Hotell ligger mycket centralt i de äldre delarna av staden. Hotellet ärr mycket fint renoverar och håller hög standard. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam. frukosten är bra. Hotellet har även en spaavdelning med en liten pool, som är mycket trevlig.

Had expected this to be a luxurious boutique hotel. It was clean and in the center of town, but it was not what we expected. The hotel seemed to be understaffed. I felt that the photos online made the hotel and room appear significantly more luxurious and elegant than in real life. That said, the hotel was very clean, the staff was nice, and I really appreciated that the hotel placed some pastries in our room for my wife’s birthday. As other people have noted in their reviews, this hotel is located on a pedestrian only street and it’s not possible for a taxi to drop you in front of the hotel. You must get dropped off down the street. There is a Dia market on the corner that’s a good place to get dropped off. And you should not expect any assistance getting your bags from the taxi to the room.

We loved this hotel even though the room was small. It was clean. Nicely decorated. Good staff. In a very walkable area. The only thing we didn’t like is that they don’t have parking or valet and there’s very little help with the luggage. Also you can’t drive up to the door. The streets around it weren’t so clean, but that’s not the hotels choice… The AC of the room kept turning off at night, so the climate didn’t help. Other than that, it was great!

El hotel tanto en limpieza como en comodidad muy bien. el único problema es la distancia hasta un aparcamiento y la imposibilidad de llegar con el coche hasta le puerta por lo menos para descargar. El desayuno muy bien pero hay que ir a desayunar temprano porque mas tarde faltan bastantes cosas. Otro punto negativo es la diferencia de precio entre hacer la reserva directamente con el hotel o hacerla a través de hoteles.com. Considero que la diferencia es muy excesiva

We had a great stay - perfect location in Cádiz that was centrally located. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. The hotel was luxurious, clean, and quiet. There was even a workout room with cardio and weights. Daily breakfast buffet was tasty (eggs, ham, yogurt, etc) Would definitely stay here again!

First impressions were "Wow". Beautiful hotel and perfect location. Bed very comfortable. Reception staff helpful and friendly. However, we stayed 3 days and it became clear the hotel was lacking . They advertise that there is a bar - there is not. There is a table in Reception with complimentary wine and cava, water. My husband doesnt drink wine or cava! A small, unpersonal lounge to drink the lukewarm drinks. They advertise a Spa. Yes there is a spa, small sauna and steam room (2people) and a plunge pool with one jet. You cannot swim in it. We booked it first day and were not told it was €25 per person!!!! Almost half the room rate. It was not visible anywhere that there was a charge. I only discovered this by clicking on a QR code in the room. This was only way to find out about services. I did complain to Reception and the charge was removed without question. Lastly, although room was very quaint, it was dark and felt like a dungeon! Only 1 window looking out to a wall with no light whatsoever . Very clostraphobic. We never knew what weather was like until we got outside.

Ficamos apenas uma noite em Cádiz para seguirmos viagem, a cidade surpreendeu, não prometeu nada mas entregou tudo! Firam 20 horas intensas. O Hotel é muito confortável mas ruim para quem vai com carro pois na rua não tem como parar. Mas apenas isso pois o restante compensa tudo. Amamos!

Quelques bémols liés à l’ouverture récente de l’hôtel: 15 min pour s’enregistree, connexion internet instable, mauvaises capsules de café dans la chambre, maintenance sonore des sanitaires et de la clim le matin…. A améliorer rapidement pour la quiétude des clients !

We checked in and did not get the room we paid for but also the perfume (cleaning products or deodorizer was so overwhelming we could not stay in the room. The new room was lower floor with ally noise. Bed had hair and some water bugs. We only stayed because it was prepaid. NEVER again! Slept fully clothed.

Hotel hermoso e impecablemente limpio. Desde la llegada te reciben con una copa de vino o cava, frutas, dulces...la habitacion super linda, con los mas apreciados detalles para una estancia excepcional, desde... batas de baño hasta regalos como osito de peluche, agenda de gran tamaño,chocolates, gominolas una bolsa de tela. El servicio tambien estuvo al mas alto nivel. Las chicas de la recepcion, las 2 que nos atendieron muy explicativas y una mencion especial a Veronica, la señora encargada de la limpieza quien derrocho profesionalismo y empatia, cuando le dijimos que debiamos manejar bastante de regreso, nos ofrecio 2 botellitas de agua para el camino, un gesto que agradecemos y da la medida de como ellos cuidan a sus clientes. Sin dudas... este sera nuestro hotel en Cadiz de ahora en adelante..porque vamos a regresar con toda la familia muy pronto.

This hotel is a hidden gem — beautifully designed and perfectly located. The service was outstanding, and the staff made us feel completely at home. Our room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Helt fantastisk hotel, alt flot og rent, og stille hotel. Personalet er helt fantastiske venlige, og ekstreme hjælpsomme. Rengøringspersonale som siger godmorgen og smiler, tjenerne ved morgenbuffen hvor der intet mangler, hvis du vil have omelet, spejlæg, så bliver det lavet til dig, og kaffen bliver serveret til dig. Personalet i receptionen hjalp os med at bestille bord på en lækkert restaurant og hvor man skulle gå hen for at køre med hop on/ hop off bussen. Ligger super centralt til alt i den skønne by, vil klart anbefale.

The hotel is a historic mansion with the architectural elegance. The room is small. Although each room has a balcony, there is no view at all as it is located on an inner street. If you open the window, it will be quite noisy. Many restaurants nearby. The breakfast and the waiter service are great. I've sent an email to request for a room at the higher floor. No response from them at all, but I was given a room on the lowest floor when check in.

