Wir haben 8 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und es war von Anfang bis Ende einfach perfekt. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen, die Rezeption war immer besetzt und das gesamte Team war durchgehend freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Jede Anfrage wurde sofort und mit einem Lächeln beantwortet. Unser Zimmer war genauso, wie wir es gebucht hatten – sehr schön, sauber und komfortabel. Die Anlage selbst bietet wirklich alles: Zwei tolle Pools, zwischen denen man wählen kann, sowie den Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man konnte problemlos zwischen Strand und Pool wechseln, und es gab jederzeit genügend Liegen. An der Strandbar wurde man direkt am Platz bedient, egal ob Kaffee, Drinks oder ein leichter Lunch – alles war sehr lecker. Auch kulinarisch war das Hotel top: Im Hauptrestaurant gab es morgens und abends ein abwechslungsreiches Buffet. Die Desserts waren ein echtes Highlight – vom Schokobrunnen bis zu frischen Crêpes. Ganz besonders möchten wir Vasso erwähnen, die uns jeden Tag mit einem freundlichen Lächeln begegnet ist und immer das Gefühl vermittelt hat, dass man als Gast willkommen und geschätzt ist. Wir waren zum 2. Mal dort und sind weiterhin sehr begeistert. Das Hotel ist der perfekte Ort für einen entspannten Paarurlaub. Der Strand ist schön und nicht zu überlaufen. Man findet zu jeder Uhrzeit eine freie Liege - sowohl am Strand als auch an den Pools. Ein besonderes Highlight ist für uns das Essen. Morgens kann man zwischen dem Hauptrestaurant und dem Restaurant am Strand wählen, wobei wir fast ausschließlich im Strandrestaurant gefrühstückt haben. Dort gab es eine ausgezeichnete Auswahl an gesunden Frühstücksoptionen, sogar eine glutenfreie Ecke war vorhanden. Abends gibt es im Hauptrestaurant ein täglich wechselndes Buffet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Besonders lobenswert ist die große Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten. Hier wird jeder fündig und es schmeckt fantastisch. Auch das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und es gibt genügend Stauraum. Die Betten sind bequem. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt ist, dass direkt neben dem Hotel eine kleine Eventlocation ist, wo abends öfter Konzerte usw. Stattfinden. Dann ist es manchmal etwas lauter - dazu kann das Hotel aber natürlich nichts. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. :)

A lovely well maintained property with multiple pools, a very nice buffet style restaurant. Breakfast and dinner included. Beach and beach bar service was stellar. Maria at the restaurant was fantastic. Overall we would give this place 9.5 star rating.

Beautiful resort with excellent food and amenities on site. There are 8 pools to choose from, exercise room, and classes, ping pong, darts as well as private dinning on the beach. The staff is friendly and very eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Really an exceptional property! I was very impressed, from the friendly staff to the beauty of the rooms and amenities! Honestly the staff makes this hotel about 20 times better than most other resorts I’ve been to, they are willing to go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be! The resort itself is beautiful, little pools everywhere with cabanas and comfy lounge chairs scattered. The beach area is pristine with umbrellas and a lovely bar that serves you at the push of a button. The food was phenomenal! You don’t even have to leave for any reason if you don’t want to, they have everything you need! Even a gym, daily yoga and shows at the pool bar! I highly enjoyed my stay and will be back!

Wonderful stay with excellent service This place exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The swim-up room was perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The half-board food concept offered great quality and plenty of variety. We especially appreciated the healthy breakfast options to start the day right. The atmosphere was calm—we never felt crowded, and there were always sunbeds available. The beach was spotless and offered lots of fun swimming in the sea. Highly recommended!

