Renaissance Cincinnati Downtown Hotel

The hotel was nice and very good location. The drinks at the bar were very pricey but they had a local ipa that was great.

Our stay was great. The only issue was the elevators were not all working. There were only 2 elevators and 1 of the 2 was for a wedding party. At one point we waited for 20 minutes and luckily an employee came along and took us down the service elevator.

The elevators are almost intolerable

Two out of six elevators were working at checkout. Waited on elevator for 45 minutes and ended up walking down 15 fights of stairs to leave. Wanted to book another night and staff told me to call wouldn’t let me book at desk. Had to circle the hotel several times to finally get to pull to the side to get valet service.

We love staying there so close to so much downtown to see!