This hotel, situated in Old Town Cádiz, the oldest town in W Europe, has managed to completely strip all of the historical details from the rooms and from most of the building. The rooms are white w fake wood floors and cheap linens. Every detail is so basic it could be found at a Marriott. The cheap art is boring. The room was advertised at 500$ night but I paid less. I was sorry I had to spend two nights here. What a bore. And be careful with the show drain. It will trip you.

This is a wonderful hotel in a very historic building. The room was extremely comfortable with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower. The service was amazing. The only downside is no proper window or view, but that is just the nature of the building.

Hotel was very nice , relatively new and very well equipped . Had huge bed , very nice bathroom and all the king of amenities you would expect including table and two chairs with one exception, no where to put your case. The location was fantastic even given Cádiz old town is already go packed but we had a nice mini market and an Irish pub with good Guinness 20 paces out the door . Great bars (Havana very good) within 75 yards, a few hundred to the museum and a tourist bus stop . Only 10-12 mins to the Cathedral passing all the shopping and eateries / bars you could ever want . Would definitely stay again .

The hotel is good but for a 4 stars something is missing. With a price tag so important there are few things that I want to point out, it is not acceptable that you have to buy a bottle of water for the room. 1 bottle should be complimentary every day. Come on !!! The AC in the room is positioned completely wrong and it is blowing on your face, while sleeping, all night. Unacceptable. After 2 nights I had to stay in bed 1 full day because of cough and fever. Opening the windows to find some confort is not feasible, it seems to have a full crowd inside your room, too many noises and voices all around. The TV service is poor, no signal most of the time and not reliable. No channels in English. Room service: You have a tag to attach outside the door once you are out (It says: I am out exploring) so the service on the room can be done. Twice, mid morning, someone knocked on the door waking me and my wife. Once I opened the door they asked if they can do the room. Really??? And I didn't see a tag with the sign Do not Disturb. I am now in a different hotel for one fifth of the price and I am not able to find the justification for the difference. The hotel is a historic mansion with the architectural elegance. The room is small. Although each room has a balcony, there is no view at all as it is located on an inner street. If you open the window, it will be quite noisy. Many restaurants nearby. The breakfast and the waiter service are great. I've sent an email to request for a room at the higher floor. No response from them at all, but I was given a room on the lowest floor when check in.

Excellent location and an easy walk from the railway station. We were made to feel very welcome by all members of the hotel staff and the reception staff were very helpful when asked for recommendations and directions. Our bedroom was superb and the breakfast great.

Had expected this to be a luxurious boutique hotel. It was clean and in the center of town, but it was not what we expected. The hotel seemed to be understaffed. I felt that the photos online made the hotel and room appear significantly more luxurious and elegant than in real life. That said, the hotel was very clean, the staff was nice, and I really appreciated that the hotel placed some pastries in our room for my wife’s birthday. As other people have noted in their reviews, this hotel is located on a pedestrian only street and it’s not possible for a taxi to drop you in front of the hotel. You must get dropped off down the street. There is a Dia market on the corner that’s a good place to get dropped off. And you should not expect any assistance getting your bags from the taxi to the room.

El hotel tanto en limpieza como en comodidad muy bien. el único problema es la distancia hasta un aparcamiento y la imposibilidad de llegar con el coche hasta le puerta por lo menos para descargar. El desayuno muy bien pero hay que ir a desayunar temprano porque mas tarde faltan bastantes cosas. Otro punto negativo es la diferencia de precio entre hacer la reserva directamente con el hotel o hacerla a través de hoteles.com. Considero que la diferencia es muy excesiva

Ficamos apenas uma noite em Cádiz para seguirmos viagem, a cidade surpreendeu, não prometeu nada mas entregou tudo! Firam 20 horas intensas. O Hotel é muito confortável mas ruim para quem vai com carro pois na rua não tem como parar. Mas apenas isso pois o restante compensa tudo. Amamos!

What a gorgeous hotel and beautifully renovated. Awesome location for walking to most everything and the staff were so friendly. The breakfast is a good deal for being fairly small in size. We had excellent food there to start our day.

We had a great stay - perfect location in Cádiz that was centrally located. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. The hotel was luxurious, clean, and quiet. There was even a workout room with cardio and weights. Daily breakfast buffet was tasty (eggs, ham, yogurt, etc) Would definitely stay here again!

Rengøringspersonale som siger godmorgen og smiler, tjenerne ved morgenbuffen hvor der intet mangler, hvis du vil have omelet, spejlæg, så bliver det lavet til dig, og kaffen bliver serveret til dig. Personalet i receptionen hjalp os med at bestille bord på en lækkert restaurant og hvor man skulle gå hen for at køre med hop on/ hop off bussen. Ligger super centralt til alt i den skønne by, vil klart anbefale.

The rooms are very comfortable, but they lack a vaporizer or an iron. The building and location are excellent. Speakers in the room are great. TV is fine. Wifi fine. Lighting in the bathroom was very nice. Welcome to the hotel was lacking. I had no idea whether I could eat the croissants and champagne in reception so didn’t. I booked the hotel thinking there was a pool, sauna and steam room. Upon arrival I was told they weren’t part of my booking (I didnt know this via hotels.com) so one day I booked the spa. The steam room was not working and the pool wasn’t large enough to swim in just to cool off. You have to book your spa usage in and use it privately whereas it would be better to use communally in the morning and evening like I would prefer. I think this is a cultural difference and spanish culture views spa exclusivity as the most relaxing part of the experience. Generally its an ok hotel in a great location but I’d rather have stayed in a hotel with a pool 5 minutes walk away but if a pool and spa isn’t important to you its a great hotel to choose. It just didnt feel as luxurious as other Aurea locations or Hospes locations.
