Good room for solo or couple travel small and clean has everything you would need. Staff is freiendly and there is food and drinks available 24/7. They have a small gym and other amenities.

Hotels modernized!! A totally new take on the hotel experience. I was really pleasantly surprised from start to finish with my stay. They have a very sleek and modern design that’s very welcoming but also professional. The rooms are small but they have everything you need with a ton of very well thought out books and crannies, and absolutely packed with cool tech and conveniences. The only two cons I noticed were that there was no designated parking at the location I stayed at and that breakfast was an additional $20 charge. For the parking, I got lucky and found a spot directly across the street from the hotel, but it’s completely luck based and other might not be so fortunate. All in all I definitely would stay here again, I just wish they had more locations!

The only downfall was that there was no parking on the property. CitizenM provided different options so I felt prepared. Luckily the over night parking garage was just a block away in a safe shopping center. Beautiful, sexy, fun hotel!

Very futuristic and modern themed hotel that has a great view of downtown Seattle. Surprised my wife with a trip here and she absolutely loved all of the artsy things about the hotel. The staff was great and it was a friendly, safe, and chill environment overall. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting. However, they don’t have parking, so we used the Spot Hero parking app to book a place to park for the time of the stay across the street from the hotel and that worked out great👍

The place is amazing. Good calm house music plays in the lobby and has a nice faint smell of clean. The room itself was also extremely clean with great touchscreen blinds and lights control. Only be wary of staying here if you want a big room. They are compact but perfectly utilized. The area itself is also quiet with denny park nearby

There were hairs on the mattress by the wall… gross. It also advertises 24/7 bar and snacks but it closed at 2am. Cool lights in the bathroom though.

Great location. Room rather small so something to keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Bed very comfortable but room was rather dusty (possibly from air con).

Super clean. My son loved being able to change the color of the lights. Very cool. It would be nice if they had a little bit more flexibility with check-in times though. The flights get in early and you are a bit stuck. They did store our bags for us though so we could go see some stuff. Everyone was super friendly.

I waited hours to check in and get a room. when I got to my room the maintenance man was in there. I then noticed the bed had dirt and hair all over

Not what you expect. TINY rooms with high tech everything. My husband said it’s like hotels in Japan. Bathroom in room is not private. Open top on the toilet “pod” that is smack dab on the middle of your room! Great for a single person but very uncomfortable for two people.

We were only in Seattle for one night prior to a cruise. I chose Citizen M because I try to avoid big chain hotels as much as possible. Check in was easy and fast, Dunn on an iPad in the lobby. You make your own room keys, and then head up. The vibe of the lobby and bar area is wonderful. We went to our rooms, and were shocked at the size of them. If we were staying one night with one person to a room and a small overnight bag, it would be fine. For two people in one room, each with a huge suitcase, it was aCheck in was easy and fast, Dunn on an iPad in the lobby. You make your own room keys, and then head up. The vibe of the lobby and bar area is wonderful. We went to our rooms, and we’re shocked at the size of them. If we were staying one night with one person to her room and a small overnight bag, it would be fine. For two people in one room, each with a huge suitcase, it was a disaster. There was nowhere to actually open a suitcase, and no way to walk past each other in the room without someone practically stepping outside. Everything in the room is controlled by an iPad that is kept by the bed, which is fine. It would get old, but it was OK for one night. I slept against the window, and had to climb over my husband to get out of bed. I will say that the room was very clean and modern, and if it were three times as big, it would’ve been really nice. We had breakfast in the hotel lobby the next morning, and it was wonderful and well worth the cost.

The room should have been called a pod, no wider than the length of the bed, minimal floor space, min storage space. This was my experience with this brand hotel.

Seattle public transportation system was very easy to use. The property was modern, bed was comfortable, room was very small. Bed was surrounded by wall on 3 sides. One person had to climb over the other to get in and out of the bed. For this reason only, we would not stay at this hotel again. It would be good for a single person or younger couple.

Rooms are so small

The hotel was very nice at first glance as I entered the lobby. Very modern and chic. The check-in process is self service as you enter. You make your own room key, select what view you would like from your room, and you can choose to pay for the breakfast buffet which is $19. The staff was very helpful with checking in. The room itself is small but comfy. I had some issues with the tv. I could not get it to turn on. Had to call the front desk to get it fixed twice. They have to reset the ipad remotely. Also don’t expect an iron in the room. You have to go to the steam/ironing room to press your clothes. Not convenient at all. When I called the front desk to ask about getting an iron the girl was pretty rude with her response. On my third night here there was some rattling noise coming from the window that kept me up most of the night. On the plus side everything was very walkable to get to the space needle, pike market and to the pier. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again in the future.

Very very small rooms but clean quiet and super comfortable.

Loved everything about this hotel except for the room. The standard king room feels like a travel trailer. Very long, bed is at end of room & you have to crawl over/around partner to get out of the bed (I’m too old for that) because the bed is attached to wall. On flip side, staff great, bar/lobby awesome, drinks/apps great, decor very cool. Great location/walkable. Would stay again only get a different room.

Overall it’s a great stay for a single or couple who don’t mind a small space. Minus a star because the walls/ windows are thin. So if you’re a light sleeper might not be your cup of tea as you can hear neighbors and sirens going off in the city. It’s a cute concept. Drinks were good at the bar, food was okay but not worth the money. Location is great and walkable to all the tourist attractions and that is why we chose to stay with them. Check in/ out was easy and all self-service.

Hands down the smallest hotel room I’ve ever been in. I’m 6’2 and had to lie diagonal in the bed in order to fit. The room was only as wide as the bed

I was hit by a car the night before my checkout. I asked for a free late checkout because I was in pain. They made me pay for it. They gave me a free drink voucher…

Staff was super friendly!!