Paralos lifestyle beach was an amazing experience from the check in to check out. During check in we were offered champagne while we filled in our information. Evey employee greets you as you pass each other in a kind and friendly manner. There are two dinning facilities on the property, one which is included in your stay and another that is more personal and you pay for. Both were excellent! The resort has a private beach, 2 common area swimming pools and also has rooms with private pools. I will say that our room was a little small but that's fine for us. If you pack a ton of stuff you might feel cramped. There is an outside fitness area which if you prefer dumbbells and free weights you will like a lot better than the fitness room. This area also has a ping pong table and a dart board. The resort also has a spa on premises. Katia from the spa was amazing. Not only did she handle clients upon entering but she answered other questions we had about the area. With it being so dry we booked a couple's package with hydration wrap and you can feel the difference! While we were checking out and waiting for the transport that the resort set up for us, they provided us a breakfast care package since we had to leave before breakfast was available! Detta är inte ett 4 stjärnigt hotell, åk inte hit! 1. Parkeringen utanför hotellet är full av trasiga bilar och man är rädd att ens bil ska bli bestulen eller vandaliserad. 2. Området hotellet ligger i är bedrövlig. Ett par hundra meter bort längs stranden ligger ett värme kraftverk med flera skorstenar. Inte en utsikt att njuta av på stranden. 3. Precis bredvid hotellet huserar en bonde med en tupp och en hund som håller en vaken på kvällen och från 05:00. 4. Matsalen för frukost och middag är helt underdimensionerad och man sitter packad som sillar. Personalen är superstressade och springer runt för att städa bord så fort som möjligt för att alla ska få plats. Vi kunde inte beställa dricka under hela middagen. Gick inte att slappna av. Riktigt dåligt! 5. Det var sand i sängen. 6. Fitness avdelningen är ett skämt. Sammanfattningsvis är det ett hotell som ser bra ut på bilderna men skenet bedrar. Om du är ute efter ro och lugn - kom inte hit! Vi stannade bara en natt och ville ha pengarna tillbaka för 2a natten men det var omöjligt. Otrevlig personal med nedlåtande kommentarer. Vi hade ett långt samtal med hotel manager i receptionen. Efteråt kom flera andra gäster fram till oss och sa att de inte heller var nöjda.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Paralos Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, wir hatten zwei Balkone. Das Personal war total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Pools und der Strand sind perfekt zum erholen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten Sport zu machen oder aber ein Wellness Programm zu buchen. Das einzige, was etwas störend war, ist die Eventhalle direkt neben dem Hotel. Die Events sind nicht jeden Abend, aber sie sind schon sehr laut und so gegen 24h zu Ende.

Un hôtel magnifique ! Le personnel est vraiment génial, toujours souriant et à l’écoute. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le buffet du matin et du soir : très corrects et on s’est régalés. L’hôtel dispose de deux superbes piscines et la plage juste devant est très belle, idéale pour profiter toute la journée. Le quartier est également agréable, en plein cœur de la rue principale de Gazi, ce qui rend le séjour pratique et vivant. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié leur réactivité : nous avons demandé à changer de chambre pour avoir une plus belle vue et ils nous ont immédiatement trouvé une nouvelle chambre, sans hésiter. Vraiment un super hôtel, parfait pour y passer une semaine complète. Nous recommandons à 100% et n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich ! Man konnte sehr oft beobachten wie das Personal die Anlage gereinigt hat und das hat sich in der Sauberkeit auch wieder gespiegelt. Das Essen war durchgehend lecker und abwechslungsreich, zudem bekommt man vom Hotel ein a la carte Dinner umsonst was wir sehr nett fanden. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sehr ordentlich und sauber, aber (und jetzt komme ich zu den negativ Punkten) unser Zimmer lag direkt ebenerdig an der Seitengasse des Hotels , wo permanent Anlieferer, Betrunkene oder streitend Paare morgens und in der Nacht zu hören waren. Zudem knallen da die Autos und Roller mit einer viel zu hohen Geschwindigkeit durch die Gasse, sodass es echt gefährlich ist und auch leider vor unseren Augen eine kleine Hotelkatze überfahren wurde :( . Der Fernseher ging auch nicht richtig, der schaltete sich einfach immer wieder von selbst ab. Das waren Punkte die wir sicherlich hätten ansprechen können, aber es nicht für nötig empfunden haben. Sicherlich sind die anderen Zimmer auch einfach schöner Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, dass das Hotel sehr Tierfreundlich ist und jeden Abend ein Abendprogramm in der Beach Bar war. Die Preise beim Dinner und in der Beach Bar sind etwas happig. Alles in allem würden wir das Paralos aufjedenfall empfehlen - sollte jemand wie wir sehr erkundungsfreudig sein sollte er/sie aufjedenfall ein paar Stunden Fahrtzeit einplanen, da die meisten Touristenspots sehr weit weg sind

