Starlight Inn South El Monte

The hotel needs a do over. There’s people who live there daily. There’s trash everywhere…… I would never stay here again.

Room smelled like just got fumigated walls seemed dirty whole in bathroom wall. Area feels very unsafe People living at hotel dirty parking with bunch of trash and toys, people partying until 7am people driving up and down in parking lot with motorcycle.

The room was terrible no hot water in the shower. The toilet is loose hits the wall people running around outside all night. People fixing their cars in the parking lot. Did not enjoy my stay.

I arrived on February 14th to find a hostile and unsafe environment, including illegal loitering and activity in the parking lot. Because the property was uninhabitable and safety was compromised, I vacated the premises immediately. I did not stay in the room after checking in and no service was provided. I am requesting a full refund. Regards, Adriana
