Our stay was satisfactory. The hotel was a bit worn and in need of renovations. However, the room was clean and it was spacious. Larger than a typical hotel room. The price was also reasonable. There was a Motel feel to the accommodations and the hotel lacked amenities like a gym.

Felt very homey. Bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean and updated. Picnic area is nice touch. Place felt safe. Restaurant next door, Karie's, is so good! Only 15 mins from Newport. Pets allowed(extra charge). Definately would stay here again!

Parking lot was very open & extremely well lit. I had a really bad issue with my right knee & the gentleman at the front desk accommodated me by giving me a close room & instructed me to park in handicap. The accommodations were definitely very basic but that's all I needed for that one particular night. I would definitely stay there again.

The property was filthy and we ended up with bedbugs - bites from head to toe. I would never ever ever stay there again. When I notified the management of the bugs they switched rooms - second room smelled of urine, dead cockroach on the floor, stained towels. Only refunded the last two nights of my stay when I said I would leave - charged full price for the nights I was there getting eaten alive by bugs.

The room seemed to be recently renovated with new fixtures, paint and floor. Very clean. However, lots of things were wrong. Strong musty smell as soon as we walked in. Sink drained extremely slow. Door didn’t fit leaving significant gap at top and bottom for bugs or any small creature to enter(see pictures). Venetian blind in bathroom missing slat(peek-a-boo). I’ve machine held together with duct tape. Overall Ugh.

Run down - at least the room I was assigned - killed five good sized spiders in my room upon entering, flies in the bathroom coking from the shower drain, and hair all over the place - it was disgusting.

Good for a one night stay. Bathroom was small, shower floor looked dirty so used flip flops, towels and sheets were torn. Sheets were tinged yellow. Bathroom door did not stay closed.

A friend and I stayed a night at this hotel when I came down from Boston to see a show at Theatre by the Sea. This place was one of the more affordable options, and we were both really impressed with it! Check-in was quick and easy and the two queen bed room was incredibly spacious. There was a fridge and microwave as well, so this seems like it could be a great place for a longer stay. Normally, I like a firm mattress, but these seemed a bit hard for my taste. That's my only real complaint (and it's barely a complaint). Our room was on the second floor and also included a lovely terrace that we barely used. I will absolutely stay here in the future.

Rooms are very clean and decorated like a home bedroom. I stayed in the large room with 2 queen beds. Beds are very comfortable and the room is very large with a big flat screen Tv, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. AC worked great.

I liked it very much, the room was clean, spacious, the balcony overlooked the trees. We stayed for three nights, two of which were quiet. But the last night in the next room there was a party from 2 am, loud music and noise. We went to the reception, but it was closed. We had to endure the noise, so as not to get involved with a drunken company. But in general the impressions of the hotel itself are very pleasant.

My room was so humid and damp and needed a dehumidifier, everything felt wet. The hot water in the bathroom sink was not working. They never came in and refreshed towels or made the bed and I made sure the do not disturb sign was not on the door. I was not told at check in that they did not provide that service either. The guy that registered me however was very nice and personable and let me into the room a bit early.

Its not a 24 hours service place, in the morning we had to check out early (before 9am), there was no clear instructions either on door or in person on where to drop the keys. I tried ringing ring bell, but no response. Finally could find the drop box on side corner. The bathroom is dated and falling. Also away from restaurants and shops etc. I forget my toothpaste and had to travel 4 miles in morning to get from Walmart.

It was very nice and I wanted to add in this review that the staff was very helpful and kind we actually needed a ride into town and the owner was kind enough to give my husband a ride to get the vehicle we wanted, it was very nice and helpful of her.

I selected to stay at the Hamilton Village Inn primarily based on location to the south county beaches and north to East Greenwich and Warwick. The room was updated and very clean. Very comfortable bed. And very quiet area. Minimal traffic. Excellent restaurant accross the parking lot. This is a no frills hotel but worth every penny. And I enjoyed meeting Jennifer the manager. She really looked after us and made our stay relaxing. I recommend this property for anyone who is budget conscious. But wants a quiet location and comfortable bed.

This property is in a great location- down the road from Wickford Village and shopping/dining options and has a great little restaurant right on the grounds! The rooms were comfortable and had basic amenities. The only issue was our first floor room in the separate building smelled musty/mildewy. Otherwise happy. Pricing was high but it was a festival weekend so demand was high too.

Great wraps and steak fries are huge!!! Staff is super friendly and work well together. Didn't order them, but wings look delish and burgers big and juicy. Everyone seems to be lovin' their food!

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the room. It was well appointed, and had recently been redone. The vending machine, icemaker area could use some better lighting, and not be so creepy. Not a place for a single woman to go into. We will stay here again! Jiggers, next door, for breakfast was delicious, affordable and so convenient.
