Cute little bungalows. We stayed in #10. It had a little patio with chairs and a table, king bed and was very clean. You could hear the people above and next to you but they weren’t obnoxious. Ear plugs were provided but we didn’t need them. The bathroom was renovated and clean but the shower was super small (think phone booth). They made the most of the limited space. They have bike rentals on site and the staff were super friendly. Really good breakfast and coffee shop next door. We thought #15 would be the best one to stay in if we came back.

Like that each unit has assigned parking. Made it convenient to park near/next to your cottage. Love that this place is dog friendly. Very easy to walk around, go to the beach, Cape Disappointment State Park. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking was great. Definitely pet friendly. We arrived after hours and check in was easy. Also don’t let Seaview confuse you, you are really just 1/2 a mile from Long Beach. Loved this quaint place.

Delightful little cabins that were redone 2 years ago. Gift shop on premises. You can rent bikes to cruise down to the beach. Small breakfast and coffee shop next door, run by the same people who run the cabins. The shop looked to be a popular local spot. If we ever go that direction again, we would not hesitate to stay there again.

The floor in Cabin #5 is uneven and slants downward pretty badly in the tiny bathroom. When I climbed in the bed, there was a bunch of sand between the sheets.

Cute cottages, however whatever cleaning products they use left an overpowering scent. We had to open all the windows and move the garbage can (with a scented bag) outside, and it still gave my wife and I headaches. Our parking spot was also right next to the on-site restaurant, and there were garbage bags left out in the open which were torn open by some critters. Since COVID my experience has been that many places now over-do it with cleaning, as if to make a point of how sanitary they are, but if you're scent sensitive, you may want to try a different place.

it was the room. Staff was nice and the amenities were fine but the room was not clean and honestly, the shower was hazardous with metal flecks coming off of the shower handle. We only stayed 1 night out of 2 but staff made no attempt to remedy the issue. She just shrugged and said, "ok, sorry about that."

Place was very cute and a great walkable distance from the beach. Unfortunately there was garbage left from the previous guests left in the room and there was no hand soap in the bathroom (which was VERY small). With that being said, I would still return though! The seaview biscuits place next door was also a great addition.

We were so looking forward to staying here. Unfortunately there were major disappointments at this hotel. I would not rent Unit 9 again. You think you are going to be in an individual cottage only to find out you have people upstairs walking on your heads during the night and another unit to the left that you can hear the person snoring. (I guess that’s why they give you earplugs in the bathroom). Seaside cottages name is deceiving as there is no view of the sea unless you walk about a 1/2 mile down the road. I sent them a question which I never got a response to.

We stayed in cabin #5. Stopped here after being off the road for 12 hours. Booked for our wedding anniversary as it was something unique. First thing we notice after doing a quick check over is the floors are sagging horribly near the tv/coffee area and inside the bathroom. I'm 6'2 and am a big guy and thought I might actually go through the floor by the tv as it was uneven and flexed a bunch so some floor joists are shot. In the bathroom the floor is pretty bad too and makes it hard to stay balanced when standing. There is also a mold and water issue as after running the hot water there was a strong smell that smelled like mold/chemicals so perhaps a combined of the two. I didnt use the shower as i didnt want to smell like that. Would advise not drinking the water. When i brought the mold concerns up I was told if I was uncomfortable with the room I could go somewhere else and they would still keep the cleaning fee of $40. This was after all we did was go inside and check the place out and report the mold/smell. I was told it was normal for the area Was told that the room was cleaned two days prior. I found dust and grime(have pics) all over the place so not sure where the $40 cleaning fee goes. Booking page should have a disclosure on mold and smell as lots of people have sensitivity to them and can affect their health. We stayed as trying to find a room at last minute proved impossible and them getting $40 for nothing didnt seem right.

