The apartment requires a lot of upgrading. The sheets and blankets were definitely not the nicest. Everything felt damp the whole time. There's no plug-ins anywhere near the beds for phones or anything overnight. It's on a very busy road so getting around to other places in the baveno was a bit uncomfortable. On the plus side, it was really nice to have a hotel that had three bedrooms and lots of beds, and the view from the apartmentswas really nice. However, I certainly wouldn't want anyone over the age of eight or nine sleeping on the mattresses from pull out couch because they were really terrible.

Emplacement ideal en famille. Décoration un peu ancienne, mais logement très confortable. Un peu cher du fait que le service hôtelier reste limité. Très bien globalement.

Clean, but a bit old. Paid extra for sea view and it was definitely worth it! Cons: they force you to sign a document that if appliances like tvs, tv controls, tablet, electric kettle, stove and coffee machine break during your stay they have the right to take out fees. The tablet was 399 euros if it would break. With that we were on edge the whole stay with 3 kids. And didn’t want to use anything. You had to make an inventory yourself that everything worked before signing the document. For us the kettle didn’t work and my guess is it didn’t work for the previous owner either. Meaning they want you to miss it. Didn’t feel right. And then they wanted a voluntary service charge (tip). But there was no room cleaning during the stay so don’t know what that was for. Other than that a good place with walking distance to beach and city centre. Parking was extra 18 eur per night which also felt a bit much.