Wir hatten die Swim up Junior Suite , das Zimmer war top! Perfekte Größe und die Terrasse mit Zugang zum Pool war genial! Das Bett so gemütlich!! Lediglich ein bisschen hellhörig sind die Wände man hört die WC Spülung vom Nachbarn hat uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört. Was uns extrem positiv aufgefallen ist, ist die Freundlichkeit vom Personal! Jeder, wirklich jeder ist so herzlich und zuvorkommend das war wirklich besonders! Die Jungs von der Strandbar und die drei Kellner und Kellnerin vom Armonia möchten wir besonders hervorheben! Auch der Strandservice war top haben wir sehr gern genutzt die Fried Calamari sind einfach himmlisch und die Preise auch sehr vernünftig! Das Restaurant Armonia können wir sehr empfehlen wir waren gleich 2mal da zum Essen! Auch das Frühstück dort ist super. The friendliness of the majority of staff. The front desk was very helpful. The rooms were very clean along with daily cleaning. The dining had a variety of food that was very good this included the buffet for breakfast and dinner as well as a la carte dining. The waiters and waitresses were personable with excellent service. The only issue in our room was the air conditioner that took awhile to resolve. Otherwise a great experience.

Based on all the high reviews and “4 star” status, we were expecting this to be a much nicer hotel. Pros: - Nice beach view - convenient poolside service - friendly and helpful staff Cons: - crowded on the beach, can be difficult to find a chair during the day - the rooms have very poor soundproofing, and a lot of noise can come from the hallway at night - our AC was not working the first night, and we didn’t realize this until it was very late in the night - the electricity in the room doesn’t work unless you put your key card in the wall, and they only give you one key card. So if you plan on coming back to a cold room at the end of the day, think again! It takes over an hour to cool down even after our AC was fixed. What kind of “luxury” hotel does this?

Personal freundlich. Unterkunft modern und an sich gut ausgestattet. Es ist auch sehr ruhig und am strand sowie am pool sind genügend liegen vorhanden. Man hat auch um 11 Uhr ausreichend freie liegen gefunden. Was allerdings ein großes Problem hier ist, ist der service im Restaurant. Man wird teilweise garnicht bedient oder wenn, dann bekommt man sein Getränk sehr spät, teils nach dem Dessert. Ansonsten super.

Auch kulinarisch war das Hotel top: Im Hauptrestaurant gab es morgens und abends ein abwechslungsreiches Buffet. Die Desserts waren ein echtes Highlight – vom Schokobrunnen bis zu frischen Crêpes. The check in went smoothly. The property is nice , but you can’t swim in the pool after 7pm, and the room was on the tiny side. The pools were not heated.. Though I was promised a 2pm checkout by the receptionist at checkin, I was scolded for not calling at 11am the next day, which was uncalled for.

Beautiful resort hotel! Very clean, friendly staff, excellent food and amenities. Ping pong, darts, exercise classes, spa, 8 clean pools, just walk steps to the beach. Amazing customer service! The staff speaks many languages, Greek, English and German. True Cretan food with amazing chefs! Again, best resort that takes care of everything for you! From excursions with lunch to romantic dinners on the beach. They truly have not forgot any detail! A great place to getaway and truly feel like you are on a vacation where everything is taken care of for you!

Our stay was fantastic! The pools and access to the sea are excellent, the food is perfect, and the hotel is beautiful. What we especially loved was the staff! We were warmly welcomed and assisted everywhere. The employees were all outstanding! This was by far the best service we have ever experienced! Many thanks to Paralos Lifestyle Beach!

Paralos lifestyle beach was an amazing experience from the check in to check out. During check in we were offered champagne while we filled in our information. Evey employee greets you as you pass each other in a kind and friendly manner. There are two dinning facilities on the property, one which is included in your stay and another that is more personal and you pay for. Both were excellent! The resort has a private beach, 2 common area swimming pools and also has rooms with private pools. I will say that our room was a little small but that's fine for us. If you pack a ton of stuff you might feel cramped. There is an outside fitness area which if you prefer dumbbells and free weights you will like a lot better than the fitness room. This area also has a ping pong table and a dart board. The resort also has a spa on premises. Katia from the spa was amazing. Not only did she handle clients upon entering but she answered other questions we had about the area. With it being so dry we booked a couple's package with hydration wrap and you can feel the difference! While we were checking out and waiting for the transport that the resort set up for us, they provided us a breakfast care package since we had to leave before breakfast was available! Could not recommend this place more! We will definitely be going back. The staff was phenomenal, when we arrived we were greeted by a concierge who took our bags inside/to our rooms and made us a mimosa while we filled out our check in details. We did the half board so we got a buffet breakfast and dinner each night that had so many options and were very delicious! The front desk also made us a reservation for the el la carte dinner which was also free. The staff didn’t hesitate when we asked them to book us a taxi to check out city centre as well as booking an early taxi to get us to the port the morning we checked out, also supplying us with a box breakfast to go. Highly recommend this place! Absolutely loved every minute of our stay!

