, we got fresh towels every day, the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, there was only lamps for lighting so it was dark in the room even with all the lamps on.

A quick one night stay with the family. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Pillows were not good but everything else was nice. The breakfast are and food options were awesome. Will stay again and definitely recommend!

Room was great. Best part about it was it didn’t smell like people sweat. That’s rare in a hotel! Staff was kind. If they gave complimentary water in rooms I didn’t get that and bought water from them. Not sure if there’s supposed to be complimentary water or not. I will stay again. Very clean and modern. Great location.

The bathroom sliding door was too heavy to move. Couldn't open/close it. We never did figure out how to work the TV set. Too complicated. Why not just have regular TV? These were both frustrating and we probably won't stay here again.

My reservation was not honored! Reserved a room with a king size bed. When we arrived at the property, at 5:00pm. They told us they didn’t have a king size bed available. I thought that was the reason for a “ reservation”. Asked for a price adjustment. Since I paid extra for the king. Was told that “ since the reservation was through a” third party” that wouldn’t be possible. Not my idea of customer service!

This felt like a new hotel, so it was very clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and acted like they cared a lot about making guests feel welcome. I also sensed they took pride in a job well done. The breakfast was surprisingly robust and laid out in a nice dining area.

Two hotels at the same location with same ck-in and eating area. Our friend had made reservations at one, we had reservations at the other, but we were able to park, ck-in, and eat together. Very unique situation. It was quiet, and we had many restaurants to choose from for lunch/dinner along the main street to/from our meetings. Thank you!

Nice large room. Comfortable bed and quiet hotel. Great selection for the free breakfast and lots of coffee available. The location is great for Clovis, right by Blake's and Dion's. Two New Mexico staples. We would gladly stay here again

Kitchen staff was quite busy with entire football team staying at this time. Great job! Coffee and a few hot items depleted.There were other options and they kept the bacon coming. 2nd day was less stressful. Great staff, great location great stay!