I thought each cabin had a kitchen. Ours only has a mini fridge and microwave. Also , don’t let the name fool you. These cabins are on a busy road not on the ocean so the noise you will get are cars traveling at higher speeds, not ocean waves crashing. The staff is very friendly , very clean cabin

We stayed in #11 which was a large upstairs unit. It was comfortable and nicely decorated. It was relatively quiet, although the highway goes right past the property. But by the evening, it was pretty quiet. I had a wonderful nap on the extremely comfortable bed. The shower is very small and not a lot of water pressure. The biscuit place next door has delicious breakfast sandwiches and the staff is friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

Quiet and very clean. Good bed. Biscuit house on the property for breakfast. Many other dining options within 1/4 mile. Not far from the beach. Assigned parking space was nice. Shower was really small but it worked so not a big deal.

I'm mixed on this place. It looked cute, and the bed was very clean and the mattress looked new. The downsides were that there was no A/C and no window to open (cabin #10), there was a sliding door with no screen or security feature to leave it partially open. The bathroom was not super clean (mysterious large brown marking on the wall) and the towels were stored next to the toilet. That was very strange, and obviously gross. I found this place to be over priced for what it was.

We were in the "small queen", having reserved only a few days before. It was quite spacious in the bedroom. It was not the smallest bathroom, but the width was tighter than was truly comfortable. That one item was far outweighed by all the wonderful other aspects.

The customer service was exceptional at this property. I don’t typically leave reviews but this property exceeded all expectations quite a bit. They somehow installed an external outlet one day after we asked about it for charging our Tesla. They had forgotten to deliver some towels (which really wasn’t a huge deal at all) and then apologized and gave us a gift and towels the next morning. The property is well maintained and the room was comfortable and nicely updated. Definitely recommend!!!

Great customer service and the check in/out process was easy. Be sure to take advantage of the very nearby Seaview Biscuit Company. YUM to the max! Short drive to Cape Disappointment and Long Beach.

It was the best stay in all our pacific North West road trip. Richard the owner was the most kind and servicial guy. Everything went well and they actually offer a 15% coupon if you visit their restaurant for breakfast, which is a walking distance from the cottages.

It’s not overlooking the sea as I thought it might be. It’s in Seaview ha ha. Looked sketchy at first but was actually very very nice! We had cabin 5 which is right on the roadside but it was great. Noticed #15 had a short fence which would be great for a dog fyi.

We enjoyed our stay at the SeaView Cottages. We did not realize it so far from Astoria when we booked it, but it turned out to a quiet, relaxing stay. Hosts recommended a wonderful restaurant that we were able to walk to and have a delicious dinner.

Charming and well equipped cottage with kitchen. Comfortable beds, the personnel was affable and helpful. Cleaning ladies were very sweet and checked in to see if we needed anything. What a great place to stay! Our cottage was clean and quiet. The decor was attractive and comfortable, as well as very practical and well thought out. Very friendly staff - wish I could give more than five stars. Make sure you eat breakfast next door at the Seaview Biscuit Company. They make the most amazing biscuits and gravy I've ever had!!

A pretty new property. Very creative--lots of small cottages. Inside, though ours (#10) wasn't huge, it had everything we needed: a private fenced patio; our own parking spot, a grass spot nearby for our dog; a small-but-upscale and very nice bathroom; a great kingsized bed. A fridge! This company also owns the Biscuit cafe right next door, which was killer great for coffee, biscuits (mine was GF and excellent!), eggs, and sauteed greens. Wow. Short walk to the best dinner restaurants. All of this, for a very fair (low) price. We'll be back!

This place was awesome, clean, big, classy, and yet unique. Also their adjoined cafe was some of the most delicious breakfast food I have had, hands down. Biscuits, greens, fried chicken light and crunchy perfection, and the staff was super super freakin nice. They really know how to connect in an attentive authentic way. If I recall correctly they even had matcha which is a bit of a luxury drink. We had a magical experience running into friends who were coincidentally staying across the way at souwester so it became part of a larger jumping off point for the day too. thanks especially to the folks managing our experience at the seaview cottages.