The staff was phenomenal, when we arrived we were greeted by a concierge who took our bags inside/to our rooms and made us a mimosa while we filled out our check in details. We did the half board so we got a buffet breakfast and dinner each night that had so many options and were very delicious! The front desk also made us a reservation for the el la carte dinner which was also free. The staff didn’t hesitate when we asked them to book us a taxi to check out city centre as well as booking an early taxi to get us to the port the morning we checked out, also supplying us with a box breakfast to go. Highly recommend this place! Absolutely loved every minute of our stay!

Sehr zu empfehlen, alles sehr angenehm. Nur die Umgebung ist nicht so toll, Bauruine nebenan und ein Kraftwerk am Ende der Bucht Stört im Grunde aber auch nicht weiter wenn man in der Hotel Anlage ist.

Detta är inte ett 4 stjärnigt hotell, åk inte hit! 1. Parkeringen utanför hotellet är full av trasiga bilar och man är rädd att ens bil ska bli bestulen eller vandaliserad. 2. Området hotellet ligger i är bedrövlig. Ett par hundra meter bort längs stranden ligger ett värme kraftverk med flera skorstenar. Inte en utsikt att njuta av på stranden. 3. Precis bredvid hotellet huserar en bonde med en tupp och en hund som håller en vaken på kvällen och från 05:00. 4. Matsalen för frukost och middag är helt underdimensionerad och man sitter packad som sillar. Personalen är superstressade och springer runt för att städa bord så fort som möjligt för att alla ska få plats. Vi kunde inte beställa dricka under hela middagen. Gick inte att slappna av. Riktigt dåligt! 5. Det var sand i sängen. 6. Fitness avdelningen är ett skämt. Sammanfattningsvis är det ett hotell som ser bra ut på bilderna men skenet bedrar. Die Anlage selbst bietet wirklich alles: Zwei tolle Pools, zwischen denen man wählen kann, sowie den Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man konnte problemlos zwischen Strand und Pool wechseln, und es gab jederzeit genügend Liegen. An der Strandbar wurde man direkt am Platz bedient, egal ob Kaffee, Drinks oder ein leichter Lunch – alles war sehr lecker. Auch kulinarisch war das Hotel top: Im Hauptrestaurant gab es morgens und abends ein abwechslungsreiches Buffet. Die Desserts waren ein echtes Highlight – vom Schokobrunnen bis zu frischen Crêpes. Oignons crus carottes crues . Pas du tout de variété d’entrées comme par ex. Des aubergines en salades des poivrons en salade des asperges en salades des cœurs de palmiers des avocats des radis etc. Tous les légumes en entrée n’étaient jamais proposés . Par contre pas de problème sur les plats chauds mais jamais de pâtes à la sauce tomate . Je suis végétarienne !

Wonderful stay with excellent service This place exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The swim-up room was perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The half-board food concept offered great quality and plenty of variety. We especially appreciated the healthy breakfast options to start the day right. The atmosphere was calm—we never felt crowded, and there were always sunbeds available. The beach was spotless and offered lots of fun swimming in the sea. Highly recommended!

The staff are what make this property exceptional! There were a couple of issues with our booking on arrival, so the first night we had to stay in a different room. The next day we spoke to Georgia (manager) and she was brilliant! She listened to our concerns and addressed each one. She then went above and beyond, to make the rest of our stay memorable. We were upgraded to the junior suite with swim up, which was incredible! We also had a couples massage, which is would definitely recommend! On my husband's birthday (reason for the trip) we were surprised by the wonderful maitre d' David with a cake and champagne by the beach! Katerina on reception also helped us with late checkout on our departure day so we could really make the most of our time there!
