The room was absolutely disgusting. The room smelled sour when you walked in. The elevator was broken so I had to take the steps. The stairways smelled like straight weed. The bathroom was not cleaned. There was hair on the toilet, the floor and the tub. The floor of the room was dirty. The towels were stained and had hair intertwined between them. The bed was poorly made and had stains on the sheets. I didn’t last long in there. I put my cover over the bed but I couldn’t rest peacefully. I got up at 3am and there were roaches crawling on the wall and on the night stand. I gathered my belongings and left. I checked in at 11ish pm. I am tired, disgusted and upset. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone.

Bugs. The cable didn’t work. The ONLY amenity is a laundry room. There’s not even an ice machine. Pretty sure there are some “extra curricular “ sales going on.

This is a very basic hotel. There is no room service unless you’re staying for a week or more. If you’re looking for breakfast, you’ll find it at the vending machine.I was a little disappointed when I walked in and found somebody had just dropped clothing in the hallway. It was picked up by the next morning. The parking lot is really tight, don’t bring a U-Haul trailer in here. Although they provide a kitchenette, there are no utensils, pans, or plates, you have to bring your own.

The facility was run down. There were groups of people gathered outside that made me feel uncomfortable. Strong odor of marijuana in the hallways. There was a kitchenette but zero supplies. Not even a coffee maker. The mattress was comfortable.

Our stay was for six weeks. We purchased a Swiffer and a Dust Buster to keep the place clean. The room was in good shape with the exception of the floor, which we mopped and cleaned several times weekly. We reported the non-working light above the stove the day we arrived. It was never replaced. We supplemented the furniture with a card table and chair, giving us a place to eat. We also purchased a toaster, coffee maker, cooking, and eating utensils at a nearby Goodwill. With the additions we made, the room/efficiency served our purposes. For the price, we would highly recommend this motel as an extended stay.

Overall, the room was okay and sufficed for my 5 days that I stayed there. Pillows were small (thankfully I had my body pillow), bed was a little stiff but fine. There seemed to have been quite a few homeless around the premises; witnessed a couple of drug deals the day I checked in (fun). Be cautious of the area. Unsavory people in and out of the property, that is including the staff ! There were 2 cockroaches in the room , I took a picture of one. Elevator, common areas un clean ! Hey , but the pictures on line look good ! Shame on hotels.com for not caring about this !

cockroaches o roaches in the room everywhere, even in the bathroom. Room 214 from 08-15 to 08-17 , but being honest the personell of the hotel was great, They did what they can with what they have. Wil never ever again go again to this hotel, and Thinking about removing the woodspring from my list of possibilities

Roaches roaches roaches everywhere. Walked in the room and roaches scattered and there were visible dead roaches on the ground and shelves. We had to sleep with the lights on so roaches wouldn’t crawl on us in our sleep since they were crawling on our headboards and nightstands as well as kitchen and bathroom and all over the closet/shelf area. Got a bit of sleep in and left asap.

If you want to wake up with the sun then this place is for you because there are no curtains, just blinds that let in ALL the sun. Room was meh. Fridge was completely rusted on the exterior. Floors felt unclean. Bed hard as a rock. Pillows okish. Just feet from the entrance you could probably score anything illicit you’d want.

No internet I could access even if I paid. Very noisy thin walls, set computer desk on floor fell asleep, picked up bag 6 roaches scrambled away. Share shower with three roaches. I made a mistake in reserving thinking the was a Marriot property, my bad but this is worst hotel I’ve been in 25 years.

Room was very comfortable, came with full size refrigerator and a glass stovetop with 2 burners. It had a large bathroom with a full size bathtub. I was totally amazed when I was supplied with extremely hot water and strong water pressure. That truly hard to find in hotels today. As for the staff, there business mannerism and kindness made it even more enjoyable. I definitely will be a returning customer along with others that I refer there. Way to go!

The hotel had a lot of shady people hanging outside. I actually witnessed a drug transaction. I tv in the room was not working and the guy at the front desk said theirs nothing he can do about it. I asked him would I get any kind of discount for the inconvenience and he told me that I can get my money back and leave. When I checked out the next morning, the young lady at the front desk was very nice and professional

The room was very clean everything was just dated and some nicks in the wall. The bed was very uncomfortable. It looked like and felt like a Futon bed. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The hallways and elevator did smell like smoke and dogs though. I wouldn’t stay here again but it was ok for just one night to sleep.