Staff was basically dismissive…everything is DIY even when they are standing right there watching you. Bartenders were nice though. Room is the SMALLEST accommodations I’ve ever stayed in, even compared to large cities in Asia and Europe where rooms are known for being compact. The shower was basically in the middle of the room and you have to literally crawl in and out of the bed as you can only access it from one side (it is the width of the room tucked in the back. So uncomfortable especially for the price…will not be returning.

The best part of this hotel is all gimmicks. I called the hotel to add a day to our stay and they told me to book it separately online then inform them when we arrive and they would combine the bookings so we didn’t have to wake up in the morning and check out then check back in. We were able to keep the same room but had to wake up and go down to the lobby. The woman working “front desk” kept having me do everything myself after telling her my situation. After multiple attempts and me showing her the system wasn’t working she finally said “I’ll just check you in myself”. No other hotel, especially when someone’s frustrated, would make their customers do things themselves when the worker could do it themselves, especially given the special circumstances. It finally worked and I got a new key. Then I go back to my room and the window shade opened on its own, waking up my partner and the iPad for the TV no longer worked. After multiple calls to the front desk and then resetting the TV and IPad I gave up. Then found out the TV remote can only change volume and channel up/down which is painfully slow to load each channel. When we arrived and there was no clear signs of where to park we ended up in a lot where we needed to move the car in the morning due to a 12 hour maximum. So I had to wake up early (second reason to wake up early so at least I could get both done at once) after staying out late on

This is the 3rd time I stayed in this hotel, and never have this problem. But since they didn’t fixed I will inform here, this time my room wasn’t clean good the mirror was all dirty and the shampoo in the bathroom didn’t work. I requested 3 times for them to come and cleaning but they did, they give me a mew shampoo container in the lobby. And they give me one day free breakfasts. That was nice of the lady at front desk. But never came to clean the mirror. The hotel still A good place to stay.

I had to cut my week-long stay by one day early. I told the staff well more than 24 hours in advance. Multiple staff members told me to contact Expedia to get the refund after checking out. That didn’t feel correct, so I asked three staff members. Sure enough, when I contacted Expedia, they called after I checked out. No record of me leaving a day earlier There was a second incident where it took 3 days to fix a problem with the room.

Good location on two bus routes that service downtown and several link line stations for trains to the airport. Lobby and bar area is beautiful and upscale. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Very clean, quiet, and hotel staff were very friendly. Bfast served at hotel is delicious. Walking distance to space needle, climate pledge arena, and Public Market Center! Great and safe location! Can’t wait to visit again!

Have stayed here several times now and it's always great. The staff are super friendly and always lovely. The rooms are small but clean, trendy and smart-device controlled. The location is easily accessible by both transit and Uber. Walkable to most everything of interest downtown - the convention center, Pike Place Market, Space Needle, etc. Tons of food options and across the street from Whole Foods if you don't want to eat out. Can't ask for more!

Eclectic decor and clean room that worked fine for a one night stay. Rooms are NOT spacious but we had a clean, comfortable room with everything we needed and a surprisingly fantastic buffet breakfast with a variety of fresh and delicious options.

Space capsule like hotel room, futuristic designs, all lights, tv and curtains are controlled through a tablet. Great breakfast options too, cool designs throughout, chill atmosphere.

This is a great, modern hotel. The staff are great. Friendly and always willing to have a friendly chat. An exceptional continental style breakfast. Everything was presented well and the food on offer was very tasty.The rooms are a nice size with many modern features including controlling everything from an iPad or an app. This is great when it works. I had a few problems with the TV shutting down on its own. The staff were on hand to come and resolve the problem though.

Our stay was okay but I won’t be staying here again. We had pros and cons like anywhere else. When we first arrived, the customer service at the front desk was great! We were told which rooms had the best views, you are able to choose your view of preference at no extra charge. It was a self check in system that was easy to use. When we got to our room, there was no iPad. I called the front desk & the ambassador said that specific room didn’t have one & I could download the app on my phone or he can switch our room. I tried to download the app, it didn’t work, so he switched our room remotely. We didn’t have to go back down to the lobby which was good. You do have to request room service, but there is a cut off time. We were trying to request at 10AM on the iPad & it was saying it was too late. I understand from a sustainable standpoint, but they should let you know the cut off time for room service. They advertise that their bar is 24hours. You look on the iPad at any time & it says “open”. We went down there once at 1AM & there were 4 team members sitting, we asked them can we order drinks & they told us the bar was closed. We were only able to get water & the snacks/sodas they had in the refrigerators located next to the bar. Even those had a sign next to them with an open and close time. I guess they made an “exception”. They shouldn’t advertise 24/7. But it is a good location, it’s a short walk to WholeFoods, CVS, Walgreens & restaurants. No trouble parking on the st

I stayed for a week to support the URAWA REDS in the FIFA club world cup. I am satisfied with the convenient location such as supermarkets and bus stop. Also,I added breakfast as an option, and there were various things in moderation,which was very good.

I liked the modernity of this hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful. I only wish that there were more breakfast options. They had basically the same thing for four days :( Breakfast aside, this was a comfortable stay.

Citizenm was a great stay for a solo traveller. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff helped me out on arrival as I was running late. The lady helped me with a quick check-in and stored my baggage in a secure room while I had to dash out. The bar staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was a buffet with some hot options and plenty of bagels, toast, continental options. This also included a hot or cold coffee.

parking was non existent have to park on street. Breakfast oven was down and not told until last minute, so zero hot foods. Wasnt notified until stay
