The property is right in the center of Kissamos, walking distance to the sea, shops and places to dine. To be honest a bit of renovation would be needed cos it looks like a building from the 70 that has no further maintenance. However prices are more than fair. You get what you pay for. That’s not a place for someone looking for luxury at all, but for those who just rely on their room to rest and sleep after a tiring day wandering around this beautiful area. The owner is a very nice guy, who welcomed us with an upgrade so that my mum and myself had two separate beds. Appreciated that. Thank You to Christina (the lady taking care of the cleaning) for her amazing job. It is spotless clean, despite the fact that being an old place, might look a bit dirty …it is definitely not. Who really makes the difference though is Chrissa, the lady at the reception who is perfectly fluent in Italian and English and goes beyond to make you feel home and to provide help, tips and suggestion to make your stay unforgettable. She really makes you feel welcome and a valued guest. Grazie!

La struttura è ubicata in un contesto tranquillo a pochi passi dal mare e da caratteristici ristoranti che offrono, con grande cortesia e attenzione per il cliente, un'ottima cucina cretese ( con vista sul mare) e in cui è possibile consumare anche delle buonissime colazioni. La camera è pulitissima , tranquilla e corredata di bollitore elettrico. È un comodo punto di appoggio da cui partire, ogni giorno, per visitare le splendide spiagge di Creta.Valore aggiunto della struttura è Chrisa che parla perfettamente italiano e ti accoglie alla reception con un sorriso, bottiglietta d'acqua fresca e tanti utilissimi consigli sui posti da visitare e sul momento migliore per farlo. Nell'arco della giornata, inoltre, è sempre presente alla reception per aiutarti a risolvere qualsiasi dubbio o difficoltà.Di sera è molto piacevole passeggiare , dopo cena, nel tranquillo lungomare su cui affacciano, oltre ai ristoranti, diversi bar e locali. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo sicuramente , soprattutto per chi vuole una vacanza in sintonia con la genuina bellezza e cultura locale .