Smelled of cigarette smoke, no doorknob on the bathroom door, some of the floor molding was coming undone, bed was very uncomfortable and the noise level outside, next door and above me was too much. Very loud until past midnight.. fridge hand was sticky and disgusting…horrible, will not stay there again. I will also give horrible reviews on all social media

This is an average motel. To much paperwork to complete upon arrival. Maybe needed for a non-member, but a Sliver member and above should not have to complete that type paperwork No toilet paper in the room upon entry Bathroom sink had a very slow drain

This is NOT a hotel. This is meant for inexpensive long term living. The staff is pleasant and will work with you, sometimes, however they are not very good at their jobs. Other guests let their dogs and cats go to the bathroom inside the stairwell, there are bugs and cockroaches everywhere, the the staff is incapable of cleaning rooms without leaving bug carcasses everywhere. They took $100 for a deposit, and promised I would have it returned within a week of checkout. Check out procedure was to place my keycard into the box as I was leaving in the early morning. My deposit was never returned, and I have been ignored by the company. Outside the building, there is a large homeless population and very sketchy guests inside. This is the type of place you lock, then brace the door shut with a chair under the handle. Avoid at all costs.

We had to get out of Tampa due to Hurricane Milton. Angela was able to combine our 2 reservations so we didn’t need to switch rooms. Malik was able to fix our a/c in short order which was great with the hurricane coming.

The room was very clean everything was just dated and some nicks in the wall. The bed was very uncomfortable. It looked like and felt like a Futon bed. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The hallways and elevator did smell like smoke and dogs though. I wouldn’t stay here again but it was ok for just one night to sleep.

My stay was terrible the place stinks and when you walk in the hallway it smells like straight cigarettes inside the building outside around the building smells like dog poop and people hanging around the building smoking playing dice or fighting/fusing. The lady at front desk is nice nasty with an attitude and they charged me for internet I did not use! The room was dusty and I got stuffy and sick horrible! I won’t ever go back or recommend anyone to go there to that location.

The hotel had a lot of shady people hanging outside. I actually witnessed a drug transaction. I tv in the room was not working and the guy at the front desk said theirs nothing he can do about it. I asked him would I get any kind of discount for the inconvenience and he told me that I can get my money back and leave. When I checked out the next morning, the young lady at the front desk was very nice and professional

This place is not really that safe. The area has a lot of sketchy people that just hangout in the parking lot. Someone was accusing someone else of stealing their clothes when we were checking in. There was a lot of foot traffic in the parking lot and one day I woke up to someone throwing things out of their vehicle in the parking lot. The blankets were stained and gross. The shower was broken and so was the sink. If you are in a bind and need some place to stay, it’s okay for that but do not plan your stay in the area with this hotel.

Overall, the room was okay and sufficed for my 5 days that I stayed there. Pillows were small (thankfully I had my body pillow), bed was a little stiff but fine. Elevator did not work, so I had to take the stairs when loading and unloading luggage. The shower was only scalding hot; there was no cold water, so I had to be strategic with my showers. There seemed to have been quite a few homeless around the premises; witnessed a couple of drug deals the day I checked in (fun). Be cautious of the area. Killed 4 roaches in my room during the 5 days that I stayed there. Overall, you get what you pay for.

This is a very basic hotel. There is no room service unless you’re staying for a week or more. If you’re looking for breakfast, you’ll find it at the vending machine.I was a little disappointed when I walked in and found somebody had just dropped clothing in the hallway. It was picked up by the next morning. The parking lot is really tight, don’t bring a U-Haul trailer in here. Although they provide a kitchenette, there are no utensils, pans, or plates, you have to bring your own.

The facility was run down. There were groups of people gathered outside that made me feel uncomfortable. Strong odor of marijuana in the hallways. There was a kitchenette but zero supplies. Not even a coffee maker. The mattress was comfortable.

Our stay was for six weeks. We purchased a Swiffer and a Dust Buster to keep the place clean. The room was in good shape with the exception of the floor, which we mopped and cleaned several times weekly. We reported the non-working light above the stove the day we arrived. It was never replaced. We supplemented the furniture with a card table and chair, giving us a place to eat. We also purchased a toaster, coffee maker, cooking, and eating utensils at a nearby Goodwill. With the additions we made, the room/efficiency served our purposes. For the price, we would highly recommend this motel as an extended stay.

I checked in here on May 28th, 2025 at 3:00 pm but ended up checking out at 12:00 am the same day due to multiple issues. My first room on the 1st floor was not clean. There was visible dust all over the floor and the cabinets were broken. I asked to change rooms. They moved me to the 4th floor. It was slightly better but still not clean. The bed sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed since the previous guest. The door also wouldn’t open because the entry battery was dead, and staff had to replace it before I could get in. The worst part was coming back at 11:00 pm with my daughter to find the elevator was broken. We had to carry our bags up 4 flights of stairs. doing that for the rest of my stay wasn’t an option. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe, so I checked out immediately. The only positive was the front desk clerk. He was very nice, understanding of the situation, and refunded my reservation fee with no hassle. I cannot recommend this hotel due to the cleanliness and maintenance issues.
